Absolutely the worst management/leasing team I have ever heard of! Refusal to communicate or return calls, texts or emails. Appear to screen calls and send to voice mail and then fail to return any messages. Advise anyone to read the reviews (vast majority are negative!) and plan accordingly. Makes sense to me now why there are so many vacancies when every other luxury apartments in area are full.

Management is horrible. Don't bother getting to know them they will be replaced with in a month. The pool has been shutdown since the start of covid. Overall not a great place

The on site manager is a two faced person and don't plan on getting your deposit back I read it before on this site... believe me at the end of the day if you ever move out you will regret what they say to you vs what you get in the mail. They turn off the water like every other week for repairs

We've lived here two years and this place has gone so far down hill in that time! We loved our first year here but once some of the major staffed changed things starting getting bad fast. The office staff is incompetent (expect to have to sign different parts of your lease at at least theee meetings and have bills be "late" that you we're never told about), the amenities are barely kept up (the maintencae staff attempts to close the pool a half hour before that stated closing time, the outside pool is rarely cleaned, the grills are disgusting, and the gym is mostly broken equipment now), and the apartments are all falling apart (mold covered window frames and door ways, broken cupboard and fridge handles, paint chips and dirty bathrooms that don't get fixed or cleaned before you move in). For the rediclous amount they charge in rent, save your time and the headache and go somewhere else

Regency park estates are a great place to live. Very friendly and quiet neighbors, great amenities, and all around a great place to live.
I have rented through IRET Properties for over a year now. Regency Park Estates staff are very prompt to respond to questions, and maintenance additionally responds immediately and professionally. The apartments are clean and well maintained (I.e., pools are updated, hallway painting is often updated, etc.) The apartment community has many ammenities including: Internet and cable included, suppling monthly colanders, hosting events including weekly breakfasts, socials, etc. A wide varsity of ages and families can fee comfortable at this location.
While the 2 years I lived there several rules changed and I have countless times where new forms needed to be signed not to mention countless times staff needed to come in apartment to check fire alarms, vents, and who knows what. Felt just like living with a parent.
I visited this location and hope to move in if availability is there when I can move. Lovely location. Close to the university, walking paths, the gardens, and not far from downtown. I enjoyed talking to the manager as she was informed and answered all of my questions in a friendly knowledgeable way.
