Poor management seem like they don't care. Along with apartment common area always dirty. People always take your paid garage space and property does not enforce.

Leasing office is lazy, management takes weeks, if you have any issues with their apartment expect it to not get done until your lease ends.

A much different experience then when I first became a resident during Covid. Ugh. The building wasn’t being kept up. I was depressed about it Ariana changed everything for me. She always professional. . She has an open door for me. I’m grateful. Her other staff are equally pros. I live in an older apartment. Carpet is thin and old. I could use some fresh paint too. There are some things.

I recently moved to Reserve Eden Prairie, and I can confidently say it has been a good experience so far! From the moment I started the application process, Daniel made everything so easy to navigate. He was incredibly helpful, guiding me through every step and always keeping me updated. His follow-ups made me feel supported, and I truly appreciated the care he took during the whole process. One of the great perks is that the staff speaks both English and Spanish, which can be a huge plus for many people! I’m really looking forward to spending the next year here, and I'm excited about what’s to come. The apartments are not only nice, but the amenities as well making it a perfect place to live. Plus, the location is unbeatable! If you're considering a move, I highly recommend giving Reserve Eden Prairie a try. The only minor downside I’ve noticed is that my mobile internet can be spotty at times, but with good WiFi, it hasn’t been a problem at all.

I'm not sure how this apartment complex is still up and running. Since the switch to Reserve, it has gotten horrible. You cannot get ahold of maintenance for anything! It'll take them over 5 months to even come and look at your issue. Their emergency maintenance is useless because no one ever picks up. My biggest issue with this place is the PESTS. ABSOLUTELY Disgusting. They only have pest control come every other week and this place has the nastiest and biggest bugs ever. Cockroaches crawl around in the building everywhere. Mice are a huge problem here. They'll run outside in the rocks around the building, across your patio, and will find its way into your apartment. I believe some of the tenets are pretty gross and are the reason for the pest issues. They need to fix the problems instead of wasting their time on pest control. The trash chutes are always filled up during the weekend. Also, you can hear every single one of your neighbors. Even the ones above you. Kids run up and down the hall at all times of the day and night. It's horrible. If you can, please find somewhere else to live.

Hello Dear Resident, if you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact the property manager at: mgr@reserveedenprairie.com. Thank you.
One of the most unethical apartment in the locality. They just collect rent and do nothing. The pool will be under maintenance almost half the time and will be dirty the remaining time if it was open. The laundry rooms are left dirty and the office assistant exact reply when raised a complaint was "Do you expect me to clean them" The sauna is not functional for all the 4 years throughout my residence there. The lift won't function half the time and if complaint was raised they behave as if it was no big deal. The only thing that works is the rent payment portal which will give you a late payment even if you miss the payment deadline by an hour. I would urge anyone to not move here because all the other apartments in this locality are great and care about their residents.
This place is great!…. That is if you enjoy listening to kids sprinting up and down the halls all day, doors slamming constantly, seeing dog poo in the halls and everywhere you go outside, dog waste cans and trashes overflowing constantly, seeing people beat their dogs and of course the doors locking the building, are constantly broken. Maintenance never actually does anything and don’t be fooled by the model unit. It may look nice, but it looks nothing like the actual units. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN. We cannot wait to move out.
They never clean the trash chutes, it's been clogged for the last 5 days with the smell moving into the hallways. The mail room is a disaster and they just leave your packages laying in the open. The hot tub is not chlorinated and dirty, the sauna never works.
It's pretty good apartment at affordable cost on this area. I am an existing resident here. Have pretty good amenities including laundry, gym, basketball court swimming pool indoor and outdoor both. So no worries in winter's. Ample things to enjoy. Nearby school, Costco, shopping mall and all grocery shop are nearby
Property Manager at Reserve Eden Prairie, Responded To This Review
It sounds like our convenient location and plentiful amenities at a reasonable price make our community a perfect home for you. Thank you for sharing such a positive review!
The new management took over and did nothing but paint some outdoor areas to hike up the rents. I am a current resident and have a tough time getting a door fixed and struggle everyday! Garage is filthy with rusted pipes leaking crap. I am looking for a new place and waiting for my lease to get over. Almost just anyone walks into the club house making it insecure. The doors do not latch on well inviting thieves to enter the building.
Absolutely love these apartments! My roommate and I are extremely happy that we choose to live at Renew! I was a little weary at first from reading all the older reviews but I’m glad we decided to move here because those old reviews do not reflect at all how nice these apartments are! The living room is huge and we love the big balcony! The hardwood flooring is beautiful, the carpets are very nice! Love the newer appliances! My favorite part of living here is the leasing staff and maintenance team. They are extremely prompt! They will call or email within hours and the maintenance staff gets stuff done quick! I love that the maintenance team leaves a note when they are done of the things they’ve accomplished in your unit, and if it can’t be fixed in that moment they give you an idea of what the solution will be! If you are looking for a new place choose ReNew! Also LOVE the amenities!

