Property Ratings at ReNew Bayshore Townhomes
I have paid my rent on time every month and suddenly when I turned in my notice to move out they "misplaced" my rent...TWICE. Good thing I kept copies of my receipt and had a signed copy. I suggest keeping copies of everything and get it signed. It's also a bad location. Not very safe and noisy streets. Would not recommend for families. Find a safer location for a lower price!!!! Stay clear of this place.
I lived here for a year before having to move for work related reasons, and it was a nice peaceful year. I met many of the people living there, and all of them were friendly people. Thank you Northern Trust for your discerning taste in clientele, because for a wonder, I didn't hate any of my neighbors (unlike the place I had to move to for work). Unlike previous places I have lived (or my current place), I didn't have to deal with people having loud parties on weekends, and none of the units near by played loud music with booming base.
I lived at Aurora Park for 3 years and absolutely loved it! Great location and very friendly management staff who always attended my needs with promptness. The property was nicely taken care of and the heated indoor garages were great so my car stayed warm and safe. I would recommend the property to anyone who was living in or moving to Anchorage! Great place to call home!
I loved living at Aurora Park! It was a great apartment in an awesome location! I never had any serious maintenance problems and the few minor issues I did have were followed up with an fixed in a very timely manner. I found the staff to be helpful and friendly and always available when I needed something. Great place to live, I would recommend to anyone!
We want to thank Aurora Park homes for our stay in Anchorage. The company that manages the complex, Northern Trust also helped us find a new home to buy. It is our first home. I am expecting our first child and very excited!
I recently moved into Aurora Park and was pleased at how open and well lit the apartments are. The Management company was really helpful in getting my family and I in an apartment quickly. They have a garage security system that prevents people from entering into the garage without a security code. I had a few other options but I am so glad I chose Aurora Park. Plus they gave me an awesome discount!!
I had just moved here and was scrambling to find a place to live. I reached out to this company and got in very quickly! So far, I am happy here and look forward to building my life. Thank you for all your help.
I lived in these townhomes for two years, and the managment doesnt accommodate you in any way! We have been vandalized, broken into, and robbed. It was completely unsafe. The garage is ALWAYS having theft. Someone broke our neighbors truck window and stole hundreds of dollars of stuff from inside our shed. We put an extra padlock and someone took a crow bar to the shed door and stole stuff again while I was home alone with my baby!!! One night we heard noise at our door and three huge guys were trying to break into our front door! There were two times we came home and our entire house was trashed, with everything destroyed inside. It's ABSOLUTELY not safe at all!!! Police are always called for theft here, I think it's normal in this area. I felt scared staying alone during the day. The rental company's employees are completely unprofessional and rude! They charged us $20 each for a curtain replacement (they're about $7 for a pack of 5). They didn't paint before we moved in and they also didn't completely clean, there were bugs under the stove/pantries/bathroom etc! Don't deal with this place. There are plenty of nicer, safer, friendly places to rent from for the same price. Right before moving someone commited suicide RIGHT next door, and there was also a suicide/murder a few years prior to us moving there (you can find these news stories online if you search the address). It's just not a good place. I would never never recommend this place to anyone. I'm surprised there isn't more reviews, but at least I can save someone the trouble of going through what we did!
