Renew has been very decent for the two years I have been here. The building is very quiet and the people working the office are very respectful. On top of that, the maintenance is very quick and professional about their work.

Not bad! I’m living here from November 2023, and have a lot Of experience. Th reasons of my 3 star: old apartments, not good apartments renovations and 15 months of lease(this is too much) because they initially had no other options, only 15 months of lease.

Just moved this last weekend and had to open a maintenance requested, maintenance was quick and great. So far very happy, the highways and common areas are always clean.

No stolen packages, respectful neighbors, no excessive smells or loud noises, no visible pests or signs of pests. Love controllable AC. The only down sign is having low water pressure because the water is too hot at higher pressure, but everything is amazing so far.

We have been living here for over 12 years But sadly, this will be our last year here because of new management . Just like many of the previous long-term residents that are leaving. Overwhelming up and down monthly fees and additions. Paying for heat that you cannot adjust and need to turn on air conditioners or fans during the winter because it is too hot. Paying for upgrades to the Apartment complex whether you want them or not. A commercial party space that you will hear loud music even on Sunday evenings. Pay for washer and dryer machine that you are already paying for the electricity and water for it. The rent may seem lower at first but the fees will be a couple of hundred dollars up and down every month. You will also pay a fee just to pay your rent. God help anyone that decides to move here they are adding new rules and regulations and your water gets shut off sporadically several times a year.

To begin with a severe problem with squirrels on the property. Lack of transparency on the conservice utility bills. Unwillingness to work with tenants who had emergency financial problems. In addition, only having one day a week for pest control. Poor drainage in the parking lot after heavy rains making access to some of the garbage dumpsters needing waterproof boots to avoid destroying a pair of shoes. Periodically some the complexes buildings have had problems with earwigs,mice,gnats,and spiders. At times gray looking water comes out the units taps. The third party water provider is not the town of Desplaines making reporting problems difficult. You end up having to filing a complaint with the illinois commerce commission. Looking at the facts if you can find a condominium say a one bedroom at a reasonable price it would be a better deal.

I have lived here now for 9 years. If you want a great school district that's within walking distance, this is a great place to live. Since the new management company has taken over, it's gone downhill drastically. There is never anyone working in the office & the new office people are exceptionally rude & unhelpful. The new management company has 0 communication skills in regards to anything going on with the property. The maintenance staff is phenomenal & very helpful. There is no breakdown for cost of utilities & you have to pay a service fee of $6 every month to pay your rent. With all of the negative, it is a nice, safe area with a great pool, grill, & courtyard area.

I moved to the complex back in 1997 to present I love living here apartments are spacious and management has been great and looking forward to alll the new things to come Maintenance has always been great and keeps us safe in the winter keeping up smith plowing and snow removal EH
Love the quietness of the building. The neighbors are great and maintenance request get resolved in a timely manner. Ruby in leasing office is great attitude when needed.
So far so good I don’t have any complaints at all my buildings apartment very nice and clean and the office manager so nice I feel very satisfied with them .
I have lived here for two years and I’m completely satisfied by the service. The staff is very professional and friendly. In case you have any maintenance request it’s always taken care of in a timely manner. Location wise, it is very close to grocery stores, Walmart, Interstate 290, and O’Hare international airport. The interior and carpets are scrupulously tidy and well maintained. No cleanliness issue at all !! Renting is very quick, easy and painless.

Recently i vacate the apartment in clayton court managed by Insolia properties, reason building is full of bed bugs, roaches, and mice never seen such a filty place and management don't dam care your complain, formally exterminator comes and put some glue type thing and left. on top of that they sseize my security depost $800 and put penalty of $500 plus to pay, mentioning we broke floor beyond repair, All blinds damaged beyond repair, By fold doors damaged beyon repair, entrance door frame damaged beyond repair, light fixture damaged beyond repair, refrigerator damaged, carpet not cleaned, stay away with the crook management. since we all know the most used place like kitchen washroom, how come in good shape. Iam taking this management to court for sure..When you signing lease they are very polite, once you decide to vacate they took all your security deposit making false excuses. BEWARE WITH THESE MANAGEMENT.

We recently moved in! The apartments are spacious and love having two full bathrooms. And they have a great pool tons of kids friendly families and amazing activities for the whole complex. It's super quiet!

I just moved in from out of state, and I have to say I love my apartment! The unit was very clean, and the property is well maintained. The Bainbridge apartment complex is conveniently located right next to a Wal Mart family market, and residents here receive a key to a gate so you can just walk to the store. The staff is very friendly, and helpful when it comes to answering questions. The complex is only a few minutes from O'Hare airport.

You can hang curtains and pictures. The property is beautiful on the outside and inside. It's already wired for cable, no messy drilling or hideous wires on the outside of the building. The maintenance department is good with repairs. There management department is very accommodating to tenant's needs. This used to be the perfect place to live, but in the last few years the quality has just dropped a bit. The prices jumped, and our rent gets higher with $50 at least every year. The staff is great, I think all the problems come from the owner, But it`s a great place to live If you have small children- it is safe for them- no cars around, they can ride their bikes, run around, play ball, and there are a lot of kids, so you can always see them playing on the lawn. The 2 bedrooms are spacious enough, and with gas, water and heat included it is still better than most of the places around.

We only would like a little more space. But we also have a pool with lounge chairs and we like to live here. We don't like the unit laundry, because it's to small and kitchen is so dark.
