Me estan cobrando una multa sin previo aviso lo cual no deben hacer, a demas no solucionan el problema de las áreas comunes como el aire acondicionado del gimnasio, la piscina no la reparan y por lo tanto no tenemos area de BBQ. Totalmente un desastre estos apartamentos.

This is the worst place I've ever lived! Nobody ever answers the phone! Maintenance never actually fixes anything! All anyone does here is a so called quick fix that does absolutely nothing!

Love the floor plan and location of the property! I used to be able to park infront of our apartment which is why we rented here, husband has disability and didn’t have to walk far to bring in groceries. But now new residents above have like 6 vehicles and now we never can park close, since Dec when they moved in, they are very loud, jumping all the time, working in cars all the time and partying. It use to be very quiet here in 3 years now considering leaving because of them. Husband is a day sleeper and they are always blasting music every day and so much traffic in and out, about 15 or so! So ridiculous!!!!

I give this property 4 stars because in the previous years of living here we had many, many issues and it would take weeks for someone to come fix it and we could never get ahold of anyone in the office. However, in the past few months we have been able to communicate with the property staff and they have fixed any issues we’ve had in a timely manner. The new property manager is very kind and shows determination to help us have the best living experience here.

My resident experience has been decent. I haven't felt like anything has really stood out to me in the apt community for me as a resident here. The maintenance usually takes a while to get to your requests, not sure if this is due to the maintenance team being low staffed. I do like that they have yearly mandatory extermination. The pool was not kept up with cleaning wise during summer which was a let down. We had to go to a friends apt complex swimming pool instead for clear and clean swimming.

Renew Northpark II is a very quiet, nice neighborhood with really nice comfortable big apartments with plenty storage space. We had alot of friendly neighbors. It was a great experience moving to Midland, Texas from Lafayette, Louisiana. They have two swimming pools, a gym and a laundry room on site. Thank yall for having us. We enjoyed our nine months here. Now we are starting a new journey back home.

Apartments are old but i like the San Angelo layout. My rent was reasonable. Maintenance may take a bit to fix your issue, depending on complexity.

You are very rarely going to be able to speak to someone in the main office unless you go in. I tried to call maintenance on the emergency line and didn’t get an answer when there was a rattlesnake in front of my front door. I still haven’t gotten a light or my garbage disposal fixed in my apartment and it’s been at least three months, the hot water has been out for a week. They also recently sent an email saying that the office won’t even be open until further notice. it’s just really stressful and I know that people can only do so much, but closing the office does not fix anything that’s going on right now

Pool was dirty for the longest and closed longer than it's been open. Laundry room is disgusting and most machines don't work. Residents are disgusting and lazy when dumping trash in the bins outside. We've gone with hot water way too long and way too many times to not get money off rent or some kind of reimbursement.

I just experienced almost 3 weeks of having any hot water with children. Definitely need to be hiring some more maintenance staff because it takes the maintenance forever to fix maintenance request.

Apartment are fair and the price is good. But there is hot water issues and when we moved in there was a roach infestation. The pool is available few weekends but it gets dirty fast until they cleaned back again.

It’s very nice for the most part and decently priced. My only issue is the pool area. People will party, play music very loudly and be loud themselves all throughout the night and not listen when confronted. Some nights this has gone well into 1am. The apartment doesn’t enforce the “quiet time” which is 10pm they say. It keeps my kids up at times which keeps me up and not to mention everyone else who has kids or has to work. When I asked the apartment about it, I was told to call the police line for future occurrences. The quiet time I think should be at least 9pm or maybe even 8pm. But if the apartment actually enforced it, that would be nice as well.

I have had problems with the apartment. They come right away to fix things but not completely for example my screen door and window screens haven't been fixed my fire hydrant hasn't been exchanged it's been out for a week already and from the start the water has been off and on

Awesome, quiet living. Great people and neighbors. Lots of parking and wonderful home feeling! Love this place! Definitely recommend and they have smaller leases from 3 months to 6 months to 9 months even 13 months! And pets are allowed. 2 huge swimming pools. Washing and drying machines on site. Handicap accessible and handicap parking available. Mail lockers are available also.

Don't like it, very dirty and unkept and not very friendly after you move in, extremely frustrating and the hot water is ALWAYS shut off and yet VERY little communication about it and no compensation for it.
