I love living here, it's so beautiful and the staff are wonderful. I'm disabled, i use mobility devices and this place is super accessible and even installed a shower bar for me and let me install my own toilet bars. It's puppy friendly and provides bags and a beautiful lawn and that's not even including the park and the pool and the laundry room. I also love all the food choices in the area, and close to many stores i love like five below, walmart, target and gamestop.

It’s nice but I hate the parking stuff the first night I moved in I was towed and I see dogs without leashes all the time and I have to walk a lil bit to get the the trash bins

Great, understanding staff, and calm, peaceful environment, except for the occasional police sirens from the street. Apartment is good except old A/C units and misaligned dish washer… also still missing a door.

Good neighborhood stores are located, very conveniently close. They are all in walking distance. Rent is really high, though which makes it very hard for living.

Fair because I have been fighting with the neighbors because they smoke too much everything, but if I didn't have tose neighbors everything would be perfect and my stay in these apartments would be perfect.

Environment is good. The people around us are great. All and all I’m happy. Few improvements can be made but there is nothing major that we can not live with.

I love the look and feel of the apartment. The neighbors are very nice and helped me move and have continued to help me get associated with the area. A wonderful place for kids where they all play and hang out at the pool. Very peaceful and sweet.

I have been here for over 7 years and the experience has been sub par until the most recent owners took over. They have been on top of everything as far as making here a better place to live, as far as maintenance,keeping the noise down and just overall. Thank you renew!

I love my new apartment and so does my children. The walk In closet is my favorite. It’s very spacious all around the house the living room , dining area & rooms. The employees who work in the office are very friendly and helpful
