I really enjoy living here. This is my second apartment here at the club. I enjiy the privacy of this apartment very much as well as its a 2 bedroom. However, my first apartment was a 1 bedroom and I loved ur more. I say this to say all the apartments are great regardless of the size!

Leasing Manager worked with me. Move in day was a breeze. So far I enjoy the community. I enjoy the scenery. The upkeeping around the community is good.

Everything was great. The process with moving in and the staff was truly helpful and knowledgeable. Answered all questions and showed concerns

Quiet so far well kept townhouse can be updated some.i love that it is windows in every room the steps are okay the downstairs closet could be alot bigger

I really like the apartments, everything was new when I came in, whenever I needed maintenance, it worked really well. Also it's convenient since I work in the school across the street, so I'm very happy that this year I decided to live in these apartments.

It’s a very great apartment. Nice and quiet and when there is an issue, maintenance is on time. however, the only issue is that some of the tenants are constantly putting out that trash near my bathroom window since I am on the first floor

Overall I’ve enjoyed my time here. I’ve had some bumps in the road while living here but with the help of the rental office things got resolved quickly.

Living at the Renaissance Club Apartments has been a positive experience overall. While I appreciate the attention to detail in the community's exterior, I feel it's time to consider updating the apartments themselves.

Great management and great staff! They do an amazing job with EVERYTHING! Tasheika is very professional and will take care of your issues and concerns in a timely manner. Justin is a great and attentive maintenance member!

I like the neighborhood and maintenance is swift and efficient. I like that they take time to maintain the appearance of the property. My only issue is parking, it’s like playing Russian roulette and it shows that people really don’t know how to park lol

I love the quiet community and it’s convenient location to the local mall and shopping centers. The property is well kept and clean. The move in process was smooth and the staff are friendly.

My resident experience has been great. I really love where I live. Community is nice and clean. Residential staff is polite. It’s been good living here in this community.

So far so good. Move-in was quick and simple. They were able to accommodate my schedule. The signing process was thoroughly explained. The move-in gift was a nice touch, much appreciated.

Good staff maintenance is always on time and very respectful we had a accident and they were very understanding and very helpful beautiful community so peaceful .

This apartment community is honestly pretty great. It’s quite and safe and clean. There is a lot of up keep and it all run well. The only negatives are that the trash pick up Is a bit annoying and, they are a bit slow with construction… it’s not that the construction is loud or disruptive they just block off where they need VERY far in advance and it’s kinda and inconvenience. But it’s very easy to overlook the small things because it a nice place to live.

Everything is great so far. Lauren and Centura were great. They really help me. I felt like I was calling too much. They did not complain not once. I really appreciate everything. The location is low keyed. I met the maintenance man and he was very friendly and nice.

The leasing office has been AMAZING. they answer every question I’ve ever had throughly and make sure I am completely satisfied. Maintence is very effective and quick to respond to a work order. I LOVE it here!!!!!

I like my apartment style/layout and the neighborhoods. The unique thing is that everyone has their own door to go into their home. I like how the community have events for the residents.

I always have a great experience at my community when ever their is something I need taking care of they respond right away and the employees are very nice

It’s been a fine experience this far. Quiet neighborhood. Clean. No issues inside the apartment. Friendly neighbors. Walls are thin, but it’s okay. Rent is expensive to me, but I know that the overall economy is high priced. I really love my apartment!

The community stay clean and all of the staff is very nice ,supportive and gets thing done when asked to.I been here 3yrs and everybody in the community is respectful and friendly.

The ladies that work in the leasing office are really nice and friendly. Every time I have an issue or problem they are always willing to help me resolve the issue . The maintenance team is always willing to help also you don’t have to wait long for a repair

I have lived here for 2 yrs and have enjoyed every moment, I love the fact that the rental office have different things for residents during holiday season and the peace and quiet community

Great community !! My neighbors are amazing, calm, and honest people !! My packages can sit outside all day long and no one will take them. I love it here.

Love it here been here 12yrs. Keep property nice and clean. Security always riding around. Pool is really nice on the summer. Office assistants are pleasant. Love it

I love the area!! Beautiful trees and scenery. I like how some areas are peaceful and quiet. It's good to live in a clean neighborhood. Nice pool to swim in.

Staying here is the best, we are very near to some basic needs. We love the area, no noice, and we got to see deer upclose from our backyard.

Good Morning its friday,i just moved in and so far it's been very relaxiny comfortably quiet i haven't really been able to meet anyone but time will tell its so convenient for me store's are near pist office it's a very clean community ...I plan to be here for a long time like,my last residence the rental office staff was very promt and respectful, nice and professional.

Great apartment, I love my terrace level unit, I love it because it has a private entrance. Plenty of parking and consistent groundskeeping and maintenance.

Today marks a year at the Renaissance Club for me and I have enjoyed my time here. Great apartments, staff, and just overall up keeping of the property.

Nice area close to major areas like Towson, White Marsh, etc. and good upkeep. I like that trash is picked up daily minus Sundays and that events are given for the apartment community.
