Property Ratings at Renew on Main
Cleanlnes All the common areas look filthy. The door stop in the lower garage has been broken for months. Lower level garage ceiling lights outside the elevators are burned out. The pool table cue sticks on the fourth floor are unusable so I even have them. The buildings main glass door front door is broken and no longer closes by itself.
Fire alarm new battery The maintenance director came almost immediately and had the short ladder and skills to remediate the situation in seconds.
moved in 2021. Maintenance request were done the same day. José was amazing!!! local management could barely do their jobs. Then a new management company took over and everything went to crap. Garage ceiling falling apart. Garage doors left open. It takes weeks for repairs to be completed. Management has no clue. The carpets are so disgusting, not what you would expect from a "Luxury" apt. I would not recommend this place to anyone. RUN!

I did a TON of researching while apartment hunting earlier this year. I like to read reviews from different websites and I was pleased to see so many 5 star reviews for this property. Frankly, I thought they were too good to be true. I scheduled an appointment to come check out the property and I was pretty impressed. The people are friendly, the place is very clean and well kept. It has the added bonus of a game room, workout room, and meeting room. I’ve been here about 2 months now and I know I made the right decision. Lisa the property manager is always easy to get a hold of for any questions. Jose (maintenance/grounds) is super nice and does a fantastic job keeping up the property.
I’ve been living here for 3 years now and not planing on moving out anytime soon. Great modern style living with friendly neighbors and a wonderful staff!!
This is my 3rd apartment in 3 years and I am never leaving! The staff are helpful and courteous, the location is perfect, and the apartments are modern and spacious.
The building a fantastic and the staff, Lisa and Johnny, are the best. Super friendly and attentive. Plus it's in a great location.
Amazing new place! Friendly neighbors. 24 hour access to facilities. 3 host friendly areas! Management gets things done immediately and are so kind. Love the my new spacious place. First time it ever felt like home!
Really nice modern apartments with great community space and location. Lisa at the front is super helpful with any problems and worked with us to get us moved in on a perfect schedule. John responds to maintenance problems super fast and takes care of everything around the place. good community events, basically riverfront, local restaurants, all around nice spot!
Absolutely love where we are living! The property is clean and Lisa and Johnny are personable, helpful and responsive. Renew on Main is in a great location. Many wonderful restaurants and activities. I have been a resident here for over 2 years and since Johnny and Lisa have been here I’ve seen such a change for the better. Lisa is so attentive and responds to emails and requests so quickly. I’ve lived in many apartment complexes and Johnny and Lisa have been the best property management team I’ve worked with! Johnny is always quick with his turnaround on requests and he genuinely cares about his tenants. They are the best! Love living here!
Can walk to some great restaurants and parks along the river. A slice of downtown living without the cost and chaos. Lisa and John are outstanding in managing the property and solving issues
The staff is great. Lisa is always cheerful and helpful and Johnny takes our maintenance requests at all hours The building is clean and quiet and close to parks, bars, restaurants. Great place to live!
