Property Ratings at Regent Square
I live in the 4 room unit that had three floors. The apartment is in a great location near campus and grocery stores within 10-15 minutes. The rooms are a bit worn down but no major problems. The management seemed to be quite nice and maintenence was done relatively quickly. However, it does gets pretty loud at night since it is near a bar. The apartments are also on a main road so sirens from police, ambulance etc. go off pretty often. The air conditioning was limited to one floor so the upper floors become almost unbearably hot over the summer. All in all, the apartments are decent, perhaps overpriced.
