Great people, poor system Administrative people are great, but the system for communicating is poor. The app is the only official means of communication, and there is no evidence of reaching out with issues other than creating a service request. Communications through the app dont seem to be monitored unless it is a service request. Emails and bulletin posts go into the void.

I've been living here for about a year now and I'm glad I chose ReNew. It really did offer the best value as the space is larger than other nearby properties and offers competitive amenities including indoor heated parking, club room (including free coffee!), and workout room. The management team, including Ashley and Doris, have been responsive and on top of issues that come up in our community. I would highly recommend ReNew to anyone exploring the area!

We have been living at Renew 595 for almost a year and we love living here. The apartments are quite spacious and have a great layout. The staff is friendly and courteous specially Ashley who was really helpful during the whole apartment showing and lease signing process. The regular maintenance requests are handled quite efficiently and usually within 24 hours. Location is perfect with grocery shop right opposite the building, Des Plaines river trails for walking/bicycling and 2-minute walk to metra station which is quite convenient for people who work in downtown area.?If you are looking for a pleasant environment with a good location, spacious apartment layout as well as a wonderful community vibe, then Renew 595 is the perfect home for you.

I have been here 2 years and I had looked around so much and so very glad I landed here. The apartments are spacious and very quiet. My guests are shocked at the space and windows. It is like a ranch in a building. The maintenance(Jonathon) is impeccable and little issues resolved expediently. Ashley, the manager is really nice and cares a lot. Response times from her are swift. Super easy commuting to the city. The Shop n Save across the street is soooo convenient. Free coffee and hot chocolate in the party room for all. Other places were nice but this is a home. (built as a condo building so very solid)

595Renew is a quiet, clean and well managed Apartment building. Maintenance requests are responded to promptly. The building is also in a very convenient location. A grocery store and restaurants are directly across the street. The Metra train is within walking distance, as well as the CTA bus (250) to O'Hare airport: only a couple of stops to the shuttle bus to all terminals. The Public Library is just across the Metra train tracks. I couldn't ask for a better place to live!

I live at ReNew Five Ninety Five for almost 3 years now. I like the place. The location is very convenient with a walking distance to Metra, grocery store across the street and various restaurants around. The building is well maintained and apartments are pretty and clean. The rent price is higher compared to few other properties, however I do believe that we chose what is important to us and what we can let go off. The onsite Management is very organized, responsible and tenants oriented. I know I can rely on the Management to take care of any issues when they occur. The place is quiet too, which is another reason to feel at home. I do recommend the rental property for families, older people, singles.

The building is always very clean and well taken care of. Our apartment has been great with plenty of space for my family! The indoor heated parking garage has been really nice. The train and downtown area being so close has been fun.

The most well-managed apartment I’ve rented. Ashley is always quick to respond and help, and excellent about keeping residents informed. And the couple of times I’ve had to put in a maintenance order, Pete has been quick to respond and take care of the issue. My apartment was in great shape when we moved in. And they’re great about keeping the fitness center nice and the towels clean. Ashley made the application and move in processes really easy.

It’s always clean, well taken care of, and the other tenants are very friendly. The building is the nicest building in the area. The location is amazing, walking distance from everything. The fixings in the apartments are very good and management is also great.
