Living here has been a nightmare. The apartments are outdated and feel neglected, with constant issues like roaches that management fails to properly address. The walls are paper-thin, so you’ll hear everything from your loud neighbors at all hours of the day and night. The property itself is dirty, and it’s clear that upkeep is not a priority. For the price they’re charging, you’d expect at least decent living conditions, but this place isn’t even close. Do yourself a favor and look for something better.

The community is not too bad, I would renew my lease if anything. Only thing I didn't like initially was the unit I ended up with wasn't what I expected because of the information I got from the tour. But, I grew to love my unit, the longer you live in it the more you make it your own. The community is quiet for the most part which is good. I have also had a few problems with packages being shipped here as well that rubbed me the wrong way, but anywhere you live there will be problems with packages if we are being honest.

The unit I got was not the unit I was told I was getting from the leasing office. My unit does not have a washer and dryer, or a fire place. I know most units don't have either of those, but when I came to tour the apartment I was looking at online, the type of unit I was expecting to move into had both of those. I was told the unit model I toured was the one I was applying for. They also don't provide washer and dryer hook ups in the units that don't have a washer and dryer which made it even worse. But, that is something I will just have to accept for the year. It's too late to turn back now. It's not a bad unit, or area, I was just told the wrong information when I toured the place before applying.

So far it’s been an easy transition and move. I really like the apartments as well as the neighbors and parking is relatively easy and close as well

I loved living here the last few years! Great management and apartments are perfectly close to Georgia Tech! Walking distance from grocery stores.

Love the new management! They literally did a shift from the old property. Updated mailboxes, painting the building, the dreadful doors, cameras and security on property. Locked gates even tho the residents keep breaking them it’s all a start. Which is why I’ll continue to renew my lease at the renew.

So far everything has been great I love my new place. Only down side is one of my Maintenance requests never got fulfilled, and one of my stove burners doesn’t work .
