Don’t believe false reviews

Never any parking , maintenance is horrible, I have had break ins, ceilings falling, pipes busted , have had to file complaints with the health department, no ac , maintenance running off with door keys, pest coming in the ceiling, neighbors letting their pets go anywhere especially on doorsteps and don’t bother to pick it up. Today was the last straw I literally broke down and cried. Another pipes busted it took maintenance over 5 hours to get to me (main valve wouldn’t even cut off because it’s so old and rusted. Once they finally came they used my towels and clothes to get some of the water up said it was fixed it’s not. It ruined a lot of things I had . Crazy cause it’s not the first time this has happened because they don’t believe in actually fixing anything just what’s faster and cheaper. At this moment my entire carpet is covered in water and whatever else. And now they can’t get to me.I could go on and on. Believe me sounds great when first coming in. Just wait though. Nothing will ever get done with what you ask but they will make sure they knock on your door if you less than 24hrs late on rent. Hasn’t happened to me personally but my neighbors have had it done even tho they already spoke to someone . It’s just crazy. Oh and don’t need anyone after hours. They don’t believe in emergencies.

It's been a good place

I would recommend this place for the price and location its been a great place for me. Some things could be different when it comes to the apartment but overall everything has been good.

I recommend!

I have been here about 2 years and it's been a great place for me and my daughter. I like where its located, I never need to go out of my way to get anywhere. Its a little outdated but for the price it works!

Rockwood apartments

Nice location, very close to all the avon shops. Mini mart within walking distance. Very spacious for a one bedroom. huge walk-in closet. Price is very reasonable for the location and space.
