It's been great! Super kind staff and well-kept property! The office managers were super welcoming when I first moved in and I have loved living here!

As a resident, I am happy with this community. The only downside is the sirens you hear almost everyday and the insensitive neighbors who don’t know when to keep the noise down. The staff and maintenance are very friendly, no doubt about that.

My wife and I have been here for 1 1/2 years and we like it here. It's close to a lot of amenities . The Apt is comfortable and the neighbors are friendly. The grounds and the streets and well kept. However there is a problem with keeping up on the garbage compound. By Sunday you can't get into the compactor due to all the trash bags blocking the entrance. We make it a habit to empty ours during the weekdays. Otherwise things are good.

Not great on the maintenance service. I had a problem with my dishwasher 4 months ago and it never got fixed. They kept pending the process for more than 4 months.

Smooth move in experience. Experience hasn’t been what I expected but no issues so far. Lots of little things that aren’t ideal, nothing too problematic.

Property managers are very professional and helpful. I am very happy with how everything was handled. I feel my life here will be the most amazing experience.

So far so good. I enjoy the location and amenities. The pricing of the apartment is economical and the stores are just a few minutes away. I do wish my maintenance request were taken cared of promptly. Something in the apartment are already falling apart after a month of moving in.

So far I enjoy living within the community, I know they've been short of staff lately so it delays a little bit the maintenance work, but everyone is very friendly and try to help as soon as possible.

It's nice living here. Pretty quiet. Maintenance is pretty friendly and quick. Hope the pool stays open all year. I like what the new additions to it.

Enjoy living close to many activities. Not far from the outlets and great food! The spacious bedrooms and centralized amenities makes this a great community to live in!

The complex is well kept and the response for Apt. repairs are completed quickly. The noise level is low and neighbors are friendly. The parking seems to be better since we obtained stickers to put on our windshield. The maintenance personal is very polite and efficient. Thank you!

The condominium is amazing. It's very large. It's very clean all the time. People are very friendly and the offices are always aware of the residents' service.

I applied for an apartment a month ago for a move in at the end of this month, was assured multiple times by the staff that my application was approved and the apartment was mine, that it was being renovated. I spoke with them today, somehow the website glitched and lost my application, the unit had been rented, and there was not another one in the same floorplan size available for me. I checked the websit to find out that all of the rents had been raised by around $200 since I applied. They clearly cancelled my application in order to get a higher starting rent, which is incredibly unethical. They have yet to offer a reasonable solution.

Are you the type of person that enjoys getting up in the middle of the night to find a 4 inch slug crawling out from under your stove? If that's you then you will be thrilled to also find adorable baby slugs in or near your bath tub from time to time. How did they get there you may ask? No one knows! It's a mystery that will never be solved. But don't leave your door open because they may be lurking outside to make a dash straight to your bathroom as was suggested to us. But if visiting slugs aren't enough to get you excited to sign a new lease, then perhaps the crops of mildew that likes to grow in the bedroom closet and bathroom will entice you. Why the mildew, you may wonder? According to maintenance it's because we live in Seattle! Even though we've never lived in a house or apt that doubled as a mildew farm. If you enjoy tossing mildew-ridden clothes and belongings in the dumpster then this is the place for you! But wait! There's more. How about dishwasher that produces sludge and grime after it's finished cycling? It only took almost 3 years of asking to get a replacement dishwasher that actually comes out clean now. And if you like all that then you'll definitely enjoy the funky smells that like to emanate from under the sink when the weather gets warm. But they're not just for you because your neighbor gets to smell them too! Add to that the occasional sewer smell from outside the front door and you'll get delightful fragarances coming and going. And if that's not enough for you there is the added bonus of getting to pay $40/month for the privilege of parking where you live. (Don't forget the annual parking sticker renewal fee!) Unless you feel like playing musical parking space with the other guests in hopes of getting to park in guest spot. Can you believe we get all this and our rent has only been raised by nearly $400/month? Nowhere else can you get slugs, mildew and mystery odors all in one location! Don't wait another minute. Get your apt with all these extras leased today!

The location of our apartment is good. Also the staff of this community are good. The plan of our one bedroom apartment is good for 3 person we have many places for putting something extra.

We've only been here a week, the application process was super easy and the office staff made it a wonderful experience. However our vehicle was involved in a hit and run while parked in our assigned spot and although its at no fault to the complex, or management it does put some doubt in terms of safety and security.

At the moment everything seems very good to me, very kind people If you have any questions, they will help you. A very quiet place. I love that it has a lot of green area.

So far the community is taken care of by the management, the maintenance staff is friendly and fast, the office staff is friendly and supportive.

