About Rene Apartments

Welcome to the newly renovated René Apartments…. conveniently located within walking/biking distance to OKC’s vibrant Midtown, Downtown, Sosa, and Plaza Districts as well as SSM Health/St. Anthony Hospital. Also close are OCU Law School and OU Health and Science Center. Apartments are within the John Rex Elementary and Middle School District. The Rene features 12, one-bedroom units that boast new solid surface flooring, updated kitchens, and baths (new appliances in kitchens), balconies on select second-floor units, and a beautiful, private common space for gathering with friends. The Rene’s security features include property cameras, operated by the owner and management company, and locked common entry doors, accessible via tenant key fobs and mobile applications. The laundry is located in the basement of the building. Limited onsite parking. Street parking is located directly across the street from the apartment building. $45 non-refundable application fee $100 administration fee due at time of move in $75 water/sewer/trash fee per month Pets Welcome $25 Monthly Pet Rent - up to 25lbs (breed restrictions apply - see leasing realtor for details) QUALIFICATION STANDARDS Applicants who do not meet minimum screening standards, will not be approved: * Applicant must have a valid Photo ID and a valid SSN. * Applicants' monthly household income must exceed three times the rent. All income must be from a verifiable source. Unverifiable income will not be considered. * Applicants must receive in writing, a positive rental reference from the previous property manager. Rental reference will be verified * Applicants must not have any previous evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords, dated 5 years back * Applicants must have credit score for at least one of the Applicants must be over 600. * A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18. Applicants' background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility. * No smoking allowed. * Occupancy limit is 2 people per bedroom *Minimum 12-month lease required At Managing Brokers and/or Owner's discretion, compensation factors as an additional security deposit or co-signer (guarantor) may be required for qualification if Applicant fails to meet one of the above requirements. In event of multiple applicants, the tenancy will be granted to the most qualified, based on the above criteria. Owner reserves the right to not approve tenants that don't meet all of the above criteria.
