A very nice apartment complex. The grounds are always kept up nice and the folks in the office are friendly. It is quiet and has a nice pool as well as a dog park and fitness center. The apartments are spacious and have a lot of closet space. I had an issue with my A/C and the maintenance guys came the very next day!

I have lived here for 3 months. The apartment is very nice with nice amount of closet space and additional storage. The staff are very nice and the facilities folks keep the place nice. It is quiet and my neighbors are friendly. There was a small issue with my dryer and it was fixed the very same day! I would recommend this community.

I'm not thrilled with new management. The snow was not plowed from some walking areas- the gym is not kept up. There has been dirty toilet, no hand sanitizer, no paper towels nor toilet paper at times. My neighbors are a nightmare. They fight- scream and do drugs.. it's a shame- it's such a nice area!

The management team is terrible. They never answer phones and keep the leasing office locked so no one can come in. Maintenance team is average at best. One example is when we first moved in our heat did not work at all during the worst winter for flagstaff in a long time. Had to use space heaters for about a month and a half. Additionally, the outlets are so loose. they work but items get unplugged all the time. It is a good location though but They need to change management.

Overall, for the age of this apartment it has been a nice place to stay. Currently the only issues that we have encountered is lack of insulation between our neighbors and the maintenance needed when we first moved in.

amenities are very enticing but as for overall quality of what your apartment is, it’s way overpriced. it’s been bought out three times in the span of three years so also very inconsistent.

Renew apartments are a great place to live within minutes to shopping centers and the mall! Golf course is in walking distance which is amazing. The staff is wonderful

This place has improved its communal property with more activities and such but some amenities still have issues and take quite some time to be repaired or replaced. Some problems are not within management's control but it's still an inconvenience nonetheless. They're working to improve the property either way.

The amenities (gym, playground, and fire pits) are very nice and we use them constantly. There is also a decent pool. The apartment is fairly updated, but very small. We have had trouble with a few minor things breaking or needing repair, but I will say that the maintenance team has been the best I have ever dealt with in an apartment complex. If you put in a request, they are on it right away-sometimes within the hour. I like the location on the quieter east end of town.

I feel that the community needs some help in landscaping. Between bldg H and I there are branches all over the ground also the plastic paper under rocks and around trees are showing. It looks like we don’t care about landscaping. The pool needs more attention, such as cleaning the leaves and ph levels in the pool. Some days it’s cloudy and somedays it’s clear. The bike seats need to change to regular seats, these are uncomfortable.

Everyone here is nice to everyone and always give off friendly vibes. It’s always nice and quiet but there’s always the joyful sounds of children playing outside in the mornings. All in all it’s a wonderful community.
