Everything is amazing living here! Super clean, nice people and office staff are amazing. I would only recommend new gym equipment and making towing a requirement. Have several cars that don’t move AT ALL and they are taking up spots.

It's good, but could be better. Wish we could hang up things on our patio and have better communication with USPS since we are having problems with them delivering to the wrong apt or rejecting packages at the leasing office. Overall, it is good and never had a problem with my neighbors.

I have lived at this property for 3 years and I love my apartment. What I love most is the great communication with the office staff. They are all really friendly the Iselda has always been so nice to me and my wife. The maintenance are really good and friendly. The new renovated pool it’s always clean. Condescending management. Unfriendly, loud neighbors. However, the maintenance requests were handled quickly. And the floor plan was decent. I restored the kitchen cabinets as they were in terrible shape when I moved in. I made the place better, lol, yet management treats people like garbage. :/

Great place to live, maintenance responds promptly. Gate is broken most of the time but seems they try to fix it. The pool was recently refurbished right in time for summer.

This is mostly always due to the time it takes to process claims with the vehicle's owner insurance company. Living at renaissance has been alright. There are issues with apartments like roaches, appliances being old, etc. But the neighborhood is great.

Gates are always broken, staff is unfreindly, neighbours are unfriendly, have heard loud party noises at late nights. Bare minimum amenities, they don't even let you take a look at the apartments you are going to rent - so you just have to hope that you get a good one. Appliances are from the stone age. No events are ever done - no sense of community

While you are correct in your assessment that the gates have malfunctioned, unfortunately, the vast majority of the times this is the case, is a direct result of improper use such as people exiting through the entrance and vice versa, or residents/guests trying to rush through and colliding with said gates. I just moved in and the application process was fast and easy. Everyone I have talked in office is so nice and helpful Iselda is amazing. My apartment was nice and clean. The maintenance staff is also nice. I love the pool so clean and it’s next to the police station.

very helpful staff! We're not used to the office actually answering the phone (based on our previous apartment), so it was hugely refreshing to here a human answer the phone every single time I called! The people in the office here are so proactive and helped us through some technical difficulties with the application process (not their fault). From what I heard from current residents, maintenance is pretty quick and living conditions are nice. We're excited to move in!

We have lived here for 3 years. We are about to move out and move on to a new journey, but living here was amazing. Staff was amazing and the pool was my safe place to relax and forget the worpd for a bit. I'm going to miss this place so much. Wonderful memories we'll never forget.

I love the floor plan, especially the fireplace. The management is nice and they respond quickly to service requests. I do wish they had clickers for the gate.

This complex is pretty solid for Austin. Relatively affordable and you get a pretty good apartment for the price. I've been here for about 3 years and plan to stay Pros: -Decent sized floorplans, -relatively safe for the area (probably due to the nearby police precinct) -The management staff is generally nice -same management company for the past 20 years which is pretty rare for Austin. -basic amenities (dog park, pool, gym) -have not had a single package stolen -have not noticed any crime within the complex (there is crime in the area though) Cons: -Dated appliances (still work fine and not too inconvenient) -not the highest build quality (wall studs seem to be arbitrary, and most built in things are not level) -not the prettiest or newest amenities -police precinct and Parmer Lane can be noisy at times All in all I'd recommend this for someone who values safety, reliability, and affordability over fancy or new. The cons are really not that big of a deal for me.

The management is the pitts. Fortunately they've chosen not to renew our lease without cause. If they resolved tenant complaints they would not be getting the terrible reviews.

Decent floorplans for comparable prices in Austin, the maintenance workers are great and come quickly. It would be nice if there were more pedestrian entrances/exits as this area is nearby a lot of bus routes.

I’ve been here since July of 2021 and this is by far the best place I’ve lived. The maintenance crew is amazing and so are the leasing agents. My neighbors are pleasant and have never had any complaints from them or about them.

So far living here has been fantastic. Compared to other properties I’ve lived, it feels homely, all the staff is amazing, and if there’s a maintenance request put in, they get it done fast, and do it right. Being here almost a year (and will be renewing when the time comes) there’s no complaints other than when it rains, it floods (literally outside), but that’s not the complexes fault.

The experience as a resident has not been up to the mark. There have been several instances that have led to dissatisfaction. One of the primary concerns has been the problem with pests. There have been frequent sightings of pests in the living space, which is not only disturbing but also raises concerns about hygiene and cleanliness. In addition to the general pest issue, there has been a specific problem with cockroaches. These insects have been spotted on multiple occasions, causing discomfort and annoyance. The presence of cockroaches is not just a nuisance but also a potential health risk, as they are known to carry various diseases. This has significantly impacted the overall resident experience.

The apartment complex is great and the office staff is very responsive. I deducted a star because maintenance is a bit slow, but they do a great job.

old apartments with old appliances, gas stoves constantly stop working, they initiate mandatory pest control contracts and then keep asking to sign, keep raising rent - even though they don't make any upgrades year after year. Even after living for over 3 years they don't give any discount on rent.

Unfortunately, reviews/feedback often come as a result of a disagreement in terms, etc. As mentioned in prior communications, our pest control treatments are in place to avoid any pest issues for you and nearby residents. Great price, apartment, and location. Quiet neighborhood, have never had any issues. Fast maintenance when required. Big large apartments at an affordable price.

I love living at Renaissance at North Bend! I have a spacious apartment and the office is quick to reply to emails and phone calls. My neighbors are kind and quiet. I also love the amenities for my dog!

When I applied, the staff were very nice and professional, they were in every detail and contacted me to follow up in everything, and when I got the apartment, everything worked well and apartment was clean. The neighborhood is very nice, everything is close and the neighbors are very gentle and all areas are very clean. Living here it's amazing, ai totally recommend this place :)
