I lived here for a year and a half and the management is terrible and extremely rude. My apartment flooded twice on a weekend and I could not get the emergency line to answer. When I told them they have an issue with their emergency line they told me it’s a burner phone and they don’t want to put more minutes on it. I payed them to do all of my renters insurance and they submitted it wrong so I was paying them for 9 months and was not covered. When I asked for them to remedy their mistake they responded that they do not give refunds under any circumstances and did not own up to their mistake. They let dogs poop all over the property and let people park in handicap spots (with not pass)and in fire lanes. Instead of handling situations professionally they handle them rudely and accusatory and are quick to charge you fees whenever they can.

We appreciate the time you took to leave us feedback. Our maintenance team is always on call 24/7 as our residents are our number 1 priority. As for renter's insurance, we do require all residents to supply renter's insurance per the lease agreement signed before move-in. If a resident supplies renter's insurance in compliance, any & all renter's insurance charges are refunded. As well, we strongly enforce proper parking on our property. Any resident/personnel that is improperly parked will be towed at owners expense. Lastly, our maintenance team does 2 full property walks/clean up each day to provide our residents with a trash free complex to live at, however we are very adamant with our residents to clean up after their animals. The staff here were excellent helping me to apply and navigate the process of moving in. The apartments are very nice, well kept, clean, and quiet. Maintenance is very responsive when there’s a challenge and they are very helpful with anything needed.

Recently came under new management (previously still owned by the developer). Rent got a big hike, but it was used to repaint all the buildings and resurface the parking lot. There are 8 buildings, each with their own character/mix of renters. Building 1 is small, quiet, and friendly. The most annoying thing has nothing to do with Regency Park but rather with Vintner Square next door; the early AM deliveries slam things around noisily with no respect for people trying to sleep 100 feet away.

Very spacious, lots of space from kitchen to the restrooms and great service, maintenance is great and they get things done fast very good communication. Decently recommend checking them out.

Overall the apartments are nice, good floor plans and decent materials. The maintenance is awful! Just pray you don’t have something that needs fixed to maintain standard of living…is your A/C not working? 95 degrees in your apartment at night? We will get around to that, give us two three weeks…then it will naturally cool off so then your AC will work. Dryer not drying clothes? Eh in the next few months we will look into it and then drag our feet on fixing it. Aside from that it’s wonderful

Great location. Nice place to live. Management is on the ball. Residents could do better to clean up after themselves and their pets. Amenities (pool, club house, gym, and apartment units) are great.

A nice place to live. The office team is helpful and excellent with follow up. The maintenance team is quick to respond. The apartment is great. You can hear footsteps upstairs but it's not a cause for concern. The trash cans fill up quickly but are emptied more than once a week and the landfill is nearby as an alternative. Be careful in the grass as there are several pet deposits. There is a dog park/run with trash cans and bags for easy access. It's close to shopping, restaurants, and ATMs. Everything is a short walk away.

My wife and i just moved in to Regency Park and I'm so satisfied with my move in experience! Chelsea the property manager was very helpful with our virtual tour and made everything so easy. I definitely recommend living here the location is also great! everything is near by!!

Staff was super helpful and fast through this whole COVID. I got to see my apartment before hand and they answered all my questions. These apartment units are brand new so there is nothing wrong with anything. I love how close we are to everything we walk to grab groceries we can walk and grab coffee having kids this complex is convenient.

Highly recommend staying here! Location is great you are just minutes away from everything you’d need. Front desk staff is nice and very helpful. Maintenance always fixes any of our problems within a day. Overall these are great apartments and I’ve enjoyed my time staying here.

For one staff Is horrible. Two front desk employees are extremely rude & fall behind on billing/ entering payments. About 6 mo In to my lease was billed with a $700 “water and sewer” bill that went “unnoticed” by staff and was told to pay $400 in a few days or get evicted. Asked multiple times for an itemization of the accumulated bill and was handed a ledger of payments previously made. (Not what I asked for). It’s common sense anyone would curious what accumulated a $700 bill! This is only one of the more serious issues I had with regency park but the list goes on. I recently moved out in May 2019 & paid remaining balance in June 2019, Yet still getting bothered with calls and emails about a remaining balance that was paid over a month ago! By far worst apartments I’ve lived in and wish I would have read all the horrible reviews on added on fees/reviews on staff before signing anything! Do yourself a favor and rent else where!

