emergency maintenance I had an emergency maintenance issue my toilet wasn’t working. It was New Year’s Eve and I was having family over for dinner. I called the office and once again Jennifer P. ensured me Maintenance would be right over, which they were !! it was fixed in no time it was perfect thank you so much again Jennifer and the MaintenanceStaff

Maintenance Been waiting for a good 3 months for my floors to be fixed, been a month since I put a work order in for 5 different things like out garbage disposal plug has wires showing, can’t use our heater til the unit is cleaned the tub in the second bathroom is clog and still had water in it from when we gave our daughter a bath. Tried going into the office to see what’s going on and there is a sign saying out of the office. So not sure when we will get everything fixed.

My boyfriend and I booked two guided tours for this complex, each on separate weekends, both online and over the phone. The first was the day after St. Patrick's Day. The leasing office was supposed to be open (they even had a sign on the door stating so) but no one was there. We waited for about half an hour past our scheduled appointment before we left. I called and left a voicemail but never heard anything back. Well, my boyfriend finally received a call, and we booked the second tour for this past Sunday. We arrived, and yet again, no one to be found. There was a sign on the door stating they'd return at 12pm... it was nearly 3pm when we decided to leave!! Absolutely absurd. Both times there have been other potential residents also waiting for a tour/information, but they ended up leaving too. If this is how you run your establishment, I can't imagine how difficult it is to submit any requests or concerns.
My husband, toddler and self have lived here for 4 months now, and we have family and family friends who have lived here for literally several years in a row. We love it here. We also have two dogs. There is not a playground for the kids on this property, but literally FIVE minutes down the road, is Warwick Park, with two giant new playgrounds, swings, covered picnic areas, volley ball and fishing area and hiking and paved trails. You're close to everything you could dream of, post office, flower shop, bakery, liquor store, restaurant, pizza place, grocery store, you name it. And yet you have rural views of treetops and even the Ludwigs Horse show. No matter where you live, home, apartment, condo, tent - whatever it is, you will absolutely have things time to time that need to be repaired. The few minor things we inquired about since our stay, have been promptly and professionally fixed. The maintenance men are straight to the point, waste no time and stay focused on addressing and fixing the issue. They're kind and they are awesome. Julie and Steph treat us with respect and are so, so sweet. They even have coloring books and crayons in the front lobby for the parents when they're filling our paperwork. And they honestly listen to anything you're inquiring or speaking about, they really do care! Since we've lived here, on 2 separate occasions we have heard noise..so either the people above, below, next to and infront never move or speak, or this place is pretty awesome. If you're looking to never hear a single thing, then you need to rent or buy a single family home. We all make a point to be calmer and quieter towards dinner time, and we all are respectful of shutting doors and noise, and that's how a community SHOULD be. My husband leaves at 430am for work and the few times we had snow or ice, the parking lot and sidewalks have been heavily salted and cleared! Which is awesome. As long as the prices don't keep rising, we plan on staying here for a few years or even longer - we feel like we're home, and this is the perfect amount of space we always wanted to live in. And no, I have not been paid, or asked or encouraged or anything to write this review. We just are big fans, and so are our family and family friends who have lived here much longer than we have!

