Overall I like living in the community here at Polo Park, my neighbors are courteous and respectful, unfortunately there's not much that can be done about the pool,its open to the public or the vandalism that infrequently occurs, the laundry room is disappointing, however, the staff is very attentive to my request, the maintenance team does a very good job and I appreciate their quick responses, so that's all I can share.

I have tried to show respect to my neighbors, unfortunately they don't by turning the music up & their dog barks all day long! Plus, parking by your entrance should be accessible! The management has two other properties they are responsible for! So, this could be a much better place to live if there was enforcement!

Overall it’s been a pretty good experience. I will say that we’ve had more maintenance issues but understandably so because this is a 80’s apartment. Staff have been ok, maintenance has always been on top of their work orders. Other than the overwhelming smell of marijuana and rude noisy neighbors it’s been an ok experience. I’m only giving 4 stars instead of 3 because the maintenance staff had been the most helpful out of all apartments I’ve lived in.

I have been living here for 6 years. The good thing about these apartments is that there are no bugs. They must be more consistent in terms of the patio because they do not allow a grill or other patio accessories, so they should be more flexible in that regard.

The apartments are old, but the customer service has been top notch at the homes in Polo Park. Maintenance requests are dealt with fast and efficiently and with customer care in mind. I would highly recommend living here, simply due to the fact that there management team and maintenance are very accommodating! (4 stars, just be cause of the age of the apartments, but for being 40 years old they are still livable and in good condition).

The apartment itself is nice although a lot of things were found damaged and not fixed when we first moved in. It sucks cause we are paying quite a bit but they cant even at least fix the various problems before we moved in.

Not good and they don’t help. We have had it flood twice they didn’t offer help or anything to make our experience better. Than our dishwasher and dryer broke

I have been at Renew Polo Park for the past 2 years, they have great and prompt maintenance! The front office is always helpful and friendly. .Thank you Shanique ! Our small yet mighty gym is so convenient with everything needed for a great gym sesh! I love it here :)
