Property Ratings at Renaissance Gardens
This complex used to have a very high standard. Of late, there are too many people walking in and out of the complex late at night, too many cars that do not belong in the complex randomly driving about, playing their music loudly. The noise level coming from residents and visitors has increased. I would not recommend this complex if safety is an issue for you. Management clearly has dropped the ball. Honestly, anything above one star on this apartment probably has been written by Management.

The only pleasant thing about living here is the current Event Coordinator. I would like to address my concerns about the necessities people expect when renting an apartment. - Hot Water: How often does the hot water have to go out before the management gets a competent repair? The last time the hot water was out for a week I had to move my family to a hotel room. I was gifted with a $50 restaurant gift card. - Emergency Repairs: When maintenance is called out for what is deemed an emergency they do not come prepared to fix anything. All they say is you will get a new (appliance) tomorrow. However, nothing is passed on to the office. And their version of new used and dirty and still doesn't work correctly. - Routine Maintenance requests: If completed, are done as well as a bandaid on a wound that needs stitches would work. -Trash Dumpsters: There are constant problems with the trash dumpsters being emptied. But you will still have to pay for valet trash service.
I’ve lived here for almost two years. Pools are rarely opened. I’ve been battling roaches since the beginning. Furniture piled up by dumpster that bring animals. I’ve had to park across the street at night because there is not enough parking spots. My bathtub has had a leak for over a year and they have not done anything about it.

Horrible maintenance and no communication from leasing office. Poor experience. Pools are never open and clean. Roaches in apartment. Trash everywhere on property.

Hi there, we find this feedback deeply troubling. Please give us a call directly so we can address your claims. We look forward to speaking with you and hope you have a good day.
I’ve been living on property for about 3 months now and am new to the area I couldn’t be any happier with my environment to call my new home. Rooms are convenient with space no crazy unnecessary commotions throughout the night. With great clean pool areas that I can’t wait to be open hopefully soon! I am greeted happily every time I go pay my monthly rent by the office lady Valerie. Which who also showed me the property and kind enough to explain herself thoroughly as I had my own questions and concerns before I moved in she was a great assistance to me and had me sold instantly!!!

First off the office/ maintenance will ignore you completely, there is mold growing from all the windows and ac vents. Not to mention the roaches. It’s seriously disgusting. Water shut offs at least twice a month it’s ridiculous. Can’t wait till my lease is up. It does not feel like home and can’t believe I’m paying for this place.

Y'all what I'm about to tell y'all actually happened. When my roommates and I first moved into this place it seemed like the perfect place, but as the months went by it turned into a living nightmare. First the drains in the kitchen and bathroom kept clogging up over and over, then cabinet doors started breaking off, one of the bathtub faucets wouldn't stop running and it took 2 months to get maintenance to come and fix it. The a/c was broken for 3 months during the heat of the summer and we basically had to harass them before they came to fix it. There was a musty smell coming from the vents and we saw mold. Then we got German cockroaches and it turned into a full blown infestation. To top it off we got bed bugs!!! The office completely ignored us, never sent anyone to terminate the bugs or help us out. Luckily we only signed a 6 month lease, but we had to stay another 2 months legally. Those last two months we could not even live there because of the bed bugs and we still had to pay. We did everything we could to exterminate them but they were in the walls. We were clean people who took care of the place, it was just poorly taken care of and poorly managed. Plus, there are a few tenants who are mean and boss everyone around and act like they own the place. Terrible experience. They need to tear that building down and rebuild it. Do not live here! You will regret it!!!

Since being taken over by a new management company, things are being repaired, New manager seems to be doing a fairly good job. HOWEVER, in the last year, there have been "incidents" with residents. Rumored drug dealers, people screaming and yelling and fighting each other, people wandering the complex begging for money, residents who appear to be under the effects of drugs or mentally unhinged, rumored drug overdoses, and a general feeling the you or your family or property might not be safe. Personally, I believe that I will be looking for another place to live that will provide a more secure place to live, although I'm not so worried about my family's safety that I'll be moving right away, but if things escalate, I will.
The new management company is taking time to get a lot done. It was a little rough getting things done at first, but overall things have been improving. Maintenance is awesome. My lease is up in a couple of months and I will be sure to renew. I love my neighbors, and the fact that I am close to everything is a plus. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.
I've been living in renassiance gardens apartments for almost a year and I was happy to resign a lease for another year. This apartment is nice and quiet, I don't hear any arguing or partying it's every peaceful. They have nice neighbor events a couple times out of the month, if you have a issue with anything needing to be fixed they don't have you waiting a long time. They are located by a Bus route if you don't have a car. I would recommend them to everybody to move here I love it and my family loves it
We have lived @ Renaissance Gardens for a couple months and we love it! It has cute, nice sized apartments and a very quiet atmosphere. There are 3 pools on site and the Management is awesome! They also have monthly events where they have free food and other amenities. It's a great place to live.
I love the outside and feel at home on the inside. Plenty of trees and paths that lead to pools. This property is well-maintained and courteously managed. This is a 5 star place considering location and price. Amazing. Fast food/sit-down dining/home style meals/theaters/pet stores/gyms/banks....literally EVERYTHING is within 2 miles. Quiet nights and cool days.
While I grew up not far from this location, and actually knew someone that lived here in the late 90s. Having said that, I was not impressed by the office staff....they seemed disinterested. When I asked if I could see a 1 bedroom, I was told no we're available, so I left a buisness card, and the agent said she had one coming up I could look...that was 3 weeks ago....no one has bothered to follow up.
I've never been so happy living in a apartment as I am here, honestly didn't even know it was possible. Everyone is so helpful and friendly!
