So far so good, neighbors are nice. They have events to bring the community together. Clean environment. Maintenance is reliable. Team responds quickly

I absolutely love this location, which is why I gave it three stars. It’s very convenient located near all three major cities, but upon my first day of arrival, there were certain finishes that we were promised that we’re not held up to doing our walk-through, the finishes on the walls were not done properly, our bathroom door look like the last tenants punched holes in the wall and roughly tried to fix spots. my balcony handle broke off during our first viewing and they sent maintenance to come up and they installed the broken one and of course it ended up breaking in the matter of minutes from him leaving. we did not have water in our apartment for hours. our kitchen & bathroom was not properly clean, which is strange because we were promised new paint ( how can you paint over dirt?) besides that I gave gave it the three stars due to convenience and location.

ReNew is the nicest apartment we’ve ever been in. I love the feeling of the property. It’s very obvious that a lot of time and care is being invested in the property to make it a homey place to live. The staff is so nice and easy to approach, and our unit is everything we’ve wanted. I love the allocation of space and all the separate storage closets. We’ve never needed a massive bedroom so I’m thrilled that the living room is very large. It’s the hub of our household. We’ll be staying here a long time!

Very nice apartment complex, beautiful grounds, love the lake, lots of improvements with the new management. Parking lot was recently renovated and assigned numbers added to it

great! our neighbors are nice and the apartment is quiet. the maintenance is nice and have fixed a few things for us quickly. i am so excited to use the new gym equipment, and my husband is excited for the fishing.

When I moved in I encountered trash all over the parking lot. My apt bathrooms had plaster everywhere. Definitely hadnt been cleaned. There are no lights in the living room or bedrooms. Air flow to the bedrooms are minimal. My screen on my balcony door was sliced up. Plaster in the carpet. Definitely thrown together renovations and repairs.

The lake is beautiful and the premises are well maintained. There are renovations and they are doing a good job. It is quiet at night without any disturbances.

It’s pretty nice except for the conditions of the laundry room. Also loved melissa she was so honest about everything that’s going on and how they’re effectively improving the living situation of all the tenants.

The landscaping is always so beautiful - the people are kind, office staff is SO attentive and quick to respond - the pool is gorgeous and the gym is always clean. Very quiet, clean community

In a single mother of three, and I love it here beautiful neighborhood great neighbors management if fantastic. Will work with you just have to communicate. Have different events for the neighbors to interact with each other.

I have lived here for 18 years. Whenever I needed maintenance for repairs or anything else I have been taken care of and quickly . The staff is very friendly and professional. Can’t imagine living anywhere else.

Management is super nice and accommodating ! I really enjoy living here. And having such a fun environment around me. As well as being close to a lot! Super convenient

From the beginning, the staff at ReNew Banbury Lake have been nothing short of positive and helpful during my moving process. In the middle of signing my lease, my co-signer was having issues logging into his account and therefore couldn't sign the lease. We called the clubhouse and stopped by that day to sign the documents. They were able to upload them to our account, reset his password and information, and further assist us by providing information we needed to complete before we could move in. The move-in process was smooth and emails sent to us clearly outlined what we needed to do. The newly updated grounds are beautiful and everyone we've met has been a friendly face. I will say though that our apartment is very clearly a rushed renovated job. They painted the room in a rush because there were paint drippings everywhere and over some of the appliances. Other than that I have no complaints, all furnishings and appliances are modern and work well.

Everything is going well. Ayesha and Bill are excellent they address any problems and concerns you have immediately. The property updates are coming along great looking good. The neighborhood is quiet there’s no one hanging around after hours and making noise. The parking is the only issue wish there was a way that it could be improved, need more of it.

No thanks. Unprofessional unkind. No we do not like the damages and smokey trash we are not responsible for. We tried to get out as soon as we moved in but were not allowed. Unbroken and increased un promises.

Slow service to repair, repairs are half done, LOUD! Loud walkways, doors noisy and worst of all you can hear the floor boards when those above you walk. Residents trash the place and the smell of weed is a constant greeter when entering the building. Over priced on the utilities! The office has high turnover. In less than a year there has been more than four.

Since moving in March, it has been a great experience. The leasing office staff is AMAZING and very prompt. Great and friendly neighborhood.

Been here almost a year and I still love it here. Always feel safe and heard of I moved in right when the new owners took over so can't say how this location was before the transition. But since I have been here it has been a luxurious experience. Looking to renew my lease and continue my journey here. It's a great location even though I'm a homebody when I do look to go out it's plenty to do. Also if you are into festivities they keep up with all the holidays giving families something to do. Although I haven't made it to one of their festivities due to my work schedule. It still brings me joy seeing how they interact with the community. If your looking for a family friendly community this is it.

Had a smooth and easy move-in! The day after move-in, we took note of a few things in the apartment that needed fixing, and maintenance came that day to make sure everything was squared away!

I totally love it here and feel safe! Everything in my apartment was all new and spacious. Love how they don’t use cheap blinds here. I am really enjoying the trash pick up here!

The community is okay, great central location.The communication between the property manager and rental office staff and residents is extremely poor. I wish the office staff took residents concerns more seriously. The community has changed office staff so much I’m never sure who will answer the phone when calling or who will be the property manager from month to month. They have one sable maintenance supervisor (Sharod) that’s been here and he’s absolutely amazing. He’s workload is always full but he makes it a priority to communicate and address your work order within a great timeframe of being received. Living here the past few years has been an extreme roller coaster ride.

It’s peaceful. The only noise were ducks. Great manager. Helped us move from one apartment to here. The apartment is good. Just wish theres more washer and dryer available per building.

