Beautiful
I just want to say Derek went above and beyond to help me find my dream apartment. The staff was awesome made sure my move in went smooth. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great place to live.

BEAUTIFUL apartments
I came in for a tour and the staff was super friendly, and very knowledgeable. The apartment was beautiful and the leasing agent Chris was very helpful and answered all my questions. I met the property manager Derek and he was very nice and welcoming even with tenants coming in out of the office, he made sure he greeted everyone with a smile.

Great Place To Reside!
I’ve been a resident for 4 years and it’s been a great place to live! It’s quiet and convenient to all the essentials you will need I.e Shopping, work, downtown, nightlife, etc. The new renovations also are a plus to staying here. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!

My first apartment
I visited Renaissance with my boyfriend and we fell in love with it! It is our first apartment together and we are so happy with it. We have our dog who loves the open grass area. The location is convenient while having quiet neighbors. The apartments are all remodeled with such nice appliances! Definitely recommend.

This place has the best finishing touches! I have shopped around for the right apartment for a while and I have found it here. Clean and newly renovated, I have no complaints. Thank you for a beautiful place to live!

AWesome Staff
I have lived here since 2018 and I can honestly say it's the best apartment community that I have ever lived in! The wonderful office staff keep the community running well like a fine tuned machine and the maintenance staff almost seem to anticipate my maintenance needs. They always show up promptly and are extremely efficient! Everyone here is courteous and friendly and I don't ever plan on moving from here!

nice apartments
I moved in 3 years ago. I love the staff, they listen to you and fix any problems you have. Plus there is a Pool that is well kept up daily. Pet friendly too. has a laundry room too. Great seasonal activities, raffles and more Come check them out

Great place to live!
I have now lived here for 6 months and have no complaints. I graduated FSU in May and plan to stay living here when I attend graduate schooling next summer. Emails from the office are answered in a timely manner and the amenities such as the pool and gym are kept very clean.

Top notch!
Ever since Pax has taken over, everything has changed! The whole property has undergone a tremendous renovation. Each unit has a gorgeous gourmet kitchen, huge bedrooms, and not to mention giant closets. The gym has all new equipment and is open 24hrs! my daughter loves the playground, and I love how peaceful it is. The new management and staff are AMAZING! They always respond quickly when I need anything, they are pet friendly, and my utilities are phenomenally low. My last place was costing me $400 a month JUST for utilities!! Now, I have a flat rate for water/sewer and pest control and my electric is never higher then $70! Everyone who lives here has been super nice. I also appreciate the fact that you must pass a background check to live here. Being a single mom, I don’t have to worry about who my neighbors are. Renaissance truly is a hidden gem. The location is ideal, everything I need is with in a 5 mile radius. I highly recommend living here!!

Be careful many constuction issues here. Shortcuts taken. Won’t find until after you move in and cant get out of lease.
