Renaissance Place will include 57 newly constructed multifamily units that will target residents earning 50% and 60% of the area median income. Applicants will have the option of 1- or 2-bedroom units. The project will be restricted to individuals ages 55 years and older. The property will consist of one multifamily building that will measure 3 and 4 stories.