1. Apartments are gross. Maintenance staff takes FOREVER if they ever actually come out to take care of any concerns. Bug infestations everywhere. And the apartments themselves aren’t that great, you can hear everything in the apartments above and next to us. 2. Staff doesn’t tend to any needs or just brushes you off. Front office staff just say “it’s a new policy” when stupid charges get brought up (REASON NUMBER 3, $$$$) or when I have questions about my lease she just doesn’t know how to answer anything so she tells me she’ll get back to me or will call her supervisor ( never does ). 3. $$$$$$$$$!!!!! These apartments are not worth it. They charge ridiculous amounts of money for crappy apartments and service, the parking lot is ridiculously full and I’m still expected pay just to park at my own complex?? I’m having to park across the street in the orchards every day because there’s no parking anywhere and I’m not going to pay EVEN MORE for a spot that isn’t even guaranteed to be by my building? Don’t rent here. Service is terrible. Staff is terrible. With that much you have to pay in fees you can find another decent spot.

Dear Anonymous, We work hard to provide a fantastic experience to everyone. It's discouraging to see that you had a negative experience. Our Maintenance staff has stellar ratings and to hear you had a bad experience I apologize. If I knew who you were we could definitely look further into this to use as a learning opportunity. Rest assured new policies do not just pop up and any changes are given in writing to give ample time to discuss. Parking is free if you choose or you may reserve a parking at $25 per month. Monthly charges are Rent and Water/sewer/garbage @ a flat right( this does not change) The only additional fees you may encounter is parking or insurance(if you choose not to get your own policy. I've lived in these complexes for about two years and this is definitely my last. It has increasingly gone downhill in service since I've moved in. I typically avoid even contacting the office due to the newer staff being so incompetent and just plain rude. If I do need to contact someone, I would only prefer to speak with the property manager, Chelsea, who is the only one that seems to know how to handle things, and handle them PROFESSIONALLY. Other instances I've had with the other office person have been very unpleasant and not productive as she doesn't seem to understand any of my basic questions or concerns and just tells me to call the property manager instead. Other than that, parking has increasingly become more and more of a struggle. Prices continue to rise and I just don't see the worth in staying here anymore.

The apartments themselves are pretty and the location is nice, but the complex itself is not the best. No one in the office answers the phone and maintenance will miss appointments and guess who gets to deal with that? You! They're really not worth it when you can get something bigger and nice for the same amount or less elsewhere. Just keep scrolling.

My experience here has been terrible! Smokers everywhere on their balcony's and dog poo all over. I am a pet owner and appreciate allowing pets but I cant walk our pets with out stepping in dog poo. None of the pet restrictions are enforced and there are lots of large breed animals( pit bulls,shepherds,great danes, labs and boxers) so be warned. The management is unresponsive to tenant issues and not very friendly. The complex as a whole is loud, between loud orchard fans/crew next door, garbage trucks banging around the garbage cans at 5:00A.M. and also loud tenants at night. Think twice about moving in here. I was warned before moving in and now I regret it!!

Thank you for your feedback. At Regency Park we love our pets, but not necessarily what they leave behind. We require our residents to pick up after their pets so the grounds can be enjoyed by all residents and work to make sure all held accountable. We recently began a new program here rewarding residents for looking out and picking up after their animals and fining those who are caught disregarding the community rules. We definitely follow all pet policies including breed restrictions however please know that when a tenant has a service animal we are unable to restrict based on breed. I apologize if you felt you could not come to management to discuss prior to vacating as I personally work with residents to try and work out any issues. We hope you are enjoying your new home and have a wonderful rest of 2016!
