Super nice staff and maintenance team. Always willing to help and go above and beyond. Conveniently located. Quiet due to it being back from the main road and lush since the land is surrounded by trees. My only negative is that my rent has went up so much since moving in. That’s just a problem with renting in general, but companies need to be held accountable so 4 stars :)

I wish the rent was a little cheaper, and there are some roaches, at least in our building. I don't know if everyone has the pest problem. However, the staff is helpful, maintenance responds pretty quickly, the neighborhood is decent, and the location is good.

The community is great. I had always lived in a single family home and had never lived in an apartment community. My neighbors are great people and helping a lot watching out for each other. My experience at first was extremely rocky. The original unit that I moved into was a complete disaster. However I was able to take a look at different units until I saw one that was up to my standards. The ladies in the office definitely made sure that I was happy and made lot of accommodations through the process. Now, I’m satisfied with my unit and I have no complaints.

Will be my 5th year living here and the only reason I have stay is because of proximity of my son school and I love the space in my apartment. Some of the staff could definitely use more customer service training skills. Things really have taken a downward changed here over time in this community.

I have been with these apartment complexes for four years. I am recently moving out today and let me tell you, it has been an amazing four years with the amenities they provide and maintenance. I’m not moving out because I am disgruntled, but my family is growing and need a house. I would recommend anyone starting off as a student or single to stand these apartments until you can afford a house.

There are good customer service days & also negative days. Hopefully you will speak to them on a good day. Just staying to yourself would probably be the best bet . Pest control could also be better. Product purchased at the grocery store work better than what terminex offers.

I really enjoy living at these apartments. The W/D comes with the apartment and the fireplace is a great amenity. The pool is really huge and it suits all ages. Great place to live in the triangle

Quite neighborhood. Office staff is top notch! They are always available for questions and friendly and helpful. The move was easy. My first night I did not have hot water. Called the maintenance emergency number and they answered quickly and fixed the problem.

I wish I would’ve continued looking for an apartment instead of signing for this one. Staff is unprofessional, apartment is gross, neighborhood is tacky. 10/10 don’t recommend.

If you like to do your own maintenance, this is the place also ac goes out every summer. Sadly they keep increasing prices but not upkeep or neighbors, is getting dangerous at night.
