So far we had a great move in and maintenance was quick on the request but I guess with refurbished apartments, minor things will stick out like a sore thumb and we’re working with the leasing office to get them solved due to it being a reoccurring problem but the water pressure is low!

What a pathetic excuse of an apartment complex. - Maintenance request take forever and sometimes never even get fixed. Our washers in our building have been leaking since we moved in January and never been fixed. Because of the leaking they flood the laundry room which already had serious water damage which i’m sure was noticeable when they changed the washers and dryers. The new washers still leak and someone in our building sent in a maintenance request sept. 1st, to which was never fixed because they still leak!! - When we moved in January we were advised only one gym door works and they were working to get them fixed. It’s been 9 months and the gym door remains unlocked 24/7. We were told you needed your key fob to get in, but that is not the case. Anyone can come and go as they please, who even knows if they are residents. And because it remains unlocked at all times, kids come and go like it’s a playground and they are always unsupervised. This is a major safety and security concern. They won’t lock that door until a child gets hurt and held liable for damages. If they check security footage they will see kids playing around the gym anytime after 6pm. - A day before we moved in we had an amazon package delivered and the leasing agent who helped us moved it into the unit for us. When we arrived to the leasing office to get our keys they didn’t have them because our unit was still being “cleaned”. The leasing agent opened the door with their copy and said they would drop off our keys later that evening since the cleaning crew was still out on property in other units. When we got into our apartment we noticed our package was not there and we notified the office right away. They didn’t even bother to ask the cleaning crew to give our packages back, they only offered money taken off our next months rent. They should really look more into the kind of people they hire, even if it’s a third party vendor. - From our very first day at these apartments it has not been a good experience and I would avoid these apartments. Will definitely not be extending our lease.

I moved in into my unit October 25,2025. The apartment bed rooms, dining room, and living room was in good condition it took several days after moving in to receive a shower pole for the guess bathroom! The master bathroom is in poor condition I was surprised that it was considered move-in ready?! I was so distraught that I had to take pictures an a video of the condition of the bathroom. The shower doors are off track with rust a corrosion build up on the doors, which explains why the lower part of the wall on the out side of the shower has water damage to it. The paint from the ceiling inside the shower is peeling and falling, there lower part of the shower has a moldy appearance. I have cleaned this bathroom to the max, I’m very disappointed in the conditions of the master bathroom! I will continue to use the guest bathroom until repairs are done!

Staff is nice normally. Relatively quiet community. Issues getting repairs occasionally. Laundry on-site, but a key-fob is needed and payment required.

Everybody has been super sweet Tamia & Asia are so great! Very friendly community. I just moved from a different state and within a few days of applying, Asia got me into my new apartment . The apartment is pretty big. Although I do have to walk all the way across the apartments to go to they gym or get the mail, at least the trash is close by

It’s great so far the area is quiet. Move in took a min but I love it over here so far. They made sure everything was ready while I can agree I was impatient because the communication wasn’t great or maybe I didn’t take out the time to Understand but everything is awesome so far.

We love the area but we are tired of dealing with maintenance issues. Issues requiring a vendor for repair take forever and you can only count on management to be friendly and helpful. Work order placed July 11th for a leak in the roof has yet to be fixed, and we have had zero update in the past month. If the staff would just simply work on communicating with residents about the issues with would be better than waiting for long periods of time with zero communication.

I love it here already my daughter loves it she can play on the play ground very quiet neighborhood nice pool and gym and clean area to work out in.

I moved into this unit from a unit that kept on flooding. Now staff makes sure that work orders are filled and that the client is happy. In the past calls were not returned, now they are returned and the task is completed. Bravo !

Few maintenance issue that needed to be resolved after move in. No hot water and no a/c. When we called to get the issues fixed there was no haste. Only after going in person to the office were things handled appropriately.

Moving in was smooth, Tamia was very helpful. There were little stuffs to fix, but the experience wasn’t that bad. The apartment was ready, the painting looks good and I wasn’t disappointed with what I saw considering that I didn’t do any on-site visit to the apartment.

