Run Away
This place has a serious roach infestation. The leasing office team is unprofessional. Good luck if you have a maintenance issue. The response time is 2-4 days so hopefully its not urgent and you are not without a refrigerator or toilet like I have been for several weekends. Do not do not do not live here.

Prospective Resident
Called and spoke with Jennifer by phone to inquire about Apts. She was very professional and assisted me with setting an Appt to view a unit. She also emailed me immediately all the information I would need to apply. When I came to view unit I worked with Cha-Kina who was very friendly and pleasant. I loved the unit, the building and the outside grounds as a whole. Everything appears to be very well kept. I can see myself living at Remington Place Apts. I am basically just waiting for the type of unit I am looking for to become available, so I can make my move. I am excited this can be my new home.

TERRIBLE
Property manager is rude and unprofessional. She’s never on site due to being else where. Your packages are going to get stolen, there’s dog poop on the floor and people smoking in the hallways , find somewhere else if you like you and your things to be respected.

Peace of mind
I have been at Remington Pl for a year and all I can say is... I absolutely love this development! I love how it’s managed. I love that there are no nuisance tolerated, whether people or pest. No rodents, roaches or rowdy tenants. Although dated, I love that the building is well-maintained for the most part and maintenance has never been an issue. I love that the walls are solid. Its not until I step out of my apartment do I hear any of my neighbors. I’d never thought I would be so comfortable in an apartment. There’s nothing like having peace of mind where you lay your head. I am so happy here!

ROACHES !!!
This property is INFESTED with roaches !! It doesn’t matter if you bomb your unit you will still have roaches !! They are even in the hallways

Very Pleasant Stay
I’ve been a resident at Remington place for almost 6 years and during my stay I’ve had a pleasant experience. The staff is always accommodating and professional. I love the fact that I’m near local shops and close to the beltway . The property is always well kept and if there is ever a concern staff will address it immediately. Overall I would recommend anyone to live here ; especially since it’s ALL utilities included.

Unpleased Resident
I have lived here for over a year and I can say I like the property,and the fact the everything local is near the area (bus stops, schools, shopping centers). On the other hand the walls are very thin so I am able to hear the noise of my neighbors next door. Also the a few members in the rental office have nasty attitude's. Overall I would recommend this complex if you are seeking for a temporary place to stay.

A 5 star great place to live
One of southern Prince George's County Maryland best and only high rise apartments in the Prince George's southern county area . The two elegant lavish T shape 10 story buildings sits on its own isolated hill island the higher the better it has some of the most amazing beautiful views of landscapes of surrounding suburbs homes Malls and manicured lawns . The elegant high rise has a huge parking lot of parking spaces and lots of handicap parking as well a huge lavish swimming pool the very best I seen in the county the interior and exterior is always very clean this is by far one of the most peaceful apartments in the area NO loud noises , no children playing on the property , no sitting on the steps , lowest crime , equipped with lots of cameras interior/ exterior , very friendly neighbors , with lots very diverse ethnic groups of neighbors , security access , A 5 star great place to live , great place for walking jogging , Sitting on the balcony enjoying every peaceful sound of nature , close to the beltway MGM National Harbor 210 Indianhead highway just Minutes from Alexandria Virginia .

Rent Tease Game...
This building is very old and requires a lot of maintenance in and out of the apartments. There is work constantly being done to upgrade the place. Have a look in the hallways and staircases and you'll see just how old the place is...leaking pipes and other maintenance issues. But the real deal breaker.....the will increase your rent every year you live there 75-100 dollars....residents hate this!!!

First Time Apartment Dweller
I will admit, I had my fair share of concerns about being a first time apartment dweller, but Remington Place has done a good job thus far to appease them. The neighborhood and building are fairly quiet, and the residents I've met so far have been quite friendly. The well-lit parking areas are definitely a plus, and the management staff has been nothing but helpful and responsive. The best part is being so close to all of the places I frequent most often. I know that no place is perfect, but it seems as though my experience at Remington Place will be pretty close!

Loud Neighbors
I have never lived in a tower apartment that didn't have some type of firewall protection(insulation) to help with noise. I can say i have had problems with noise ever since i moved in here so bad i've had to call the police and courtesy patrol. The residents don't care about being courteous to there neighbors with loud noise at unreasonable times. The management company is no help all they care about is the money and not the residents. I asked to be transferred to another apartment after 2 months of living here and they told me i had to re apply and pay everything over as if i was a new move in to the sum of $2300. So basically i'm stuck in this apartment waiting for the day to give my notice and move out. Other than the noise ,people have loud fights in the parking lot,hearing the trash man dropping the dumpsters 7am ,someone stealing the rims off peoples cars,people washing clothes on your floor that lives on another floor so you cant wash and just the none community oriented we just want our money property management company, guess its ok but i'm not sticking around.

I moved in January 2015 and have had a great experience so far. They keep the building clean friendly neighbors. Plenty of parking. Just an overall great place to live. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Miserable Living At Remington Place
If you are looking for quality living at an affordable price, you do not want to rent at Remington Place. I am saddened to say that though the location is fairly safe, the building is somewhat secure and quiet, you will not go 2 straight months without major issues. The plumbing is a disgrace, the quality of cleanliness at move in is sub par at best, the hallways have filthy carpet (promised to be "shampooed" over a year ago), and the laundry machines are dirty most of the time, and often do not work adequately. Did I mention the asbestos on the walls in the stairwells? Don't waste your time, and don't be duped by promises of "free rent for first month" ads. After you spend money to apply, you will find there is a major catch.

Decent place for the price
I have lived here for almost a year, it's a clean building the staff are helpful and an ample amount of parking. Maintenance is great when you put in a ticket they come out in a timely manner, no wondering when they are going to come. It's a quite area for the most part you don't see people hanging out in the hallways,lobby or parking lot so there is a sense of safety. I did have a problem with noisy neighbor and reported it to the management team they handled it great keeping me informed i do admit it did take awhile but they went through the necessary processes for me to live comfortable. They did have a slight problem with people stealing car rims but they ampted up the security patrol and so far no problems since. Overall this is a nice, clean,safe and comfortable place to live for the price.
