I can def tell my apartment was rushed to be done but I do love the space and the comfortability they have been very responsive in fixing certain things
The area is quiet. My neighbor seems friendly. My one issue is it seems other folks in the community drive rather quickly through the parking lot, creating a hazard if you are unaware of them approaching.

It's a pretty great spot just a few minor things that needs to be done but another than that for a 1br 1ba it's a awesome place to be. And I love the balcony view long as it's stable enough.
I moved in on March 15, 2025 & it’s been great. Very quiet, no loud music or noises after hours & very comfortable inside my apartment. I would recommend to all my friends to move here.

The exterminators damaged my kitchen floor when they pulled out the refrigerator. I appreciate the thourogh treatment, but now I am living with a gough in in my floor.

We are living it here. My children immediately went outside, and fell in love with all of the amenities. The basketball court and the kids playground is so amazing to have.
This is a great community. We are pleased with our choice. Safe, clean, good communication and prompt responses to issues and questions. Great location to work and shopping.

I give it four stars because I work at a home improvement store and a lot of stuff in the apartment they just paint over or never really fixed it so when you move it’s like you broke it when you didn’t break it it just started falling apart because it was never fixed

Pretty quiet community my neighbors upstairs are a little loud but that’s whatever. The maintenance team is very responsive and they usually respond within 24hrs and will have you back up and running the next day.

The girls in the office are fantastic, attentive, professionals and emphatic. The only thing that was not that good is that my apartment got change delaying my move-in day, it was pushed from January 27 to January 31, I received the keys and the fob, however my apartment is not ready yet, I need to sent a request to maintenance. Overall I am very happy, i am sure my issues will be address.

I have lived here since 2013, and I must tell you the children utilizing the Basketball are to be commended for playing and sharing their space with each other. As a retired educator I noticed that when it is dark all children go home. The kids and parents are to be commended for not fighting, arguing, no loud music or thuggery is taking place. It would be a great idea to have a goody bag for each family with kids. As a way of letting the parents and kids know that we are a kid friendly community. Keep up the good work kids. Thank you parents for getting them home to study.
I have been here since September of 2024 living here has been a horrible experience the management team is very unprofessional and inconsiderate of residents the outside of the buildings always have trash residents are very nasty when it comes to their animals there is dog poop everywhere even on walkways and parking lot no one ever cleans up behind their animals the inside of buildings are dirty walls are nasty trash everywhere the laundry rooms are very dirty trash overflowing trash all over the floors people touching other peoples clothing etc. we have gotten all this snow January 4 today is January 8 no one has came to clear a walking walking path for residents we have elder residents that use walkers and can’t get a walking path I do not recommend this property for what I am paying for rent I think it should be a lot more upkeep inside and out
We love the area but we are tired of dealing with maintenance issues. Issues requiring a vendor for repair take forever & communication from staff is always lacking or nonexistent. Had a roof leak in July that took MONTHS to be fixed. To top it off we never even got the credit for our rent that we were promised multiple times. So over this place.

The Apartments are amazing love the updated Gym fitness room.. They have great amenities which includes a pool and business center. It’s so great!

I like my apartment BUT my neighbors play loud music all the time and are always banging around. The entrance and laundry room are so nasty. Like it looks like an abandoned building in the laundry room. Other than that my apartment is nice and the gym and pool are amazing.

Everything is great so far but, there’s a promotion going on where if you move in before the 1st of January you get a gift card and first months rent free. I moved in December 16th and received neither of those offers
I love the community. It is a quiet and has friendly neighbors and i love the amenities and how centrally located we are to everything. I cant wait to explore!

Leasing staff has been wonderful and made the whole transition smooth. The maintenance staff needs to amp up and live up to the standards and ensure all hallways and common areas and grounds are kept clean. I’m still waiting on few things to be fixed post move in which were supposed to be inspected prior.
Multiple plumbing issues that took forever for them to fix, otherwise it’s alright. Complex it’s self is kinda run down needs lots of updates.

So far we had a great move in and maintenance was quick on the request but I guess with refurbished apartments, minor things will stick out like a sore thumb and we’re working with the leasing office to get them solved due to it being a reoccurring problem but the water pressure is low!

