We have been living at Regency for almost 2 months now and we have had very good experiences so far! Staff is super friendly and informative, especially one of the leasing agents Bruce. There is so much greenery for our dog which is another plus! Our neighbors are friendly. So far a great time here!

We leaving in these apartment and always things happens and when we call them they always make excuses not to come and fix things on time. And they are so rude to older people. And if water spills and you call them to have it fixed they tell you they are doing you a favor. They are the rudest people ever. I will never recommend these to anyone.

I turned 18 last year and knew I was moving out right away. My roommate and I did a very thorough search over 30 properties and came across Regency Woods! We were both super nervous as it was our first time moving out but I LOVE Regency. The whole community is super friendly, our neighbors are so sweet and helpful, and the leasing ladies have always been on top of my questions. My roommate and I are both very satisfied with our move and feel like the costs reflects the community. My tour was great, my move was quick and easy, and almost 4 months in we're perfectly satisfied with this community. Thanks Regency!

If I could give them no stars I would! This place is horrible!! Never rent from here not only is it a rip off but for how much you pay there is nothing good to say about this place! This is a training facility the office staff are constantly changing so if you have a problem one day you will not get a follow up unless you do it yourself! Might as well ask for the manager, they change a lot as well though! They let tweaker's rent here who try to have campfires outside and leave garbage every where! The security team does absolutely nothing at night time! Not only that but we had to change units because of a mold issue in all basement apartments! We met the previous tenant who lived in our unit and they had to be moved due to mold as well. You can tell they used cheap material to construct these units. The sliding blinds fall off when you open or close them. And then the office wants to charge me $3 per blind to fix them!!!! The dishwashers do not work! In both units I have had to repeatedly rewash my dishes because of them not being cleaned! Which you then pay for more water useage! We have had maintainence look several times and they basically said it is a cheap dishwasher and we should wash them by hand!... .. Do yourself a favor and save yourself from this overpriced headache!!!

The apartment complex is okay. Nothing special. I do like that it feels like it's own community. There have been some safety concerns and car break-ins. I would say that there is nothing amazing about Regency Woods, but there are some HUGE ISSUES. The staff can be rude, I've recently heard them talking badly about a person that had an issue with their property (They used profanity). The ladies in the office were extremely rude and disrespectful. Keep your negative chatter about unhappy residents to yourself or at least wait until no one else is around. They need to be trained, I get different information from each person I speak to and they are horrible at resolving issues. I will be moving out as soon as my lease is up. They almost cost me hundreds of dollars due to their miscommunication and failure to know their own policies. Weidner should really train their employees but from what I read online, their corporate is no better. If you want to live someone where where the company knows how to manage, do not move here. Plus they try to control the residents with insane parking rules, among other rules. They gave my neighbor a ticket because her tags were expired by a day and threatened to tow! Who does that?Her tags were being mailed to her and arrived a few days later. Horrible! For the price, you might as well move to Bellevue or Redmond and pay for good service. That's what I'll be doing.
Management is unbelievably terrible. Bad customer service, and the managers don't care to discipline rude staff. No one tries to get to know you. Not sound proof AT ALL. Parking is sparse especially on weekends.
These apartments look okay but they are far from it. The management team are all liars trying to steal your hard earned money. The rent goes up at least $100 everytime you renew. Dont count on getting your deposit back as they never return anyones money. There is no parking and are in cahoots with the tow company at $400 a tow. The walls are paper thin. The repairs are done in the cheapest way possible, couldnt bathe in my unit as they had painted an old tub and it began peeling as soon as i moved in, management was notified repeatedly and it was never repaired and thats just one example of many. There is no security patrol. Hot tub is disgusting and never cleaned. Agents enter property without notice and then when youre home and you bust them they lie about it and harrass you in retaliation for their errors! They do not enforce the no smoking policy. They do not enforce the leash law or the responsibility of the pet owners to pick up their animals feces. I truly regret having ever moved here and will not move back nor recommend it to anyone.
Insufficient parking. Rude, disrespectful, and ignorant staff. NO SECURITY PATROL EVER! Overpriced. Paper thin walls. No animal control. Terrible landscapers and maintenance techs. Low water pressure. Power outages. No return of security deposit. Exceptionally poor business practices.
Regency Woods is situated on top of a hill. Renters enjoy the lights of the city and enjoy the beauty of the Cascades from afar. They offer 1,2 and 3 bed room apartments and is conveniently located near two of Washington's main freeways ( I-5 and 405). My girlfriend and I moved from California eight months ago and we were amazed on how affordable the rent was at Regency Woods. Everything was updated including granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances (microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher) and an in-house washer and dryer. Anyone that is in search for a pretty decent size apartment with updated appliances should really look into Regency Woods.
I don't recommend these apartments to anyone. Management sucks and leasing agents. Yea the apartments been renovated but they were built poorly. My slider door doesn't close all the way. So I had plenty of insects entering my unit. The plumbing is horrible toilet doesn't flush good always have to flush twice. The installation is good in the unit I hear my neighbors above and below. Two light bulbs in kitchen blow out twice because of how hard the neighbors above me walk. You have assigned parking but someone always park in my spot. This complex is to big too many apartments to handle with little staff and maintenance. Some neighbors are careless and their kids throwing trash in the parking lot letting their guest park in reserved parking spots. Some neighbors have a lot of traffic in and out of there apartment. There's not enough lighting around some of the complexes. I get home late so I have to always leave my light on outside by the door because its so dark at night. Overall my experience at this apartment has not been good. I will never rent here again!
My apartment at Regency Woods is comfortable, the grounds are always kept, the neighbors are easy going, not a lot of kids. We have a lovely pool and a water fountain that is very well matained. There is security at night. The complex is nesseled on a hill in the woods, you'd never guess it to be a typical apartment complex. You feel like you have more privacy since the buildings are set away from each other. The insides are newly remodled, with wood like floors in the kitchen and bathes. The appliances are stanless steal, with lovely wood cabinets. The kitchen in my apartment is like a theater kitchen with a "breakfest bar" the lighting above the bar has all blown glass covers. Patios are required to stay well maintained by the resident, so there are no unsightly patios, which keeps the grounds looking nice and maintained by all. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone.
