West Little Rock is comprised of a vast swath of land stretching from Interstate 430 out towards Williams Junction and over Lake Maumelle. There’s an incredible variety of neighborhoods, communities, and landscapes in what’s considered West Little Rock, including waterfront communities on the lake, pastoral reprieves of the Arkansas countryside, and the more suburban communities nearing the city center. There’s a little something for everyone in West Little Rock, but most renters will be enticed by the apartment communities and affordable renters just west of the Interstate that mix the serenity of living outside the city while still being close enough to enjoy its amenities.

Property Ratings at Renaissance Point
I lived here and moved after I had my kid because there is always gun shots in apartments , drug deals , not kid friendly at all ! Someone was also shot I would not recommend !
We moved in August 2022 leasing a 1 bedroom on the lower level. The community is small and pretty quiet We got to enjoy the pool and playground throughout the year and the side walks run all the way to Cantrell so getting a walk on with a stroller was easy. The floor plan is pretty spacious and an open design. The all white wall and granite give a modern and clean touch.Front door garbage pick up was a welcome addition and a huge help. The manager Leslie is also very helpful with questions and any assistance you may need
I had a couple of issues with my heater in winter, one of them when the temperature outside was in 30s. I called the emergency maintenance and they even do not respond to my call. If they do not take care of something urgent would they take care of anything else? This is not the first time to happen. The first time they says you called a wrong number, although it is the same phone number they respond to during weekdays
If I could give 0 stars I would!! If you looking to move here move elsewhere. The management sucks here!!! Management doesn’t care about their tenants and they’re MONEY hungry!!! They will charge you for every little thing! It’s ridiculous and sad! You will have to pay to park at your own home!!! They put boots on your car if you don’t have a parking sticker which is $25 every month for parking!!! If you have guest they will have to park at least 3 miles & walk!! The new management here is in it for the money. They will charge you for any little thing. They expect for you to pay on time but can’t get the maintenance team to fix your request on time!!! Don’t move here! Move elsewhere

Good evening, we are working on this with our team members. Our office has new staff and would be happy to address your issues and concerns. Please contact them or stop by and see them!
I lived in and undesirable neighborhood, bad credit you name it .i drove here , I pulled up and said wait I could never live here these people are rich. I came in, I met Sasha … god worked through her , for me. She told me it would be over my budget , but she. Believed in me when know one else would. She worked with me called me to se how things were coming along, she never gave up on my dream of living here. I’ve grow to love her in the title she’s in. 3 months later God opened the door for me to move in.. GOD DID it AGAIN!!! Never say what he can’t do. Ebony is not just amazing she’s humble. They truly work to make your experience here amazing. They give you a reason to want to live here I never felt so safe . Also I want to thank maintenance, they do and amazing job! The landscape is gorgeous, pools clean . It’s a different kind of home here. Thank you.
They show dirty apartments every time they give a tour. The apartments should be tidy before guests enter an apartment. That’s common sense. This turned me away from renting from them.
Fairly new but great area to live in. Not to noisy and the apartments are beautiful. Comes with a microwave and plenty of other house ready appliances. Easy to communicate with staff and they are always one call away. The community itself is just a breath of fresh air.
I searched high and low to find the perfect place, and this doesn't disappoint. The exterior is clean and neat, I love the space. Bedroom sizes are typical, both bedrooms have large walk-ins which is perfect. Whirlpool appliances throughout. Hardwood/Laminate through out. Neighbors are Great! Only take back is parking, but its not enough to remove a star.
“a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with parks and trails."
Food truck Friday's... exclusive at rennasance point ... Bragging right to all your friends and family for the updated appliances stainless steel with boudau... maintenance responds quickly gated entry . Quiet friendly atmosphere well worth the expense for piece of mind and tranquility .. definitely recommend to everyone that is looking to feel safe secure and have luxury living .. come.c for yourself .. the staff is super friendly Call now and ask for Mrs Sasha she is #1
No way a Background check is performed on everyone. The gate stays open and everyone has same two codes when it rarely works. A bright light should be there to take video of whomever has to use code box for safety.