I’m giving you Four out of five stars because of the parking situation, other than that, I’m satisfied with Living here the apartment is very nice and quiet

I enjoyed the process here at this apartment complex. It has been a very easy and fast process to get into these apartments and the staff was very helpful.

I've had a good time living here. Neighbors are nice. Maintenance always gets things done in a timely manner and they are a pleasure to deal with. I'd recommend it to anyone.

The properly looks great and is nice and quite. There are a couple things in the apartment that could work better but it’s pretty good. The office people are helpful and quit nice.

My family is happy in this apartment, it is cozy, it is quiet. They have quite interesting regulations, the workers are quite friendly and they give solutions quite quickly.

Super nice and fast to work with moving process , very communicative and quick to answer questions and even gave us some cute cups as a welcome gift

Over priced apartments. Old building, no soundproofing, neighbors sound like in next room. Extremely hot in summer and freezing cold in winter.

Love the management team very quick and transparent in everything. Also the newly renovated apartments are very nice and spacious also Love the area, pretty close to a lot of stores. Overall, we love our new place here in ReNew Lea Hill community.

Me, my wife and mother in law have lived here for a month now, and we absolutely love it here. It's very quiet and not a lot of noise around here, which is a good thing and the atmosphere is wonderful as well.

Staff is super friendly and very approachable, and order are done fast. The community features are in great conditions, very accessible and clean areas

What can I say. It's my our time to have our own place. Great place, so cozy and quiet neighbourhood. Love it here. I would see myself living for a long time.

Renew Lea Hill Apartments are currently making lots of changes for the better good cosmecticly. Things such as new paint, pool area updated, parking lot, lighting fixtures, renovations etc.

Love the neighborhood and peaceful place to live. ReNew Lea Hill is a better place to call, Home ! Five Stars for ReNew Lea Hill ! It's new and clean.

Awesome staff both office & maintenance crew. For an older property the upkeep has been descent. Robbed once but then agaain crime knows no boundary.

Professional and communicative. Made the hunt in finding a new apartment from out of state so much easier and stress free. I want to thank Essence for taking care of our application.

Since I have been living at Renew it has been nice. The community has a lot going on because of renovations but it seems well worth it. The gym is open till midnight now which I love and also the pool looks great!!

The staff are awesome! And the maintenance fixes whatever I need help with within a day and they do such a great job! It’s a clean area. The only thing that sucked was we didn’t hav a pool for the year but all in all everything here is good! The homes are spacious even for a one bedroom. I think it’s a little expensive. Paying almost 2K for a one BR apt.

Overall great to be living here just really upset how it took all summer to get the pool open for the residents. Now that it is raining and back to cold weather they open it now for us residents. And also after hours at the gym would be great to getting off work late I want to loose couple pounds. But other that those stuff it’s great.

This is an older apartment complex. It has been sold three different times since I have lived here. Name changed from Neely Station to Renew Lea Hill on the recent sale almost two years ago. Rent was raised $400. a month on new lease. Quite a shock to fixed income retire. New management has started reconstruction on the buildings. So imagine living in home as you had Roofers reroofing the building. The having siding being ripped off, the screeching, tearing, noise for days. Then hammering , nailing sound as they replace the new siding. Ladders being pulled up and down and banging against your walls. This went on for months. as they progressed building to building. When that was done the painters came, then the fencers came, then the jack hammers came to rip old sidewalk, then the pavement tarring etc etc etc. Been a living hell all for aesthetics still the same old building inside with more cracks do to all the outside pounding it's taken. Don't be fooled.

The renovation is just for show. Installation and materials are not very good. The doors and walls are paint over paint. Which makes it look thick with paint. When the paint was done whatever was on there was painted over. The cabinetry is just laminate over particle board. Although new, the laminate is peeling and starting to chip as a result. I have requested for it to be fixed but there are no parts to fix it. The drawers have no slides or cabinet hardware. So when you pull out the drawers its wood grinding on wood. This creates wood dust to go over all over what is in the drawers. So if you have silverware in the drawers… it’s now wood dust covered. The rent increase was dramatic for what it’s really worth. Benefits is the location. Close to I-167 & Hwy18.

Newly painted apartments and management are really nice. They’re very helpful whenever I have so much questions. The area is nice. Neighbors are pretty quiet too

There’s lots of loud residents that live here. There’s always gunshots and police are over here in Apts often, you always here police going up and down the hill or by the apt street.

Location is great, been a good 2 years here! Pool side is nice. Maintenance is fairly quick and follows up. New paint on the building is a nice addition.

Overall, a good place. The pricing is reasonable. They waived move-in costs; which is great! The staff are easy to deal with. The could improve amenity access past business hours.
