The apartment complex is nice. Neighbors mind their business. No noise after 10 very quiet nights . Only thing is that tenants should pick up after their dogs . A lot of poop out there .

Ok size and quality for the price. Very busy roads around the property and the parking lot is made for smaller cars. When I first moved in the price was great with everything thing else but after the recent price increase it’s turned to ok.

I love the apartments so far very peaceful I love it here it’s so quite and neighborhood is nice and peaceful I love to be here for a few years

I’ve been living here since I moved here to Midland even though there is a lot of traffic it’s convenient and quiet I like that it is easy to get on 250 fast or go to Odessa on 191

so far so good just moved in and next door neighbors are blasting thier music and as someone who works from home i enjoy the quietness. wish communications were more better as i felt i had to call the office every other day to ask them questions as nothing was given to me prior or after getting aprtment and nothing available online

Moving is always very stressful especially when you still have to work and take and bring things out of storage. I did find some issues that i would love resloved. As the garbage disposal and dishwasher neither one work.. In kitchen there is a drawer missing...in one bathroom a drawer hanging ....the kitchen also has a cabinet that is barely hanging on.

Comunidad tranquila, apartamento cómodo y amplio, pintado y con buena presencia. Sin filtraciones, buen drenaje, cocina en buen estado. Solo la iluminación de la sala es poca.

Not great, the carport lights were never fixed and my husband's and neighbor's car got broken it last night. I guess this place isn't safe...

Good place to live, will always recommend to anyone. Has all the amenities you need. Very clean and well kept.good customers service and parking spot.

They’re so nice and helpful. Exactly what we wanted in a first apartment. There’s a dog are so they get play and outside time. The washer and dryer are definitely live savers too.

Over all good apartments . Neighbors are nice , never had a problem with no one . I would totally recommend the complex with friends or family .

Had some issues that had to get resolved in the beginning of moving in but once it was resolved it was better. It is pretty noisy especially on the corner apartments. If you can get over that and the tight squeeze for the car ports it’s not a bad place for the price.

These apartments are desperately in need of renovation. I love the location, the office people are very nice people, maintenence team do the best they can as it relates to work orders, but are often under staffed. If the apartments were up to par and not so out dateed in my personal opinion life living here wouldn't be so hard. The dishwasher, is way out date, half the outlets in my apartment I can't plug anything into, and the carpet stinks to high haven the cabinets are old, paint peeling off of them, the board on my patio that holds up the roof is so dry rotten it has fallen down and has not been put back up. I have to keep my air conditioner running year around to keep the smell at bay and that's been the case since I moved here. The brochure made this place look like paradise, but in reality, living in this place is like living in the projects at a much higher price.

I like the continual effort to make this a great community home for those in this area. I like the cleanliness of the property as a whole. I love how helpful and friendly the ladies in the office are every time I go in there. Also activities they offer for the people that live here all the free stuff.

All its great, only needs chance Doors because are some old. But all in general are in good consitions. That is my comentary, have a nice day

We just moved to midland and so far we absolutely love it the apartments and staff are amazing. I love how our dog has his own play area as well as my kids.

Andrews 2 is a good starter apartment. The rent is reasonable for what you get. The parking is little to none other than your assigned spot. The apartment itself is very nice with underlying problems. The maintenance staff does respond in a reasonable time but sometimes needs a push to show up. Amenities such as the pool, gym, and laundromat at nice but aren’t taken care of by the staff. The pool gets dirty fast and the laundry room/gym are hardly cleaned. The laundry prices have gone up since the time I’ve been here. Went from 1.50 to 2.25 a wash/dry. Overall alright but wouldn’t stay here forever.

I have been here for almost 7 years and you don’t rent that long if you don’t like where you’re at. The staff has always been helpful and polite and always keep you informed of anything that is going on in the complex. I like living here and will be for 2024 and 2025.

Me and my kids love everything about these apartments , goes to say I wish there was more for them to do at the playground other then just slide but other than that it’s great

Living and Renew Andrews has been a very interesting experience. Their rules have been strict but understandable for the better well being of their residents.

The management here is definitely trying to make things better. However with the water shutting off normally, water heater issues, and issues with other amenities, the price to live here isn't the best. I believe it's just that the units are old and need repair. They're working on it and I hope it gets better soon.

Great maintenance team. They take care of business. Never had a bad experience with them. Good people in the office. All around nice place to live.

i’ve been here for three years and honestly, it’s been great. The staff is great. The maintenance people are amazing. The property is clean.

