Sinks are always backed up which leaves your home smelling like 10 dead bodies very quiet community but appliances inside the units could be better.

Not the best place to live. When moving in, it looked like our unit was not even looked at or fixed. One of the maintenance men urinated on our toilet seat and left it like that. There was black mold underneath the bathroom sink and kitchen sink and on the wall in the living room. The kitchen sink pipes were leaking. The bathroom sink detached from the wall and was being held together by paint. We were just constantly having problems after problems.

I love living over here very quiet not much traffic the leasing office staff is very nice. I would highly recommend somebody living over here.

I have lived in ReNew Centennial Apartments for many years. It is conveniently located near the Delmar Loop and all it has to offer. I am 30 seconds from I-170, which gives me access to I-64 if I go south and I-70 if I go north. The grounds are kept nice. I love my neighborhood. It is quiet. If there are any issues with the apartment, maintenance will come a fix the problem in a timely manner. The office staff is always nice and professional. The management plans activities to unite the community, like a Halloween Party or a Wine Down at the management office. ReNew Centennial Apartments is a great place to live.

Friendly and respectful community. I like how some of the staff knows you by name and are quick to solving any type of issue you may have. Only thing that I don't care for is that the rent is not a set price, but has a base price and all other incidentals are added on.

I really am pleased with the way the management and office staff handled their residents. They are very friendly, supportive and understanding in every situation. I love the fact that it is quite in the apartment complex, other than sirens on the highway, but I wouldn’t trade where I live for anything.

Has been great and very nice and quiet so far. Very easy to deal with. Residents around are nice and quiet at respectful hours, be around of your surroundings as anywhere, but it seems like everyone is aware and watches out for each other. The apartment itself, is nice but old. It’s very hard, some if not all impossible to open the windows to get fresh air as they are single pane windows. The tub doesn’t drain after every use and has been noted and just seemed clogged and has been since move in, eventually drains just takes hours. The AC and Heat work great. It’s a great starter apartment and is of right now I plan to stay here the next few years.

As a first-time renter, Renew Centennial made the move in process very smooth. The maintenance staff is helpful and professional! I will say that the walls are thin so you do hear the neighbors, but it is tolerable. The office staff responds quickly, and I love the neighborhood feels!

It's been okay. Any issues have been related to the structure or maintenance (leaks, pockets in the ceiling due to this). It's been or is being worked on thankfully. The frustration comes when it's reoccurring. It's an older property, so it's expected I guess. The office team changed a few times since I started living here, but I can say the current team is friendly. Events are held often for engagement. Utilities will be separated in the new lease. I have concerns about this but we'll see. It may not be bad. Other than this, it's been worth the renewal.

Everything’s been decent so far. The community is very quite and peaceful. Plus, the community area is always kept clean, I’ve really been enjoying my apartment.

Maintenance is slow and inefficient at times. The amenities are often broken. Parking sucks. Honestly, it hasn't been a picnic living here for over a year. But iver definitely lived in worse places.
My experience as a resident has been good so far. I like the neighborhood, which is very safe and quiet and most importantly the location. The apartment is closer to downtown St. Louis and Clayton. People in the office are very nice and always willing to help me with any issues that may come up. Their maintenance is also great because it responds as soon as I put the request, mostly the day after. I will recommend this apartment to anybody who wants a good accommodation closer to downtown and Clayton.

Very good, very good. The gym is an amazing place to workout. The laundry room is as clean as the one from my military days. The leasing office looks like it could have a bar and be in competition with the Armory downtown.

It is Noisy because of highway and cars movineaf by, otherwise it is not bad. Apartments need some indoor work to be done. Location wise it is strategic and near many shopping centers.

Apartments are nice but maintenance is hit or miss (sometimes things are marked completed without getting fixed) and apartment never really gives adequate notice before entering for any reason. Lawn work sometimes happens multiple times a week for about 7 hours at a time in what sounds like the same area and it gets to be a lot of noise. Worst part is parking lots do not have adequate space and are not maintained at all, often full of garbage and concrete cracked and broken into pieces.

Peaceful and friendly neighborhood that is close to 170 intersection. Great location, close to local stores (Costco), restaurants, and Galleria Mall. Wonderful area to take a walk or run. Staff always friendly and respectful. Leasing prices are reasonable.

i thought the people giving these reviews were just being dramatic but oh my gosh I can see why the reviews are so terrible. If I could give 0 stars I really would. The price is great and the apartment isn't bad but after 3 months of being here, I'm getting out. I in the little months I've been here have dealt with, bugs-ants, water leaking many times, mold, my hot water going out. I have been waiting a whole month to get my water heater replaced that I have to go elsewhere to shower, and maintenance also lost my key to my apartment and I had to wait 5 days to even be able to get into my apartment. Each ticket I placed has taken DAYS to MONTHS to complete and after talking with the complex they really don't give a crap about you or your experience All in all this neighborhood is a joke to live in, the price was great but not if I have to deal with so far 12 tickets in 3 short months I've been here-I really wouldn't live here unless there is NOWHERE else to live. -10/10 don't live here!

Apartment community is great. The app for the laundry rooms is quick and convenient. The gym is great. And the people in the office are so sweet and friendly. I’ve never been happier

Multiple problems with my unit with maintenance issues when I moved in. Currently have had issued with bug in my unit. The staff has been helpful for the most part. The area/neighborhood is nice and is close by lots of restaurants and stores.

Wish I could give it zero stars! Don’t move in here. My son tried to move in two weeks ago and still can’t live there because the AC hasn’t worked from day 1. Temps are in the 90’s inside apartment and no one will fix it. Finally admitted it needs a new unit but no one will call and update us and when we call they just say they’re waiting on approval. In addition, they say the place is updated and during walk thru they claim it will be painted and cleaned. Upon move in, nothing was painted or touched up. The carpets were very filthy. Emptied 4 canisters from vacuum full of dog hair. There are no working locks on windows and two windows don’t even HAVE locks. The hot water wasn’t even on when moved in. The pics on this site are NOT true. Paid to stay in a place that he can’t inhabit due to their negligence and greed. They have said nothing about reimbursing him!

The apartments seem decent and there are a lot of nice amenities. The stove isn’t full sized which is a bit odd and some of the doors don’t seem to seal at the bottom. Also was a bit disappointed by the lack of cleaning done before I moved in.

I like the area. The apartment is nice and quiet. The apartment rate is reasonably priced. On the other hand, the apartment is pretty old. That means old and subpar fixtures. There are also bugs in the apartment which can be a little concerning. The customer service is also not the best. One of the front office workers is rude and does not have a welcoming tone.

Leasing office just keeps juggling through maintenance men. the only one that actually did his job was kyle, this new batch looks like they will get things done so hopefully things will change , but since moving in nothing in my apartment ever gets fixed in a timely manner.