So far this has been a lovely experience. Before moving in, the property manager Bill made me & my girlfriend feel right at home immediately! He gave us a fantastic tour of the neighborhood, & we wanted it with no hesitation. It’s a great location & i also love all the amenities that this property provides. I will be telling my friends about this property! Thanks Bill once again!

Very quiet, friendly neighborhood. The atmosphere is wonderful and the upgrades are really nice. I love the environment and feel safe, even later at night when I take walks. The gym could use a little fixing up, but it serves the purpose! Definitely a great place to live!

The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. However maintenance should be on top of their game. Most of the time staffs forgets to remind the maintenance people to check the reports which makes them not to do their jobs on time

first time renting an apartment and this place has been wonderful! brand new appliances, quiet safe neighborhood near shopping centers. beautiful scenery!!!

After new management came I really feel like it’s been taken care of a lot better. I saw bad reviews but gave this place a chance and now it’s my second year and I’m happy.

Apartment management is super friendly and knowledgeable. The grounds around the complex are beautiful and well maintained. It’s a great place to live.

Calm, Quiet, clean, renovated. New bark park and grilling area gives a great feel of community. Nice neighbors, new management is professional. Would recommend.

It is okay. The parking lot is a little congested but that is to be expected. At times, the community can be very noisy. The neighbors are pretty friendly. I hardly ever call the office but when I do the staff can be a little curt. But overall I have no real complaints.

Im new here there have been a few bumps but overall it’s been pretty good :) maintenance has been quick to come and solve our problems which is nice

Living here for that past two years has been rough. When we first moved in April of 2021 they rushed the construction on our unit. We had no garbage disposal, poor paint job, unfinished caulking, and electrical outlets were not sealed properly to the wall. To this day, nothing has been fixed after putting in countless maintenance requests that never get completed and with a transfer of management. The previous management company didn’t pay utilities for the last 3 months of 2022 and we had pay it again because of their mistake. This property is doing their best to turn things around but for me the damage already been done and can no longer live here. I’ve been paying for pest control but my unit has never been sprayed and was never told that I need to add my name to the list for that service. I can never find parking and have to walk 2 buildings down just to get home . Also haven’t had a unit inspection in a year and no one has changed our air filter in a year as well.

I love how quite it is here. It's a big place, they allow me to have pets and nice amenities. Sometimes there is alot of bugs but because of the water.

It is peaceful and quiet in the area. Engineering staffs are slways so friendly. I just wish the admin staff are like them too. All in all our stay has been soo nice and smooth

My experience has been not so good! I hope things will get better! The apartment was not completed when move in date! Repairs are constantly needed!

So far everything has been great, there is problem with cockroaches getting onto our balcony. But that is being resolved we love it here. The environment is amazing and the neighbors are so sweet!

Overall, I’ve liked living at ReNew Banbury Lake. My apartment is a great size and I love looking out over the duck ponds. Maintenance is quick and polite, which is great! I have had trouble with the stuffiness of the apartment. There is simply no airflow even with the ac fan on. That made it my apartment uncomfortable and annoying since I was paying a high electric bill. Location is great though and I enjoyed my year at Banbury.

I have been living here since 2020 and it has been good. The lake in the neighborhood is beautiful! My favorite part of my apartment is the square footage. Before new management our neighborhood was going down. So far since the new people enter a lot has changed from the pool finally opening (first I have been able to use it since 2021) to the neighborhood being completely updated.

It's a beautiful neighborhood, people are cool,rental office do their job with great customers service, and my kids love it here. It's also a great views from the lakes me and my daughters love to watch the turtles, to the nice trails we can just walk peacefully.

Banbury has switched management about 3x since i’ve been here. The new management definitely has no follow through, NO customer service and they’re unprofessional! Sincerely a 5 YEAR tenant ??

Great place! Great neighbors! Very friendly. Love the summertime and the pool area to meet new people. Maintenance is very quick at responding.

Great apartments! Love the layout and my two bathrooms. The lake is a great bonus! It’s stunning. It’s clean and I feel safe to walk outside in the evening. The swimming pool was recently renovated and it’s beautiful

Everyone was friendly and helpful. They were polite! From the front office to maintenance, they ensured that my move in was successful. I felt welcomed!

Although I love the area as well as the set up of our unit, we have had some issues since day one. We have placed work orders, they come and a day or so later it's not working, still leaking or something else. Not sure what the issue is with the cooling system but since day one two rooms and at times the whole unit has No air. I'm in the back and I have not had air in my room since early May, it gets so hot I've had to freeze two liter bottles of water and place in front of the two (2) fans I've had to purchase. I have asthma and bronchitis and some nights I can't sleep because it's so hot and humid in my room. Work order after work order and still no air. The last request was a week ago and we were told.."it's nothing they can do because it's in the ceiling and they would have to "out source" the work order", in the meantime I'm still getting very little sleep due to the extreme temperature in my room.

This is a great community to live in. Great amenities and central location in regards to the beach, Norfolk, and surrounding area. Would recommend!

Good location to surrounding food,enterainment and medical. The prices where pretty good for my place. Prompt repair guys currently if you need things

Just moved in a couple of days ago and it seems really nice. Had a nice little walk around the neighborhood and it had amazing views. I think I'm gonna like it hear to raise my children.

New management is doing a great job getting the complex in shape. Like night and day from when we moved in! the app makes paying rent and submitting maintenance requests easy as pie!

Rent going up twice within a year is kinda crazy. The lights are all blown out and parking lot filled with trash from residents that dont care. Police randomly driving through searching for people running through the area. Its too expensive for what it is.
