Nice community feeling. Neighbors wave at each other and say hi. Not much noise going on within the complex, which is super nice. The parking lot is very well lit and security does its walks throughout the lot.

I've lived here since January 2022. I've seen so many different changes. Overall there has been improvement. Can be a bit noisey at times because of being in front of the pool which is not a good experience for me and my husband. The fees can be a bit challenging if you fall into a situation and not on time with rent.

Good staff and location. Wish the parking lot had shading for our cars. Maintenance is always on time. Neighbors are nice and so is the location. I wish they didn’t charge me so much money if I wanted to break a 6 month lease, so beware of that.

Move-in process is relatively fast and easy and the staff is friendly, the complex has nearly every amenity you would want, the only downside is there's no covered parking or garages and they do need to work on their pest control for the roaches.

Gate is open so people come in and are noisy throughout the day. Everybody else is quiet. Unshaded parking during AZ summer isn’t fun but it’s free.

My experience with Biltmore has been interesting. I like that this apartment complex is in a relatively nice quiet neighborhood, but you guys gotta work at the water constantly turning off. This apartment complex is old , you’ll need to do more then just put a fresh coat of paint on everything and sell it as new.

Apartment is newly renovated and nice looking, but I have had a problem with roaches the entire time i’ve lived here. The leasing staff is hard to get ahold of and hardly answer the phone, very rarely can I get a clear answer from them about things. The rent is good, but I wouldn’t recommend this apartment to anyone I knew.

Thus far my experience has been great. From the tour to the day, I got my key, everything has gone smoothly. The community is pretty quite and I haven't seem many people roaming around, which I enjoy.

From Michael and Melissa in the front office staff to Eric in maintenance office they are all fantastic. I was a little reluctant last year when Trinity first took over but I love all the new amenities that we now have at the complex. I appreciate the patience and kindness that Melissa always gives me when I speak to her in the office.

The changes being made are nice so far. Still too expensive for what they are worth and providing. No matter how much it's painted over the apartments are old still renovated hotels and it shows. Holes are "painted" over to look okay. The stairs are so misshapen. I'm not able to change my own light bulbs if they burn out. Staff is decent from what I have seen for myself. Not the worst, not extraordinary. The gas burning stove is one of the best parts. But laundry rooms on the second floor is definitely inconvenient.

The new management has been great via all communications forms, really pour into the property & community. I’ve been a resident at complex for couple years but the last year has been my best, all claims for repairs done in timely manner, improvements around complex have made it more welcoming & safe.

it has been really great here so far. you cannot hear other tennants in their apartments, the pool and laundry room are pretty close. and the staff/workers here are great.
