Northwest Manchester is a neighborhood spanning the area to the west of the Merrimack River about five miles from the city’s center. The majority of Northwest Manchester is filled with wooded lands hiding manicured neighborhoods and luxurious homes. Rental options are mostly clustered along the eastern border of town, closest to Interstate 293. The eastern border of town also provides several opportunities for outdoor recreation through the parks and trails along the river. My name is Renee. I've lived here for 11 1/2 years. Suzanne and Geoff are always there to help fix my needs. The maintenance is always there with pleasure to fix my needs. I am on the first floor and the tenants here, we are like family always there to help each other. I would not consider moving because I would find it difficult to find other living quarters like this. Thank you.
I moved from Rhode Island and searched extensively and found Regency to be the best out there in value and for what you receive for the rent amount. I have been here for just over a year now and the customer service is great. Maintenance is always available 24 hours a day for emergencies. The amenities you receive are well worth the amount of the rent. The garage parking is fantastic in the Winter and very cold weather. The elevators are great for moving items in. Nice path for walking in the back. Snow removal is Excellent. Heat is included as well as basic cable. The apartments are very modern and the upkeep on them is great. There is also a tremendous community room with a huge TV and a little kitchen with a pool table. Stephen
I have lived here at Regency Place for over six years. The complex is on the Northwest side of Manchester, is surrounded by trees, and we have views of the Merrimack River. This is a Non-smoking building for individuals over the age of fifty five. So many things are included with the rent that it makes living here extremely pleasant! We have new washers and dryers in our well kept laundry room, included, as well as heat, water, trash, and some other often-seen things. But we also have beautiful common areas for everyone's use. And, I think, the best maintenance crew around!!! The building is very well kept, and there are always things being done to keep the place in tip-top shape! Recently the common area carpets were replaced.Over this past year, the building has been re-sided and new, energy efficient, windows installed.The staff is always willing to help and the tenants are friendly and helpful.This is a quiet area of town, and a lovely place to reside
