Great area and community to live in - modern upgrades being done - very safe here - staff and maintenance are always there to help. I really enjoy living here!

Excellent place to stay and neat and clean environment very good neighborhood good location easily accessible to groceries and other supermarkets

I've only been here a few weeks. But so far so good. The office staff are friendly and professional. I've made a few requests for maintenance issues, and for the most part, they have responded quickly. The gate to the community is extremely loud every time it opens or shuts. Hopefully they will replace it soon or oil it so that the squeaking stops.

It’s nice and clean to live in. Residents are friendly. Management is attentive. Maintenance has always been quick and effective in fixing any issues.

I have been here for almost 4 years. In general the staff is receptive and so far I am very pleased. However , it would be nice if they enforce the rules to the Regency, such as non- smoking and picking after the dogs.

Loved to stay in this community. Maintenance staff is very friendly and helpful. The fun events were very exciting. The pool and play place are amazing, my daughter loved to play there.

Everything was Great ! Everyone was very helpful through the whole application process! I asked a lot of questions and they were all answered and in a nice respectful manner !

The staffs are very nice and friendly and very helpful. I love how quiet the neighborhood is and very peaceful. My apartment is nice and clean, enough space for my stuffs

The place is fine. We didn’t have a good experience moving in. We have yet to have our lease agreement that was shared that we will get a copy of. There are other things as well.

We have always enjoyed our experience living at The Regency at John’s Creek Walk. The management and maintenance team is professional and responsive. The property is well maintained and offers useful resident amenities and activities.

I like my experience here. Everyone is cooperative and maintenance team is very helpful. Parking space is vast. Overall nice community with kind neighbours.

I live here for two years, We love this community because of nature around this apartment, Good Schools, nice Walking path near our Apartment, Nice staffs and Coffee place. And My favorite place is Coffee place to sit with my friends to chat and my daughter usually love to sit in the balcony in the coffee place to see the view of swimming pool in the fall season.

Overall it’s been good. Things were great at first. Then had not so great experience with the prior management staff before the “dream team” in terms of renewal process. But overall I’ll says it’s been good. Best you can ask for is proper engagement, clean facilities, reasonable pricing and timely follow up on request (calls, emails and maintenance)and those seem to be ok in that department now so …. It’s good.

Its been a great community, good neighbors, good school district, good amenities and very nearby to shopping, grocery, medical stores. Accessible to good health clinics, gas stations. Very Friendly staff and fabulous maintenance. Priced a little high compared to other neighborhoods.

My daughter who’s in high school and I looooove our apartment. Very homely and peaceful. Clean and maintenance is always swift and attentive if and whenever we have something to be fixed and or answer questions. We’ve lived here 3 yrs and absolutely love our community.

Have lived here over 3 years and it's all due to Victor and his team. They are responsive, helpful, and truly make every situation that may arise run as smooth as possible.

The experience was very to the point and pleasant. I had an issue with logging in to pay the rent and within a week it was resolved. The manager sent me an email to let me know the link was working properly.

Excellent place to live! We have been in this community for over 4 years and we are extremely happy to be here. The staff and management have been helpful in every aspect of the move in and living experience. We are grateful to find such an amazing community in the heart of Johns Creek.

I’ve really enjoyed living here over the last 2 years. Management has been great however I know things maybe changing since the apartment complex has been bought out. That remains to be seen, otherwise it’s a great choice for my first apartment in Georgia and I love the area.

I have been living here at the Regency now for almost a year and I absolutely love it! The staff is wonderful, Reekah and Victor are AMAZING to work with. I had such a great experience in preparation for my move here. I am spoiled living here which makes it so hard to move anywhere else. Christine and her staff are very accomodating and always on top of things. Very clean, friendly, safe environment, modern luxury amenities and not to mention fun holiday activities for residents to enjoy.

I've lived here for 7 months and I haven't had any issues. It's nice and quiet and maintenance is very quick to respond to issues. My apartment faces peachtree pkwy so there is road noise but it doesn't bother me.

We only lived here a couple of months before we purchased our house but while we were here it was great. The staff is super friendly and helpful. This place does anything and everything to please their residents. Very clean and well kept. The maintenance guys are great, respond very quickly and always get the job done. They go above and beyond to make sure that residents are happy and that all things maintenance are up to the highest of standards. There are multiples places to grill and hang out, there is a huge pool, everything looks new and well kept up at this place. I enjoyed my time living here and would definitely recommend this place.

Poorly built buildings! So far from luxury living! If you don't live on top floor, you'll hear every foot step from neighbors above. Management fails to get any repairs taken care of in a timely manner. Gate was out of order for almost 2 months. Trash piles up outside of cans on weekends and is disgusting. Don't waste your time or money at this property. Horrible experience and just being completely honest!

