I've been living at Regents Park Apartments for six months, and overall, it's been a positive experience. The atmosphere is pleasant, with a peaceful environment and well-maintained surroundings. One of the major benefits is the close proximity to the Vienna Metro Station, making it ideal for employees who commute by metro. Leasing agents are very knowledgeable and professional. The complex itself is very quiet (which is a good thing). The gym is currently under renovations and will be completed supposedly in November.

The leasing office is friendly and always willing to answer questions. Maintenance is prompt to respond to requests. Amenities are decent. Close walk to metro station. Walls are thin - can easily hear neighbors. Rent increases every year.

My partner and I love our apartment at Regent's Park. The top floor unit in the garden-style apartments gives a great view and also eliminates excess noise. The maintenance team is always prompt to fix things and the staff are very responsive!

Regent’s Park is a nice apartment complex. The apartments are laid out well. Amenities are nice. I do wish community events were scheduled at more convenient times. If you work a 9-5, it’s almost impossible to make it to events. They also always seem to end before the scheduled stop time. I would also like to see more frequent recycling pickups. Maintenance is okay. They’re responsive, but it sometimes takes multiple requests to get something fixed.

I've been here for 2 years now; the apartments are at a convenient location. Everything I need—grocery stores, restaurants, metro and parks—is within walking distance. Been here almost a year and never had any real issues. I love the floorplan, pool, in unit washer/dryers and responsiveness of the maintenance team. They have always been very quick to respond to any in unit issues. Overall a very good experience.

While some of the rules can be a bit restrictive, the community feels very safe and comfortable to live in. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. These are great apartments in a great area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. It's great to know that the leasing office cares and is able to address your needs or concerns. a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. We love the proximity to the metro, stores and highway! The gym and community center have been most useful amenities to us to get a quick workout or to host a group of friends in the community center. The community is ever quiet and safe. The neighbors are very respectful. Overall, it’s been a fantastic community! We have loved our time here and will always highly recommend it to others.

Love how attentive the Regent’s team is. Their leasing office staff is very friendly and the maintenance staff is attentive and fast with any issues that may arise. The community is lovely and we have enjoyed the events that they provide.

This is a quiet and very nice area to live. I think this is pretty expensive and unfortunately, I don't really have much light in my apartment on the 1st floor. But I needed to move to quickly. I don't regret tho. Staff are very nice and maintenance is great. No issue for now. It's near the metro, bus and bike. Parking it's free.

We love our apartment and the community. Staff is always responsive and understanding. We moved in well over a year. Our apartment was just like new and the appliances are fantastic. Affordable pet fees and deposits are a plus! Love the covered garage parking and secure buildings. We renewed our lease without a second thought. Plan on living here until it is time to move to the beach in NC!

Regents Park is a great place to live as a graduate student. It has everything I need and then some: spacious apartment with updated appliances, close access to grocery stores/gas, walking distance to metro, on-site gym space, and pool. Everyone here has been very helpful!

I enjoy living at Regent’s Park. The apartment layout is great. I do wish there was more frequent trash and recycling pickups though. I appreciate the recent increase in community events. I do think adding a community bookshelf in the clubhouse would be a nice addition.

If you need absolutely must live near the metro, this is a good location for you. If you don’t need to use the metro daily, don’t live here. There are way too many apartment complexes and townhomes in this corner between 29 and 66 and no good places to walk. Some of the complexes are gated and only for residents, so there’s nowhere to go, especially if you need to be around trees. With 66, the night construction, and the low quality windows they installed, don't expect to sleep through the night. It’s simply loud. The windows are such garbage, they also don’t keep out cigarette smoke if you have a neighbor who smokes on their balcony, let alone allergens in the Spring. The way we’re all crammed on top of each other is kind of like a dystopian nightmare.

People are great and definitely accommodating, just wish the walls and floors were a little thicker. Regents park does a great job at making sure their tenants are happy.

The location, amenities, and apartment are great, but the rules feel very restrictive (no bidets allowed?!?), also I wish there was assigned parking. Moving in while parked a block away from my door (the parking lot fills up quickly) was a pain.
