Pretty quiet community they keep up with the maintenance request get it done Pretty quickly Gym is great but would be better if they get a key fobe system for the doors so people can't just give the door number to anyone and they steal the equipment we need to work out but other then that play pool for free on weekends when I'm off is so awesome friendly staff

I love my apartment life at Avana Soco. The location is near grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants. The maintenance personnel are professional and knowledgeable. The swimming pools are beautiful and welcoming. It's a wonderful place to live, in Austin.

Great community; very responsive to requests; overall a good experience. I’ve been living at Avana SoCo since November 2020, have been enjoying my time. Lots of eateries, bars, shopping and cool places to do outdoor activities.

Things have been really great (for the most part) since I became a resident. The amenities are good except people keep taking equipment from the community gym (to whomever did that - not cool!) and it seems that on weekends there are some homeless people choosing to sleep overnight in the garbage bins and they complain about the noise as I walk by. I can live with these things even though they're irritating. The staff is very supportive and all maintenance requests are processed as quickly as possible.

Its park-like, village atmosphere erases the sense of urban crowding and allows us to feel comfortably private at home. Its shared areas give a generous sense of community and civility. It’s good for what it is.. any problem I ever had the staff or Maintence handle it promptly. I had an issues with my breaker and it cause some food to spoil and the staff was fair in their assessment and acted accordingly very quickly.

Everything is fine. I love the location. I love how peaceful and quiet it is. The apartment is also quiet. I know I have fun neighbors (not in a bad way) because I hear them on the balcony. But I never hear them in the apartment. It’s nice to know I can live comfortably without worrying if I’m disturbing my neighbors and they aren’t disturbing me! I’m very happy I chose Avana for my first apartment in Austin!

Not a great move in experience here and slightly regretting being tied into a lease for 12 months here. Things are falling apart by the day and it seems like it takes a long time for issues to be fixed here.

The pool is open and the gym is working great. It looks like they made some renovations to the dog park, which is nice. Everyone has dogs here it seems like and that’s a good thing

This property is the same as all Greystar properties I've lived in--it's too big for them to manage effectively and properly. The front office folks are polite and seemingly attentive but that doesn't mean anything gets done in a timely or effective manner. I've been here through several rotations of office employees and despite the fact that the newest ones are more empathetic to issues that arise, they're clearly at the bottom of the totem pole from a massive global real estate conglomerate that cares more about owning property than it does about providing a satisfactory living experience for it's tenants.

location is one of the factors that we chose this apartment. If you could try not live in the ground apartment if you don't want to suffer to the heavy footsteps and constant moving of the furniture on the second floor. I'm not sure if the upper floors are carpeted, hence the noise. they are prompt to repairs when it comes to maintenance and cleanliness.

Raya was really incredible to work with! I’ve felt very well taken care of by her, and she’s been very friendly. I’ve already suggested this complex to clients and friends looking for apartments, so far I’m really happy with my space. Excited to get to know my neighbors and the space a little more, as everyone seems really friendly so far. My apartment is the perfect size for me and my dog, and it’s great people watching from my patio. So far I’m loving all the amenities and excited to use the pool and gym once I’m more settled in!

I love my actual apartment so much! It’s slightly dated but for the price I pay it’s a steal! I’m very Happy with the management and up keep of the property. Maintenance is always on top of it so I can’t complain!

We have enjoyed living at Avana SoCo for 20 years. The staff and maintenance team are friendly and professional. We love that everything important to us is nearby - theaters, restaurants, retail stores, etc. We enjoy taking daily walks around the complex and have gotten to know some wonderful people here.
