Lived here for two (2) years. Overall, it was a OK experience except for issues related to deposit return. Pros: -Good, safe location - Convenient to Detroit, major shopping, and everyday conveniences - Grounds are kept well, however, access gates never worked and trash removal was an issue Cons: - Ever changing management, that can be unresponsive to requests for maintenance or other items - Don't expect to get your security deposit refunded on time and/or without excessive, undocumented charges or miscalculations

I relocated from out of state and was driving by looking for an apartment home close to my work in the Troy, MI area. I stumbled in on Regents Club of Troy, off the beaten path yet close to everything I need, for work and personal. I met Dave in the office and he and another young man, Adam were very helpful. They showed me around and gave me a great tour of the community. I was sold with the amenities, the grounds and even talked to a couple residents who currently live there. Dave and Adam were great throughout the process from the application to the communication all the way through my move in. I am happy I found Regents Club of Troy and happy Dave and Adam were there to help me with my long distance move from LA to MI! Thank you both you made this a very nice experience.

I moved here in the end of October and was pleasantly surprise by the Regents Club of Troy. I had no idea that this gem was tucked away so close to everything I need! A stone's throw from Somerset Mall, 10 mins max drive to downtown Birmingham, and easy access to the freeway! I moved here with my dog and we were welcomed here with open arms! It immediately felt like home. I love being able to take him on walks around the community. He just loves all of the outdoor space. Also, I can take a quick walk to the clubhouse and use the amenities provided there such as: the fitness center, clubhouse space for private events, indoor AND outdoor pool! Fun! I love being able to call this place home! If I ever move out of this apartment, I will only consider City Club Apartments from now on- the staff is great! Responsive to my needs and most importantly, friendly! So glad I made this choice.
I have lived at Regents Club for almost a year and I really enjoy it here. Apartments are in a great location with little to no noise from Big Beaver. The grounds look wonderful, amenities are nice, the management and maintenance staff is always very polite and always so helpful!! I have met some of the residents here at the wonderful gatherings the complex puts on, and for the most part everyone is very nice but some of the residents are no. They definitely leave you with the feeling that money can not buy you common sense or compassion. Since I've lived here the hot tub has always been operational, no eye issues and none of my swim suits have been ruined, although I do not stay in for long as it's not difficult to comprehend why swimwear should be washed in cool water....cause hot water can be damaging!! My building is very quiet and there is definitely no science fiction frequency waves surging through my apartment endangering my health and well being... otherwise I wouldn't be living here. I myself inquired about the gates at the front and was told the wiring had been damaged and they were just waiting for the ground to thaw a little so they could dig and do repairs, which have been completed. Troy is also 2nd in the state for cities with the least amount of crime. This is a great complex with a hard working staff, located in a nice area. The schools are outstanding, shopping within walking distance and so many restaurants to choose from. They also have a very knowledgeable concierge who is more than willing to help you make the most of what the area has to offer!!!
Resident for 10 months, 3 bedroom PH. The property is well managed and well maintained with attention to providing residents with the best possible apartment living experience. Concierge on site provides an added level of convenience and personal service for residents which rivals private condominium living. Pool and clubhouse amenities along with well maintained grounds within a controlled access property offers an ideal living environment for professionals, families, or retirees. If you are in the market for an apartment, short or long-term, furnished, or unfurnished, give Regents Park of Troy a look.

The layout of the kitchen is excellent; however, much more needs to be desired in taste. For the amount of money that is to be paid in rent, I expect Grante counters, cherry oak cabinets, glass tile back splash, wood or tiled floors. Needs to have eye catching bazzaz. The exterior is beautiful, I could see myself entertaining my friends and family during the summer months sitting outside during the night, sipping wine, and waveing hello to my neighbors. The kitchen needs attention. Everything else is fine. I love the outside decor...WOW!!!
