My experience at ReNew has been a world of difference compared to anywhere else I’ve rented from, Sacramento to the Bay Area. From first stepping foot into the rental office and meeting Sam, to him showing the best unit available (our new home) and the entire application process. Everything was made easy, very clear and prompt. The resident portal makes maintenance requests a breeze and Wyatt, our maintenance manager, is extremely fast and knows how to handle everything personally or gets the ball rolling for what he can’t do as soon as he can. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new home to consider ReNew!

Great neighborhood. Quite street. I've been in this place for almost 12 years. And I can't believe that!!! I loved my old neighbors, sometimes we hangout outside especially if it's 4th of July.

Neighborhood is very quiet and neighbors are super friendly and respectful! The place was in pristine condition when we moved in. The only thing preventing it from being a full 5 star rating is that the A/C ventilation is weak in most of the home excluding the kitchen.

My resident experience had its ups and downs i been here for 15 years I seen the bad and the good but it's been more good than bad. I forgot to lock my car door one night and somebody took everything out my car since then I put up cameras I had no problems since then

We Love the neighborhood and the neighbors. Hate the rent. Also not impressed with Colonial Heights school, but thankfully my daughter only has to do one year there before she goes to Lincoln. Also the location is great being near most anything.

I like the schools my kids go to I know mostly everyone around the community the bad thing about this community is they always running the stop sign as if it not there not enough police presents around here cars always speeding on Kelly drive going 4o and 50 miles sometimes but other than that I like my community
