I lived here for 4 months while working locally. The management was so helpful, and the apartment was one of the nicest I've ever lived in. The grounds are beautiful--I had deer, chipmunks, squirrels, and so many birds in my backyard. If I had stayed in Ohio, I would have been happy to keep living here. Highly recommended!
I just moved in past Sunday. I had concerns because I couldn’t check out the property as I came from out of state. Tammie, the manager is wonderful, she has been kind and cooperative all the way, showed me my apartment on Facetime and made my transition here very smooth and my needs taken care of. Michelle is also very kind and considerate. I had a few simple issues and management has been very responsive so far. Remington’s area is beautiful, quiet, safe and peaceful. It feels like living in a forest/park. I love waking up to the sound of the running cahoon creek, birds and wind blowing on the trees. I ve been here for only a few days, I love it so far and encourage you to check it out.
My son moved in to this complex immediately upon graduation from college, his first place on his own. The unit toured was exactly as described, it was clean and updated. Of course a few minor issues arose and my son contacted maintenance. The staff has been terrific, all issues were dealt with immediately and corrected, including replacement of some appliances. My son is very pleased with the unit, the amenities provided. I can't speak highly enough of that the management staff in place is taking care of their clients and the property in such a considerate manner. I would highly recommend this complex.

I've been here for about 2 years and thinking about making it three. You have a fireplace, washer and dryer and I have an attached heated garage. The only downfall would be all the potholes that haven't been fixed and the grounds have got messy.
Quiet is the first thought I have, and the rent is reasonable for Westlake. The maintainence crew is competent and friendly.Now the downside. We were told water and trash was covered by the complex, yet both were listed as surcharges on rental bill( ya, I know, rent pays for same but let me think I'm getting something thrown in) Gym is a joke, garbage equipment. Pool might as well be municipal, way more kids there( and I mean WAY more) than live here. Management should tighten up on access for guests. Only 3 floors, but no elevators and shopping day turns into a workout.
