Live here at your own risk!

Smells like dog and chain smokers, hallways and entry ways are never cleaned, lead paint is still present in parts of building, new flooring is put over moldy and water damaged subfloors, and the fire alarm goes off when it rains. I would not suggest this place to anyone.

Location is Great, Unit is Cozy, Mgmt is Great!

I love the location, close to St Anthony Main, Shopping, Great Food, Dinky Town and more. Management is amazing and very helpful, always looking to keep you in mind. Apartment is updated and they continue to update the building with new flooring and more.
