Property Ratings at Renaissance Place at Grand Apartments
Don't move here if u got a job or/and love your sanity. I will be moving when my lease is up. The bad children have taken over. The parents are to busy partying to watch their kids. Management is no help. They all need to be fired! Most of the time it's a loud environment. The walls are thin. Your apt will start falling apart right after u move in & good luck with maintenance fixing it correctly. But the children is the main issue for me. I've nickname them CHILDREN OF THE CORN.
This perfect apartment is in a great school district; It has the # 1 Veterans hospital right across the street; It has the #1 Fox Theater for great entertainment; It has the best Symphony Hall that everyone loves to go to for music & Holiday concerts; It has the Best Steak House restaurant along with other restaurants; It has the most beautiful church you ever want to see; It has a doggy park for all dog lovers; It has a movie theater to go and enjoy your favorite movie with a little popcorn & drink I can go on and on but I'm limited to my words but last and certainly not least it's near the highway so you can get here from any where.....
These apartments at Renaissance Place at Grand are awesome.
I've lived here about 14 months now and while it isn't bad, it's not someplace I see myself living past fall of 2015. My particular apartment wasn't cleaned very well before I moved in, and no matter how cleaning I've done, it still feels like someone else's germs are here. The garbage disposal always smells (no matter how much I try to disinfect it). In fact, there's always an unpleasant smell in here. I don't know if it's the new carpet, but it's annoying. I've seen far too many spiders, including a HUGE one, water bugs of all sizes are always in here doing the summer, my neighbors and their kids are ALWAYS noisy when they're home, people always throw trash in the street, groups of kids roaming around using foul language and running around in the street, loud music from cars. The staff is great and they do a good job of keeping it looking nice, but after my son graduates high school, I'm moving.
The apartment was very nice and updated. The staff in the leasing office were very helpful and friendly.
This community is so beautiful, and on top of that the people that work for the community were very friendly. It was a wonderful experience looking at what they had to offer. I am a hopeful applicant and I can't wait to hear to great news!!
I enjoy living here, very peaceful and well maintain. Great place to raise a family.
Viewed unit. Apartment manager extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Hope I get selected. Units and neighborhood immaculate
What attracted me to this location was the great landscaping, location, easy commute to work and the feel of suburban living in the city. Now after moving in and have been here for almost two years, it's time to go. My son is a sophmore in college and this invironment is best suited for families with small children. The tenants don't obey the rules, the children are out of control, running all over the parking lots all times of day and night, kids playing on front porch area and throwing trash and your neighbors don't respect the fact that your next door. I can hear when my neighbor is punishing the children. Great place to live if you have children and don't and/or mind being around a lot of kids.
There is a building on the corner of N. Leonard Ave and Franklin, right across the street from me that is a constant problem, not to mention an eye-sore. They blast their music all hours of the day and night. Great for them, but not so good for those of us who have jobs. The party never stops over there. Kids run wild with no supervision what so ever. They have no respect for adults and will curse you if you say anything. I can't take it much longer. Once my lease is up I am out of here.