This is an apartment building. There are lots of families/people living here, so there's always going to be those few that you just can't avoid. Selfish old guy who takes all the paper cups from the Cyber Cafe room at night, meaning no one has paper cups available for the free Starbucks coffee and cocoa that they have available in the Cyber Cafe? Yup, he lives here. Owner of loud, trapped, barking dog that barks like mad every time anyone by his room? I think that person lives here, I know their dog does. Minor road noise because the building is on Medlock Bridge Road? Yeah, our apartment faces the road, and I can see how a super sensitive sleeper might care about that, but without our air purifier on, it doesn't bother me, and with it on, the white noise keeps you from hearing the road. While I'm talking about things people might consider negative experiences, I should mention that my door handle stopped working...the day I moved in. It worked the first time I entered it, but at 10:30PM, on my first day in a state where I didn't know anyone with in an hour's drive that I could call, the door handle latch stopped working, and I was locked out. Maintenance eventually came that night and let me in. The small touches, like soap in the bathroom and drinks and snacks in the fridge to welcome me were the signs of effort and care that go beyond necessary and into the realm of high quality service. Now that I'm talking about the pros, let me mention some things I really like: The ceilings are high, there is crown molding, the Cyber Cafe does have complementary coffee and cocoa, the computers, printer and wifi there are free to use, there are big TVs with cable, the gym is nice and rarely occupied, the gate and access card system for the building, parking lot and pool is simple and works well, the pool is clean, the pool grills have been easy to use and had plenty of gas every time I go to use them...I could go on. I honestly think every member of the team, including maintenance and the leasing office, knows who me and my family are. I think they do strive to provide a superior apartment living experience. It's still an apartment, and there's always going to be that one person. If lived between barking-dog gal and cup stealing guy, maybe I'd be less thrilled, but every person who lives here that I've actually spoken with and gotten to know has been extremely polite and friendly, and I'm very glad my family and I chose to live here.

I moved in over two months ago and have loved it ever since! The staff is professional and always willing to help. I moved from Texas and was very stressed about moving to a new apartment but I have nothing but great things to say about The Regency. The Cyber Café is my favorite - free Starbucks coffee and its always open for those of us who are up early! I've only had to put in one work order but they came that same day. LOVE IT!

If you have pets, DO NOT MOVE HERE. Within a few months of living here oir dog got fleas. Our dog has always been on flea medicine and we have never had this problem before. After speaking with other pet owners who live and have lived here, their pets all got fleas as well. The center grass areas by the town homes is quote "infested with fleas." Besides fleas we have experienced horrible mold problems. Do not move here! Your healthy along with your animals' is not worth it.

Property management changed this past summer and it has taken a turn for the worst. The residents that are moving in now are not the type that were here before. The grounds are not kept up very well- it appearsthere may only be the one guy here now, vs the multiple guys who were always here here. As for the office staff- it seems there is a revolving door in there almost every week and they're not all that professional. Have yet to meet the new property manager who has been here since June. The former PM, Nancy, lived on site, and you could feel her presence daily as the grounds were well maintained, the trash area was rarely a mess like it is now, the pet mess bags are rarely filled up, and the car wash area - total joke... It wasn't all roses, but definitely not like this chaos. It seems it's now all about filling up the place with QUANTITY, vs QUALITY. If I were a potential resident, this would not be a place to move to, at least not for the cost...

Do not move here. This apartment complex is the worst, nothing ever gets fixed when it's suppose to if it ever gets fixed at all.

I lived there just a little under two years, the one bedroom townhouses with the garage attached are a most see, they are large in side and a beautiful design. The area is completely safe and management is great along with the maintenance guys. I strangely recommend these apartments also if you call or go by there please talk to Nancy Newman the Manager, she is the best manager I have ever ran into I will give her 10 stars great person best manager ever go check out The Regency.

I have had the pleasure of living at The Regency Johns Creek apartments the last 9 months and it was an absolute pleasure. Every aspect of the complex, including amenities, office staff, and maintenance have far exceeded all my expectations. If you are looking for upscale, convenient living, The Regency Johns Creek features beautifully appointed apartments with quality finishing and modern touches such as hardwood floors, granite counter tops, complete business center... the list goes on. Regency Johns Creek gets a solid two thumbs up!

We loved moving in here for about 10 months after moving from Chicago. The office staff here is amazing- they are very responsive with any problems or requests we had, and super welcoming and friendly. We loved living in this area, as well as the on-site amenities the Regency provides. Definitely recommended!

We had the pleasure of living here for about 9 months after relocating from Texas and found the experience to be one of the best we've had. Nancy and the staff are very passionate about serving their residents and providing a welcoming environment. The location is great with easy access to shops, restaurants, etc and the on-site amenities are better than any other upscale community I've seen in the area. This is an especially great location for families with young children. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking in the John's Creek area. Thanks for everything guys!

I really loved living at The Regency for almost one year. It was like living at a resort as I enjoyed the beautiful pool, grill area, Cyber Café and fitness room. It was always especially nice to have a cup of Starbucks coffee in the Cyber Café every day. The staff were always so gracious. I always enjoyed speaking with them. I highly recommend The Regency!

Really nice location great office staff maintenance is great very reliable upstairs neighbor you can hear them walk thats the only down side if you live on the third floor you will be fine I really love living here I will recommend it
