So far I am more than pleased with the services here. Would recommend Greystar personnel to anyone. Love, love the location. Everything is within 15 minutes max - stores, medical needs, beach, restaurants - which is wonderful.

I thoroughly enjoyed being the second resident to occupy an apartment in the newly built Renaissance Santa Rosa apartments.
The Maintenance Team at Renaissance Santa Rosa are always quick to respond and ready to serve as need. Requests are not made often but when they are issues are addressed professionally and quickly.
As of this time, five months into my stay here at the Renaissance Santa Rosa, I strongly DO NOT recommend that anyone waste their money and call this place “home.” The construction is a joke, and the staff, an even better one. The only thing that warrant any merit to RSR is its convenient location to nearby Hurlburt Field and to the surrounding restaurants and venues.
Professional and welcoming staff, clean and well maintained property. Apartment layout is sizable and comfortable.
My family and myself have been very happy at the Renaissance! David, his office staff and maintenance have been most helpful and friendly! The amenities are awesome and grounds are kept beautiful! The neighbors here are so kind and courteous, and it has a family atmosphere here! The Renaissance is a Great Place to call HOME…
I couldnt say anything positive at the time. One of the most frequent issues being the gates and doors on property do not properly work. One of the reasons for moving here was to be in a gated community and there is not proper operating gates. One door in building 1000 is never locked. Another door in building 1000 has to be tricked to work. You have to push it in then pull it. Ive seen other residents frustration when attempting to open these doors. The door for the gate closest to dillards does not work. Ive witnessed residents come back and become frustrated. Ive heard other residents complain about these issues. Any excuse given does not make sense. There is a common theme to blame not being able to get parts. It doesnt take a year to get parts. It seems the concerns are outside of the community budget and thats why they havent been resolved? I believe there should be a concession on rent to the residents for not receiving full amenities.

I love the staff and how friendly they are. All of them take the job serious and want to make sure the living facility is kept up to par and the tenants are happy.
I really enjoy the property and the location. Everything is updated and modern and I am looking forward to the full Renaissance experience.
This place is literally the best option for the surrounding area. We were missing options for upgraded, luxury apartments that are close to downtown & military installations. I am so glad I decided to wait for construction to complete and move here! Would highly recommend to anyone & everyone.

Management is very friendly and professional. We had to put in a work order for an issue and it was resolved the next day. Beautiful apartments and everything has been maintained outside very well.

Renaissance has made the entire application to move-in process very smooth and still continue to be very approachable.
