Property Ratings at Rehobeth Pointe Apartments
When I first moved in years ago it was great and office staff was awesome. When office staff change and new owners you can definitely tell the quality went down. Breezeway, parking lot always has trash like to go boxes and stuff. Let’s not talk about the dumpster area that is like taking your trash to dumping site it’s nasty and scary. Marijuana smells coming through the vent will have your a party and allergies tore up. Office staff is not attentive and could care less. Office hours are 8-5 but she’s never there. Upgrades on apartments except yours until you say something. It’s just not the same. I would recommend this place to anyone. It’s definitely not worthy the $$$$ they are charging now. Apartments are spacious but you cares with all the other garbage that comes along.

Very spacious apartments and modern. I lived here for three years and had no major problems. There was adequate parking, and maintenance responded to/fixed most maintenance problems within 1-2 days. There were maintenance (i.e. changing air filters)/ insurance (i.e. checking sprinklers)/ pest control checks throughout the year; however, you would receive a notice at least 24-48 hours in advance. Jeannie, who works in the office, is awesome and very helpful. I enjoyed living here while I was in Greensboro, and would have continued staying here for more time if I had not relocated to another city.

Hello, thank you for the thorough feedback. We're thrilled you enjoyed it while you were here! We appreciate the kind words about our team and community and hope you have a wonderful day.
I've been living here for close to a year. Not one day goes by that I don't get the smell of marijuana coming through my vents from the time I get off work until the time I go to sleep. I Look outside of my window and see nothing but drug transaction being made. Everytime I walk to my car I see guys on stairwells. I literally can't wait to move from here being a single parent with a child. PLEASE READ
I've been living here for the past two going on three years and I love it. The office staff, Jenny and Tracy are always so helpful and friendly as well as the maintenance man, Jay. The location is great it's tucked away far enough from commotion of Randleman Road and in the middle of a nice middle-class subdivision. The only con I've noticed is there aren't any amenities as the leasing office is inside a large apartment.
I lived here for two years and enjoyed it very much. The leasing agent is very nice and responds to calls in a timely manner. The location was great for me to get to work, go shopping, and to get groceries. The area is quiet and the complex has a variety of young working adults, to families, to more mature adults. I would have stayed if my job didn't transfer. I would highly recommend this property.
I've been living here for the past year and I really don't have any complaints. Very nice apartment and leasing staff. Parking is never a hassle, close to everything you could ever need. Complex is young families and young professionals. No disturbances. The sun room isn't as big as portrayed and the second bedroom closet is a little small however only thing missing is a pool!!
I've been lying in Rehobeth pointe for about 4 years now and I've never had a complaint. The apartment manager is really nice. I love these apartments and I recommend people to lease from them.
