Property Ratings at Rembrandt Park Apartments
Do NOT move in here, they will steal your deposit and more when you move out. Their lease says they will "negotiate" an early move out penalty, What they don't tell you is that they negotiate the penalty without your input. That's not negotiating.
This was a perfect starting point for my family. Very beautiful landscape with a comfortable living area. Bailey the manager there was always there to answer questions and take care of every situation. Her communication was great and I will miss that place. We just bought a home and that's the only reason our family left. Thank you Bailey for being so cool and helpful!!!
Management company (CBW Properties) does an excellent job of maintaining this property and hiring quality staff. All of my maintenance requests - for normal things that happen in an apartment - have been answered right away. The leasing manager Charla is friendly and responsive, and she has even sent me links to different things she thinks I might be interested in seeing. The property itself is clean and well maintained. Owners pick up after their pets. Neighbors are friendly to each other. Kids are safe.
Stay away! They will seal your money. Moving in was easy, and the grounds look nice. But that's where it stops. Smokers are allowed to smoke anywhere and everywhere. It was like living in an ash tray. The property manager seemed to disappear half way through our lease, and stopped answering the phone/stopped returning calls/left the office closed during business hours. Maintenance requests are ignored. We had to make multiple requests (usually 3 or 4 times each) to get anything done, if it happened at all. We had to live with a broken microwave for the last three months because the property manager never returned our calls and never sent out maintenance. Then when we moved out, we were over-charged by $350 dollars. We asked for the money to be refunded but were told we'd have to wait for the return of our security deposit. We waited for a month and never received anything. Then when I called, I was told that they were keeping all of our security deposit plus part of the overpayment. When I asked why, they listed numerous items they claimed we had to be charged. We left the apartment in excellent condition. They trumped up the charges so they could keep our money. Don't move in here, they'll ignore your maintenance needs and then steal from you too!
I have lived at this complex for 10 yrs, I have never been sorry I chose this place. Main reasons are...smaller community/VERY safe environment! QUICK responses from ALL management/maintenance for any issues.TOTALLY trustworthy! Peace of mind!
The management is awesome! Friendly and trustworthy! I've lived in many places and without a doubt, good management is key! Clean, beautiful grounds. Maintenance is on top of things and respond quickly to even the smallest of repairs. Spacious apts with modern decor. My only complaint is that sound proofing could be better--but that's apt life. Incredible value for what you get! Definitely would recommend!
