Denny Way meets I-5 forms the "peak" of the Denny Triangle neighborhood, while 5th Avenue extends along the southern end of the triangle. Just beyond the neighborhood sits Belltown and Pike Place Market. The REN is a well built residential building with great units and amenities. It’s an elevation of living and in a great location. The energy is pretty positive from the lobby, lobby bar, and the rooftops.

I simply love my new apartment. My one bedroom corner unit (B11) is incredible. Modern, stylish, with many high end touches, like a wine rack at the end of the kitchen island. Rooftop is amazing, the well equipped gym means I never have to go to a real gym again (we could use some heavier dumbbells, like 60-100 lbs, but the free weight rack allows heavy lifting, I still give the gym a thumbs way up). Five minute walk to Whole Foods, nice. The apartment is a breath of fresh air from my studio apartments over the past decade.
