Dryer issues The new maintenance supervisor looked at the dryer determined that it wasn't the machine , but a blockage in the air vent going outside. He stated they would have someone come out and super blow it out since the first trial didn't work. Still waiting for this to happen.
Perfect fit for me I've been here since March 2024 and I love it. This is the perfect size space for me - I work from home and am constantly amazed at how quiet this complex is. Plus its not a giant apartment complex with 17 entrances and 10 buildings. The location couldn't be better - I can walk to Dierbergs and Hardees and even Party City.
It took them over 30 days to replace a hot water heater, which means me and my 3 kiddos went without hot water for over a month. This place is run like any other corporate America business, wherein there is lack of empathy and consideration. Also, the office is not open during the hours they say they are open due to the Property Manger being tied up in meetings, which has been the reason I can not resolve things in person.

We absolutely love living at ReNew Cross Creek! We’ve lived here for 3.5 months now and it’s been fantastic! The renovations are absolutely gorgeous I cannot stress enough how well they’ve done with modernizing the apartments. and our property manager Melissa is always so kind and helpful (and she even has treats for our pup when she sees him, they’re pretty much BFFs now ??) The location is PERFECT, a dierbergs is a stone’s throw away so if you forget a grocery or two you could probably just walk to get them buts it’s very convenient. The community is quiet, the neighbors are very friendly and the scenery is beautiful, my favorite is the entranceway lined with trees - I can’t wait to see what it looks like in the fall when the leaves change! ?? There is also a HUGE field with picnic tables and doggy bag dispensers/trash cans which is so convenient if you have a dog and forget to bring your own bags. They’ve been working very hard to get the apartments clean and renovated and the guys working on it are really friendly and professional. it’s also great that they always send out announcements about any kind of painting or construction, the last apartments we lived in we’d find dust and gravel on our cars because they wouldn’t tell us they were doing work. It’s nice to be able to just move your car a bit and know it’ll still be clean when you leave for work. Also, the parking situation is really nice. It’s not too crowded and we usually can get at least two spots right outside our door without any issues. Overall, the experience living here has been amazing, I couldn’t ask for a better community to live in!

Good Management; Horrible New Tenants Delete I have recently, possibly regrettably renewed my lease for my 6th year. I would rate the recently new property owners and management 5 stars with their friendliness and promises to improve and upgrade the property; which is why I thought renewing my lease would be favorable. That being said I would rate the new residents that have moved in recently with less than 1 star. Perhaps I would give them 5 stars if I liked screaming children, junked cars that do not run and/or have flat tires parked in prime parking spots for months, trash dumped outside of the trash receptacles and pianos stored in the breezeway. It has become very ghetto here.
This place is a joke. Highway robbery at its finest. The management is horrible. I encountered so many issues with place including parking, insect infestation, mice, appliances not working, appliances not being fixed, stealing of my security deposit, and other fees.
It is expensive. They don't care about what you are going through. You can't pay rent hey let's hit them with big time fees that will help......NOT
Excellent price. Very safe,tucked away. Close to everything highways, mall etc. I love how nostalgic it is. The apartment is huge, fireplace, deck. Quiet and clean