It's way to many hot water issues here just ridiculous every week 2 to 3 times a week it's something about the water it's getting out of control

So far 6 months in and I’m loving the apartment community . It’s peaceful , spacious living, no problems with neighbors. Whenever I have a problem at the apartment anything with maintenance, they try to go as soon as possible. I like how they like to do events so everyone in the apartment community can gather together.

I love it here it's a great community and everyone seems so nice. It's a great location in walking distance for most of the stores I frequently go

It’s a really peaceful and beautiful property so convenient for a beginner leaving the nest ! this park has everything needed for living with great prices.

Just moved in! LOVE IT so far! Only con is neighbors don’t pick up dog poop so you can smell it walking through the building! Other than that the townhomes are beautiful as can be

This is a very nice apartment. My wife loves the dishwasher. It's a good amount of space for our family. It is in an excellent location, short distances to Walmart and good restaurants.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in! The people here are so nice and help you with whatever you need! They have amazing breakfast and room service!

it takes about a month at LEAST to handle maintenance requests, but they close them when they are not finished so it appears to corporate (i guess??) that they have been taking care of their stuff! the office ladies are very rude and ignore all my requests and texts for days and weeks on end.

The staff is very easy to get along with which makes it unfortunate that there are so many issues. The complex almost always smells of marijuana, dogs normally poop all over the place and a lot of the neighbors are rowdy and rude. It's by no means a 'bad' place to live. It's right in the middle of town and the rent prices are decent. Frankly, I don't even think it's the apartment's fault as I know they're trying their best. It's just a group of unruly characters.

I think this place is a nice place to live. I enjoy how they have events for all of the residents. By events I mean giveaways, classes, back to school events and holiday events. They are also easy to communicate with. Thumbs up :)

Apart from a miscommunication issue regarding rent, Renew Andrews was speedy with maintenance requests; however, there have been an unusual amount of blackouts in the area. Overall, would rent with them again as their staff is friendly and helpful.

I like the quiet and calm atmosphere no matter where I walk the dog it’s clean and quiet. I also like the quick response on the maintenance no matter the issue big or small it always feels like a prioritized issue on their part. Thank you ReNew!

Amazing community and amazing staff, neighborhood is good, maintenance is quick to respond to any issue To the apartment if not, they take like two days.

Love the apartment , and everything that the complex has . But I dislike that tenants have to have limited access to place objects in patio . Also don’t like that we can’t have a cookout in your own home that one is paying for .

We like living here, disappointing with how much rent went up and we can’t keep an outdoor playhouse on patio. Other than that everything is usually very relaxed.

The move in process with Renew Andrews was quick, easy, and virtually stress free. We love our unit and community here. I highly recommend this complex.

Muy mala , no esperaba que tuviera tantos inconvenientes en tan poco tiempo, nos multan , por tener un par de zapatos en al balcón, u otra cosa, pero sin embargo nos hemos pasado tiempo sin agua , con basura acumulada, días con agua fría, problemas en la iluminación, y nos siguen cobrando lo mismo , solo veo disculpas , y cero retribución , todos los meses nos cobran lo mismo a pesar que estemos afectados en los servicios que pagamos

Very quiet, good community! Only moved here about a week ago and i love it so far. customer service is amazing and are always so nice when i need something.

It is nice to live here. KFC and Arbys are just our neighbour :D and quiet living space. The apartment maintenance service are quick. The cusotmer supports are just awesome.

a very quiet place, always the best answer for your best stay, I like living here. I like the maintenance service, their work is excellent. It is very safe, good lighting, very colorful. and silent.

Rent isn't worth what you're paying. The place is a mess the whole complex smells of Marijuana. The staff is friendly if you can catch them on a good day but it always just depends.

Little broken things here and there but nothing major and the maintenance workers have been great and quick. The walkways and dog park are always clean

This apartment complex is just about meeting the bare minimum requirements in being well maintained apartments but indeed they are maintained and comfortable.

Ladies at the front were great, savannah helped and answered any questions I had. Apartment area is nice and comfortable, the move in was easy neighbors aren’t loud.

The experience here so far has been great. Friendly staff and great maintenance management. Always ready to resolve any issues reported. Love how it’s kid friendly and pool looks amazing

Loving my new apartment I call home, nice and quiet neighborhood and couldn’t ask for anything better. Needs a little decor to give it the homey feeling. But it’s coming along so no complaints my way.
