The building is also dead center in the middle of a GREAT & SAFE neighborhood where my son & daughter can come visit me as they please. Great for a student or single parent, great first apartment as well. Property management works with you as far as extensions if having trouble paying rent. lovely apartment layout not too much traffic coming in and out of building enjoyed my 12 months of staying here.