What a pathetic excuse of an apartment complex. - Maintenance request take forever and sometimes never even get fixed. Our washers in our building have been leaking since we moved in January and never been fixed. Because of the leaking they flood the laundry room which already had serious water damage which i’m sure was noticeable when they changed the washers and dryers. The new washers still leak and someone in our building sent in a maintenance request sept. 1st, to which was never fixed because they still leak!! - When we moved in January we were advised only one gym door works and they were working to get them fixed. It’s been 9 months and the gym door remains unlocked 24/7. We were told you needed your key fob to get in, but that is not the case. Anyone can come and go as they please, who even knows if they are residents. And because it remains unlocked at all times, kids come and go like it’s a playground and they are always unsupervised. This is a major safety and security concern. They won’t lock that door until a child gets hurt and held liable for damages. If they check security footage they will see kids playing around the gym anytime after 6pm. - A day before we moved in we had an amazon package delivered and the leasing agent who helped us moved it into the unit for us. When we arrived to the leasing office to get our keys they didn’t have them because our unit was still being “cleaned”. The leasing agent opened the door with their copy and said they would drop off our keys later that evening since the cleaning crew was still out on property in other units. When we got into our apartment we noticed our package was not there and we notified the office right away. They didn’t even bother to ask the cleaning crew to give our packages back, they only offered money taken off our next months rent. They should really look more into the kind of people they hire, even if it’s a third party vendor. - From our very first day at these apartments it has not been a good experience and I would avoid these apartments. Will definitely not be extending our lease.

I moved in into my unit October 25,2025. The apartment bed rooms, dining room, and living room was in good condition it took several days after moving in to receive a shower pole for the guess bathroom! The master bathroom is in poor condition I was surprised that it was considered move-in ready?! I was so distraught that I had to take pictures an a video of the condition of the bathroom. The shower doors are off track with rust a corrosion build up on the doors, which explains why the lower part of the wall on the out side of the shower has water damage to it. The paint from the ceiling inside the shower is peeling and falling, there lower part of the shower has a moldy appearance. I have cleaned this bathroom to the max, I’m very disappointed in the conditions of the master bathroom! I will continue to use the guest bathroom until repairs are done!

Staff is nice normally. Relatively quiet community. Issues getting repairs occasionally. Laundry on-site, but a key-fob is needed and payment required.

Everybody has been super sweet Tamia & Asia are so great! Very friendly community. I just moved from a different state and within a few days of applying, Asia got me into my new apartment . The apartment is pretty big. Although I do have to walk all the way across the apartments to go to they gym or get the mail, at least the trash is close by

Great place! Will come to help fix your issues (albeit with the occasional extra pestering) Overall nice areas. Great accommodations. Amazing residents

Really nice apartments. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly staff. Maintenance is also quick and effient in fixing any issues. Also includes a lot of nice amenities. Parking lot is always clean.

It’s great so far the area is quiet. Move in took a min but I love it over here so far. They made sure everything was ready while I can agree I was impatient because the communication wasn’t great or maybe I didn’t take out the time to Understand but everything is awesome so far.

I completed the rental process from out-of-state. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The process went smoothly and I’m loving my new place.

We love the area but we are tired of dealing with maintenance issues. Issues requiring a vendor for repair take forever and you can only count on management to be friendly and helpful. Work order placed July 11th for a leak in the roof has yet to be fixed, and we have had zero update in the past month. If the staff would just simply work on communicating with residents about the issues with would be better than waiting for long periods of time with zero communication.

I love it here already my daughter loves it she can play on the play ground very quiet neighborhood nice pool and gym and clean area to work out in.

So far neighbors has been friendly, and helpful. Several neighbors has the same concern, about how dark the parking lot is at night time. However I've only been here a few days, and I can say that my neighbors have made me feel welcome.

I moved into this unit from a unit that kept on flooding. Now staff makes sure that work orders are filled and that the client is happy. In the past calls were not returned, now they are returned and the task is completed. Bravo !

Few maintenance issue that needed to be resolved after move in. No hot water and no a/c. When we called to get the issues fixed there was no haste. Only after going in person to the office were things handled appropriately.

Moving in was smooth, Tamia was very helpful. There were little stuffs to fix, but the experience wasn’t that bad. The apartment was ready, the painting looks good and I wasn’t disappointed with what I saw considering that I didn’t do any on-site visit to the apartment.