This is my third year at Stone Rise. The grounds are well kept & the apartments are kept in good repair. If any problems appear, they are dealt with in a timely manner. The staff here are excellent, very professional & willing to go the extra mile to make sure they meet all your needs. I recently moved from a second floor apartment to a garden level because I had a hard time with the stairs. The management office went out their way to help make the move so much less stressful. I would give them a 5 star rating. Thank you for all your help,
This property is excellent but the reason I am writing this review is solely do to the impressive work by Stephanie and her team. From the time I moved in, I had questions and concerns arise and they were addressed immediately. I've enjoyed my stay but now I'm relocating for work but I recommend this place due to the genuine care from Stephanie and her team.
My wife and I just renewed for the third time our 18 month lease her. As with any place from time to time there are issues. The difference here is that the Office Manager, Stephanie, and Julie, the Resident Assistant, go above and beyond what you would expect to help solve the issue. The maintenance crew is led by Mike and he is a quintessential professional, truly a "Jack of All Trades" and a master of most of them. Problems are resolved quickly. The landscaping is always maintained perfectly. It is a "Pet Friendly" living environment and the dogs create bonds with your neighbors that would never be created in a "No Pet" environment. There has been issues with pet cleanup, cars speeding through the driveways but the office team is always proactive in their management of these issues for the betterment of all. The office organized many community events throughout the year and "Meet and Greets" at local Pubs with free and discounted drinks and food. There is our summer pool party with a live band today. It is not a perfect place to live, is any? When there are issues you do not meet with attitudes from Stephanie and Julie. It is not the least expensive place to rent... "You get what you pay for in life" Stephanie has acted as my arbitrator with Corporate a few times to help meet our financial issues. I am a real resident and have not been paid to do this ad :-)
Stone Rise is located on beautiful farm land in Chester County, PA. It is quiet and peaceful and pet friendly, which is difficult to find! Our apartment is bright, open, and spacious! The pool is spectacular - located on a hill with beautiful views and landscaping. I feel like I live in a resort when I spend time here! The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the staff are readily helpful. There is plenty of parking. Garages and storage units are available. Stone Rise is minutes from the turnpike and other shopping and restaurants - a winner!!

I have been here a year in Sept. The surrounds are so pretty, even in winter months. Clean, quiet and being Pet friendly not a problem. No barking and no mess. Pool area clean and inviting with beautiful plants and scrubs. Xmas tree in office and plants for holidays give a warm feeling. The staff ,Stephaine, Julie and Kate are friendly, always a smile and there to help and answer whatever. Mike and Willie are two great guys and know their jobs well and keep things right. As for the Apartments, very spacious and nicely laid out. Bright, clean, and well maintained. Neighbors friendly, parking good. Just move in and ---BOOM you are home.
Nice but expensive compared to where I moved from.
I have never met a more friendly staff. The ladies in the office are always happy to answer my questions and the maintaince team follows up with issues within 24 hours and it's done right the first time! I would recommend this community to anyone!!!
I have been a home owner for the last 32 years and recently sold my last house and decided to rent for a while. I found Stone Rise apartments online and visited the leasing office during a winter snow storm, noticing then how well kept the streets and sidewalks were during the storm. After a tour and facility inspection I knew immediately this was the community for me. I signed the papers a few days later and moved in this last April. I love this community; it is clean, quiet, well maintained, dog friendly and has a lot of open acreage for walking my dog. The pool is large, well maintained, clean and well furnished with chairs, tables and chaise lounges. There are ample gas and charcoal grills throughout the development. Management really cares about the residence and the maintenance crew is on their game. I love maintenance free living and believe I have found my forever home here at Stone Rise.
I have lived at Stonerise apt since August 2009, the apt complex itself is manicured, well kept and most all the apartments are beautiful. They are vast in size spacious, welcome pets, and the staff alone , has always been kind and professional.
I just recently moved out of Stone Rise but had to write a review because this type of community is especially rare in the rental market. Not only is the complex beautiful (they had just added new shrubs and flowers this year to my particular building) but it is incredibly well-maintained. I'm a relatively young single female and always felt safe here (something that concerned me with other apartments in the area). My neighbors were friendly and the staff was incredibly accommodating. I worked in Exton so this was about a 12 minute commute but it was so nice to come home to that beautiful scenic area with horse farms and open fields - this was the first apartment I rented that felt like home! Some noise from neighbors would be my only issue and even that was only once or twice.
My husband ,mself and my mom moved to a handicapped apartment a few years back...this complex , the staff , are all the best in the area...Stephanie, Julie and Kate, Mike and Vince take care of business... My mom passed and we still live in the community... there is parking everywhere and police surveilence as well... very pet friendly..... our Roxy marie walks up with her Dad for special treats on occassion... understanding, thoughtful, caring and personable are the staff...the grounds are well kept and the country atmosphere is outstanding...the pool is handicapped accessible and was one of the things Mom like the best before she became really ill and passed.... this place is the bestest!!!!!
I just moved in this week I like it very much, however there is not enough parking spaces for the number of units