Living here for last 3 years its quite, calm, secure. Maintenance is excellent. Management is comprehensive.
Parking should not be something to worry about when you pay to live somewhere. A few months ago we started seeing reserved spots popping up everywhere without any notice or information sent out about these reserved spots. When we asked the property manager he informed us that it is $25 per month per spot. $25 a month for an uncovered parking spot. There is now hardly any open parking for people that choose not to pay that ridiculous fee for a parking spot. The manager had our car towed for parking on the curb by our building because there was no parking open. This curb is not a fire lane and there is not a no parking sign anywhere around. Yet our car was towed and we had to pay $215 to get it back. The manager is terrible and I do not recommend moving here. There were red flags as we were getting ready to move in that I wish we wouldn’t have ignored. I cannot wait for the lease to be up so we can get the hell away from this place.
Parkland Heights/Renaissance place is an ideal place for living. The neighbors are very good. Also, Management take care of everything. We didn't go through any difficulty while living here. It's a peaceful place. I will recommend to everyone. Come and live here.
Parking is horrible !!! You have to pay 25$ to park in front of your unit or walk miles away. They don’t even monitor the spots so you can really park anywhere. They increase your water bill by 35$ now apparently with no notice. Maintenance is horrible !!! They just want your money they do not care about tenants !
Our aircondion not working. we told them and write to them but they really dont care of it.It was so heat at night .From the april when we moved here every couple day it broken and they knew that the problem is outside they should change that part because they couldn't fix it.And now I am coming to tell them in the office but I couldn't find anybody here it is 11:40 am .3 time I came and nobody. They really dont care about their residents. My kids got sick because it is impossible to sit at home so hoWe have with them contract but we really thinking to move .I recommended 3 my friends to move here .But anymore I will not do it.They really not appreciate
You cannot park your car because it is reserved everywhere
Let me list the things then decide to come here or not There are so many things going on 1. People are driving cars like crazy 2. Tenants are throwing trashes from their cars. Sometimes they are successful but sometimes they are just driving away and not picking them up and throwing in the trash can. 3. I see so many cops around. 4. Maintenance comes late very late. 5. The weird thing is that when your neighbor downstairs turns on the light and yours is on and if your neighbor turns off and yours is off. There is a strong relationship with your neighbor. You are like living together. 6. I see trashes around. You need to throw your trash by yourself but people are putting trashes in the hallway. 7. Especially at night people are running like crazy then police comes. 8. Drugs are all around. They are used heavily. 9. I don’t feel safe here. 10. Club house and pool is rented and you cannot go there. 6 hours $250 isn’t that cheap :) 11. You cannot find office people whenever you want. They can show up whenever they want. Perfect right. 12. Almost everywhere is reserved. There is no place to park. You have to park your car a mile away and go home. The interesting thing is that the reserved areas are not covered. If you have money, you can reserve wherever you want. 13. Disabled park areas are reserved. 14. Cars are parked and no one owns them. 15. Gate is broken and not has been fixed yet. I will update you later.
Lived here for 3 years and now loving out ASAP. Use to be an awesome place to live until came under new management. Build new apartments and too many people living here now. Cars race through parking lot, charge 25 dollars just to park in front of your own building (no garage/coverage), security cameras don’t work can’t even use the pools/club house because they are rented out to party’s every weekend for hours and hours. Save time and go somewhere else.
Parking is horrible , they want you to pay 25$ to park outside if your own building and offer you nothing besides that . You will not receive covered parking or garage at this place. Seek else where to live .
I have been living here for last one year, its a perfect place for families with an awesome neighbor hood.
Apartments and town house are at good location they are spacious and have good lay out
We moved here in Aug 2017. Its such a lovely, calm, cool and secure place to live in. Every thing you can ask for is available. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with my living.
