The grounds maintnance leaves alot to be desired. There are rocks all over the hardscape and sidewalks making getiing to your car extremely dangerous at night since lighting after dark is almost non existent. The sloar light they have up barely lights the area up. The lights only turn on AFTER you have entered a dark area. I fail to see how that is in the resident's best interest. ReNew Heights is a place that rent from strictly to avoid being homeless. The only bright spot is the maintenance man with the white car. I fail to recall his name, but, he is an asset to this place.

The first three weeks have been pretty good, until I got my car broken into and tossed. The neighbors like their music at all hours the night and earlier but all in it’s been okay. I don’t feel maintenance cares about actually fixing a problem but putting a bandaid over a bullet hole. But we are still settling in and don’t have a whole lot of complaints.

HVAC needs to be done probably in all the units. Notices AREN'T being given for water being shut off for repairs emergency or not there should still be a notice. Stuff that was said would get done has not got done. The yard was supposed to be done before I got here. But wasn’t. Shower and tub fixtures were not secure. Wall under sinks open. Praying nothing comes in like spiders etc. I was really excited about moving here now I’m not sure how I feel…..

I honestly hated it. I have listed multiple reasons why.
I had an apartment there for over a year (Fall 2021 thru Early fall 2021) that I absolutely hated for multiple reasons. I warned them about termites inside of the storage shed from the beginning which I was told would be eventually taken care of by pest control. That was never resolved so I never used the shed. My outside storage unit still had termites until I moved out. My AC was starting to go out and they decided to put a portable unit inside. They said the AC was fine with both units running... BOTH. When I told them that it was still too hot they suggested we put another portable unit inside. Apparently electricity, during the middle of the summer, is free. I was told that nothing could be done or repaired because I was offered another portable AC unit to correct this mistake. I had to keep moving my newborn daughter to her mother in laws for AC at night. I could only get hot water to half of the apartment which was by the entrance of the door. The master bathroom had a warmish shower and a warm sink. The kitchen sink ran cold for the first 20 minutes unless you ran the dishwasher first. I asked about a water booster to speed the pressure up from the heater. I was told to "let it warm up". I also did not enjoy the lighting. My neighbor literally had installed a night time light that worked on movement. That was the only way that I could walk up to my apartment with the light on. There's also zero lighting in the parking lots so you feel as though it's sketchy at night. I did a final walkthrough with the office lady and was still charged afterwards for a carpet cleaning. I paid it because I had to move out and wanted to keep a decent rental score. They do not deserve your hard earned money. They would provide a box and a mat if they could.

Nice management staff, but they are cheap, and let anyone in
The apartment management staff is nice but they go for whatever is cheapest when it comes to maintenance. The new laundry room they were building took almost 5 months to complete and only 5 washers and 6 dryers were being installed. Not only that but the machines keep breaking down weekly. The neighbors are rowdy and loud, especially during the week days. There are constant domestic issues going on around the apartments.

Terrible management and maintenance
The apartment I live in is terrible. I have been trying to get the air fixed for months now. The leasing manager has a bad attitude and never calls back and the water stops working from time to time.
