Property Ratings at Regency Tower
Having always lived in an Apartment, and not interested in buying a home, finding an apartment that we can call home is very important. Our current apartment that we have lived in since about four years at Regency towers in Syracuse is just that. A Place we can easily call home. It is Downtown living, in a safe clean area of the city, with large landscaped front and on a corner lot with the 14 story tower open to wide major streets on three sides. There is heated parking garage for all tenants which would be considered luxury in the city which competes for the snowiest city in America every year and being attended by security personnel 24/7 is indeed a bonus. The front entrance lobby with a, welcoming lounge is secured ; with Receptionist office and visitors are intercom- ed in at tenant’s request. A bank of three elevators from the lobby or from the Basement Parking garage brings tenants to their respective floors and well maintained carpeted corridors lead to the corner of the world we call home. The entrance door opens to a large open plan space spanning from kitchen near the entry, all the way to the glass window and balcony the full width of the living/ dining room. A gorgeous original hardwood Parquet floor flows through the entire apartment, and our favorite Bright red feature wall is a testament for the management’s willingness to allow tenants the flexibility of adding an individual touch. A Hallway well hidden from living space accesses the three bedrooms of varying sizes including a really spacious Master bedroom with lots of space left to move about around a a king size bed. An attached master bathroom is a bonus offering the Privacy and convenience. When we moved in, all the plumbing fixtures, the kitchen appliances and cabinets were installed brand new as promised. Laundry and trash room on every floor are very convenient. Centralized commercial size laundry facility and well maintained Fitness room in the basement are added features. Last but not the least, Regency towers scores high marks for the service and maintenance with Cheryl managing a maintenance crew that provides timely repairs, replacements or maintenance as required with pleasant attitude. The Front Office provides many services like drop –offs and pickups of dry cleaning loads, federal express & UPS parcels and there is even a car washing service in the Parking Garage. In a nutshell, Regency Towers is the place worth calling Home.