Thank you for the feedback. We strive to provide excellent service here at ReNew Apartments at Eden Prairie.
I've lived here for a year. Ownership has changed three times and it has gotten worse every time. It is corporately owned and if you try to call the local leasing office your call gets directed to the corporate call center (which has even less competent workers than the local office in Eden Prairie) 65% of the time. The call center asks to take your message and no one ever follows up/fixes anything. The maintenance is abysmal/non existent. - The garage door broke on one of of the buildings and it took 8 weeks for it to be fixed. This was in the winter so everyone's gas bill went up for heat because the door was open 24/7. - The laundry card loader broke for over a month so no once could do laundry. Management basically said "screw off" when they were asked on how long it would take for it be fixed or how residents could do laundry. -No one cares about the public amenities at all so the pools are disgusting and the fitness rooms are dusty and disgusting quite frequently. For the price, this place is absolutely terrible. Don't let anyone fool you because once you sign a lease they don't care at all. Oh and the other residents steal bikes, packages, and whatever else they can.
Things break here all the time and take forever to be fixed. Frequent ownership changes and poor top management.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback with us. Please call our Community Manager directly at (952) 777-5399 to discuss ways in which we may work towards resolving these issues. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
I have been living so far 1 year in this place. I have been through two management companies already and before I heard, from people living there, that this place keep changing management companies. The reasons why I say no customer oriented are: staff doesn't follow up with you when you have problems ( billings issues, only contact when you need to renew, no incentive to say when you had issues since day one). I previously had a contract with the older company and I was told that I was signing for a 15-month contract, but I was deceived ( my own fault for that) I told the current company about this issue with valid points, but they didn't do anything for customer satisfaction. Now I am two months away from my contract and scrambling time to make a right decision whether to tough it up and stay or move where some company really care about their customers. I really like this place the location is good and I never had a problem with the neighbors, but when it comes to issues you are on your own.
Poorly maintained older construction that got "luxary" makeover but not really, good luck getting anything done by the office or maintenance team, mold and mildew issues, ROACHES, centipedes, and drain fly's every summer, mice all over exterior and in the walls, overflowing trash, DISGUSTING old laundry machines that are always breaking down, unsecure buildings with broken doors and theft. Lived here 16 months and would not recommend this place to anybody!
Horrible experience, High rent for smelling, small apartment, people working in leasing office are too rude. worst place to live in eden prairie. just stay away.
High rent, small apartment units, nice z fitness center, ok racket ball court, up graded men's and women's locker showers/ bathrooms, adequate indoor/outdoor pools, under welming whirl pool, well kept grounds, ok management can be inflexible at times, on call maintained and pets welcome. Additional fees will apply including utilities. 'Do your research!!
I have lived at Parkway for over 3 years. Our 2 bedroom apartment is large enough for family gatherings, and the closets plus the included storage space give us ample room for our belongings. They are also a pet friendly community! On the grounds, there are 2 outdoor pools, an indoor pool, a hot tub, a new (!) gym, walking trails, a party room, complimentary wi-fi, a dog park, and walking trails. The building seems to be mostly rented by younger working professionals, so it is relatively quiet. We enjoy spending time on our patio and grilling on one of several gas grills located on the property. My only complaint would be the anonymity of the leasing office staff. Staff here changes quite frequently, but they are always pleasant to work with. Management is quick to respond to requests and concerns. All in all, if you have the money to spend on a place like this, it is worth it. We will be sad to leave when our lease is up, but we will be closing on a house this year!
The people who work for this complex are definitely some of the nicest people I've ever encountered; they are always willing to help out. Regarding the location, this place is about 5 minutes away from the Eden Prairie center which includes a movie theater, Target, many nice restaurants, a mall, Best Buy, Cub, and other convenient places to shop. The actual apartment building is very well kept and maintenance is very quick and friendly to resolve any issues. The fitness center and clubhouse have also been recently renovated to further add value to the apartments.
For the price the apartments they're too small, living under someone is not recommended, the new floors are so noisy you can hear every footstep, you can smell cigarettes in your apartment if the person above yours smokes. On a positive note the one thing I love is the remodel to the workout room and now the pool is always clean so that's a plus. But the jacuzzi doesn't work.. but it's clean.
Pretty decent place to live after the renovations. However; air conditioners don't work in the apartment because they were never replaced with new models. Fitness center was remodeled and is great however; the pool areas only got a quick paint job. Hot tub doesn't work and it never got fixed. Fruit flies and centipedes like to come to visit frequently. Leasing staff can be very rude at times when you need help with something. To rent the clubhouse for a party is ridiculously expensive ($200). Laundry machines are small and so-so. Many times the machines were not working and ate our money. Plus side is location is near everything in Eden Prairie so it's easy to go anywhere you'd like. Rush hour commute isn't bad.
As my first Minnesota apartment this is very very nice and have had minimal problems, except for the neighbors. The management is great and helpful and this apartment is located near a nature trail filled with wildlife in the middle of the city, which leads straight to a lake, bus station, and to walmart.
We moved into our apartment in October 2014. We have been here for almost 10 months. We have access to 2 outdoor pools and one indoor pool and a fitness center. We moved in shortly after the complex began renovations so we have had some set backs due to upgrades. We couldn't use the indoor pool in the winter or the fitness center due to renovations so that wasn't ideal. They did offer us a membership at a local fitness center but it wasn't very close. They are great at handling service requests. The laundry facilities on each floor is ok, but not too notch. You have to use a laundry card which is refilled at the main office building. Patio space is small. Bathrooms are decent, though not too roomy. The closet space is adequate. Unfortunately the kitchen cabinet space is a little too small and the counter space is even smaller. Overall it's a decent apartment complex, but we will be moving out shortly after our lease is up. Unfortunately we will have to do a month to month lease as we didn't realize we signed a 14 month lease and it ends December 20th. Rent cost is reasonable as are utilities.
The Good: Newly remodeled, so in very good condition. Big, spacious apartment. Decent price. Nice area to live. Close to highway, but not close enough to hear it. Right off of bus route. Elevator. The Bad: Heat through turn dial radiators, hard to control. Laundry room, machines don't always work and only place to put money on the card is in the leasing office. Some appliances are a little outdated, not up to quality of "Luxury Apartments" that they label themselves as. Conclusion: It is a nice place to live, a good community, good location. The "Luxury Apartment" label is a little inaccurate, but the price doesn't reflect it either, so you still get what you pay for for the most part.