Communication and Maintenance!!! Our apartment unit has had issues with the water heater and air conditioner every year we have been living here. They work with vendors so if the ac goes out you have to wait on the vendors to come service your unit. We have always gotten our issues fixed but when a vendor is involved, it always takes a long time for repairs to be completed. The biggest issue however is communication. Whenever there is a maintenance issue you have to call the call center who gives a message to maintenance for you. We NEVER get updates unless we harass the call center daily to get updates from maintenance for us. I would be able to deal with the delay in maintenance issues getting resolved if we ever knew what was going on with our maintenance issues but I always feel like we are in the dark about what is happening, ESPECIALLY when a vendor is involved.

The move in experience was not as we expected for a newly renovated apartment and highly reviewed management. Since we've moved in our account rental payments have been difficult to set up and save with auto-pay, there have been a total of 4 leaks and only 2 have been fixed, and one we fixed ourselves. Front desk is quick to respond if you can get them on the phone, which isn't always the case. Cleaning of the common areas and dog stations are slow and occasionally require a call to the front office if not addressed in a timely manner.

The apartments are nice && the staff is very nice and welcoming. However I feel like the process moving in was a lot of ups and downs. When I originally replied they pushed my date back and let me know only a few days ahead then told me the rent would be $200 than what I applied for and then 2 weeks to my new move in date 2 days before my unit still wasn’t ready so I moved in a different unit which is nice and okay but not exactly what I wanted. Also they stated it’s going to be awhile before the pool opens and there are small minor things in the apartment that needed adjusting or small fixes. The application process and move in process was a little misleading however everyone remained nice and I remained patient and hopefully the longer I’m here things get better.

Seems peaceful and clean property no noisy neighbors. Only issue is walkway to door the outside concrete is broken up, so that is hazardous to my building.

Honestly, it’s just a good place to live. The area is safe and quiet, the maintenance team are amazing and the management team is really good with communications. It’s always good to know what’s happening and when, so I really appreciate it. I genuinely have no complaints about living here. It’s a great place to live and I do recommend Renew on Lindbergh to others as well.

I received an email at the beginning of March about a refund I would be receiving for an admin fee. I have called the office twice and just sent my third email to get information on when to expect the refund. I received a response to my second email from the Assistant Property Manager adding in the Property Manager to the email but no other response. After a month in half of me reaching out how is there no response? I am taking it as a blessing in disguise that I did not move here.

I Love the area I live in. The Leasing Agents in the office are so Awesome. These ladies are so nice, friendly and courteous. You can stop in to ask questions, just to speak or just to grab a cup of coffee. If you’re not busy drop in and say Hi to the friendly office staff

If I could leave no stars I would. Just to put in perspective one of the many many issues I had with this place they gave keys to 2 complete strangers to my home. Luckily I was home but had stranger walk in my home while I was relaxing at home on a day off and in the process almost lost my cat due to these stranger not having any clue someone lived there. I could state many more reasons like going without A/C for almost 6 months and not being offered a window unit until I demanded one or letting my range hood hang by live wires above my gas stove for almost a week and seeing it as a none issue along with not having electric in the front of our unit for the last 3 months of us living there which never ended up getting fixed at all and the list continues further but that should give you plenty of reasons not to move here. GOOD LUCK IF YOU TRY IT AND GOOD LUCK MOVING OUT. P.S. gotta add this one last issue sorry, but they tried to tow our car that was in a legal spot simply because they decided they needed it. They did not what so ever try to block off those spots or notify anyone about it. Just decided they could tow it for fun until we saw and ran out there to stop them and their only reason for doing it was that they needed that specific spot.

Quiet neighborhood. Hard to find parking spot but they Garage parking they offer is amazing . Love the dog park. And the gym is so big and nice!

They took away the laundry room, to install their pay for use washers and dryers. There is nothing luxury about this place other than the money spent on outside beautification. They took away the personal storage space, tell you what you can have on your patio. Maintenance does try to do the best they can, but its mostly patch work.
I have been here for going on 4yrs. Very happy with the community. I am glad to see all the work being done to improve the community. I really appreciate the effort that has been taken to make this community more welcoming.

it hasn’t been great. I was promised a certain apartment and then when I was ready to move in got the only one left. Is on the bottom floor which I don’t like. When I moved in my apartment was dirty. Not moving ready. I will say that slowly, but surely, as the management has changed, repairs have been being made to my apartment. When I moved in, I didn’t know that you had to pay for water at all and I had no idea that the trash bill would be over $50. I’ve never experienced that living in apartments in my life. I am hopeful that I will find improvements in this place… I do like my room.
