Moving in process was great however lack of communication began once we actually moved in. Management could be a little more empathetic towards tenants needs. Very curt attitude makes snide remarks. On going issues such aa appliances not working correctly which leads to several work orders issued before the problem is actually taken care of. Roach issue which management seems to want to blame us for from the attitude we get. All in all could be a lot better.

We had an instance where our sliding door was shattered by a rock police were called and report was made but the manager blamed us trying to make us pay for it. They also refused to ensure safety and used cardboard tape to the door as a way of covering it while waiting for the glass to replace it. I had to buy cardboard and make it safer for us.

Good place to live short term. Apartments are old and not much updated. Appliances are also old. However it’s a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

We have only had 1 incident where someone tried to break into our apartment by throwing rocks and breaking the glass door. The manager was disrespectful and rude blaming us rather than reading the police report but after contacting corporate they fixed it.

We’ve asked for our sliding door to be repaired 3 times but each time they say they need to order the part. We never hear back. They said to just use the bar to secure the sliding door locks. Not ok but I guess it will have to do. Our upstairs guest bathroom was leaking into the downstairs area they came 2 days after we reported it to seal the area around the tub where it was coming away from the wall. That area they sealed instead of removing the old sealant they just went over it. It now smells of mildew and is also coming off all over again. We’ve only lived here since April.

Parking is hard and you have to walk a ways to get to your apartment. They let you have as many vehicles so it makes it hard to park. If your not able to walk far this is not the place for you. Thr apartment is ok but not great walls are very thin and rent is kind of high but I pay for location.

I think I pay a lot and can’t even get a outside light to stay on when it’s dark. You can hear your neighbors ever movement when they walk and since I’m a bottom apartment I hear everything. The place is quiet at night and in a good neighborhood.

We have lived here for 2 years going on 3 years. Never had issues with anyone here, we just have issues with the trash being over piled then wind being blown around the place. Lots of stickerburs around the dog park but Winston loves inside the park.

Some people in the office do not work well, when you call maintenance they take a long time to come, they charge you monthly for maintenance and when they come to fix something they charge you, just to change a light bulb in the kitchen it is more than 100 dollars, and you go to the office and they start telling you it's because of this or that and they never give you a concrete answer. I came very happy to live here but my experience has been the worst in my entire life.

Maintenance is always quick to respond and friendly! I’ve called twice and had someone come out to fix my problem within 10 minutes. The community is quiet and safe. If you have kids it’s a good environment, neighborhood children are always playing outside together and the pool is usually open.

I really enjoy the atmosphere that's at this complex. The laundry amenity is a plus since I don't have a washer or dryer. Really love the layout of the complex! Having 2 grills with picnic benches makes it amazing when there is a lot of guest expected for a holiday! Also the fact that there is Cornhole spots close to the grilling section is so much fun for not only kids but adults as well!

I am very disappointed with the unit . After traveling 5 hours to move here from San Antonio my family was devastated about the situation. We just left a 2 year lease with an apartment that had leaking and mold everywhere so finding our new home in this condition was horrible.The ceiling and living room flooded on first day of move in. When we went to shower everything seemed fine but as we came back downstairs we immediately noticed the water was draining into the living room ceiling which almost damaged our tv. A few other things that were unwelcoming were the dead bird in back yard and all of the door’s seemed to be dented and punched in then poorly repaired and painted over. The layout of the apartment is great but the aesthetic of the apartment is off putting. The shower hardware is not sealed properly and rusty, bathroom drawers had hair and dirty from previous tenants. Trash was scattered around the back and from yard…

Do NOT LIVE HERE
I've lived here since 2015 and I'm up to my last end with these people. You cannot have a simple trashcan in your backyard, no BBQ pit. I wiped the house and left the mop outside to dry when they did their inspection. No mops outside. Can't leave muddy shoes by your door either. These are ridiculous and excessive. I wish whomever manages this property would just go. Staff is rude too. No Christmas lights. Way to kill the vibes DO NOT LIVE HERE. EVERYTHING IS OLD and BUSTED. The apartment is also so cheap that they can't replace the wires so we can 5g cable. Sucks if you want to work from home. I also came home from a trip to my TV being busted due to their 3 month long water repair. They only said sorry Someone also smokes so everyday you open your door, your apt smells like weed. This has been going on for a year

Management
My Family and I have lived in these apartments going on two years now and the management here has improved so much. the property manager Ally as well as the Maintenance men, John, and Juan are amazing. If there is a problem, things are addressed and fixed in a timely manor. I would defiantly recommend anyone who is looking for a good community and great management to look here first.

Bed bug infestation Building C
I loved living here until I discovered our whole building had a bed bug infestation for at least 6 months prior to our move in date. (Building C) They try to take the necessary precautions to get rid of them but it does not work. Beware . I had to throw away literally everything I own and am not being compensated.
