I like these apts for the most part. Bills I feel are definitely higher then should be. I had a 4br2bath prior to moving here plus 4 of our kids living with us, never did we receive trash, water, or electric bills as high as living in thus 1bd apt which is crazy. So make sure you factor in at least a additional $600-$700 for bills ontop of rent.

Overall, it was a good experience. The front office was great and very pleasant! Things were moving fast and rushed, but that was partly my fault because it was a chaotic day. However, I do think they need more help at the front office. They are handling the situation like pros. I will say they have been responsive to my needs for a few maintenance issues...the Maintenance manager is great to work with and knows what he is doing! I'm in a quiet section of the complex and love it!

When I first moved here my car got stolen , a neighbor was leaving notes on my door saying I scratched his car , I have seen people breaking into houses it’s just not for me here , they didn’t fix things when I asked but what isn’t for me isn’t for me , the people in the office are nice . But other than that my experience wasn’t that great but the next person may love it here it’s close to everything . I can honestly say they are trying I guess !

Community is very quite. Everyone is just friendly enough. Pleased with everything except for the parking situation. Location is close to everything. Definitely walking distance to a couple grocery stores. As well as a mall, target, pet store, movie theater, oh and all bay area transportation. Property is maintained nicely as well.

Love my apartment, laundry room has even been updated however -within 1 year my daughter's catalytic converter stolen, all four tires stolen off her new car, and today the whole car stolen. Has not been car friendly!

It's quiet and the residents are nice. Everything is right where you need it. You can walk or drive up to you my dog love walking around here. I have not had any problems with in or outside of the apartments. It's even quiet at night.

So far so good the man that moved me in was great & zanisha was a big help getting me approved . Only issue is some of the stuff needs to be fixed in the apartment but it’s not that big of deal I’m sure they will get to it.

The property is nice, right next to Bart and shopping centers so the location is convenient. I appreciate how Alan and his staff go above and beyond to provide great customer service. The only thing I would make adjustments to is the wash room, since the machines aren’t always working. Other than that I don’t have any complaints.

I liked the property as soon as I walked in the leasing office. It's pretty quiet, seems safe. My downstairs unit was remodeled and I like the style. Leasing staff was super friendly / good vibes. Good place for this area.

Very noisy neighbors in my building (slamming doors, yelling) and loud music in the pool area…car break-ins, marijuana usage is starting to increase.

Hello Me and my daughter moved in less than 2 weeks ago. There were a few minor issues with plumbing, sinks and lighting. Zaniesha-Assistant Leasing Manager has been great and fabulous from day one. Zaniesha follows up and is willing to help and answer your questions and any concerns. Roy -Lead Maintenance took care of all the issues. He is very thorough and helpful. Gym is not good. Laundry is not clean. Common area is not maintained well. The other day i went to gym there were all cigarettes thrown. Maintenance is bad

I am living here from almost 3 years still there no choice will be moving out next year once my lease expire . last six months 3 times my car theft and burglary into my apartment. Really dangerous . Day by Day it is getting worse here . No security Cameras even residents are not allowed to put camera for security . That sucks . No security . If you calculate all yours losses add it to your rent you can live in a decent neighbourhood .
Living here and moving out soon . Not safe worst place to live .
I lived here only for about 5 months and within 3 months, 8 cars got broken into including mine. People walk through the complex with loud music all throughout the day. its close to BART and behind bayfair so people that pass through are not exactly the kinds of people you want around your family. I was scared to go walk my dog when it got dark. People got robbed at night around here all the time. You'd think that for how much they charge here, they would put some security cameras up.... The management is great though. They let you know everything you need to know before you move in. The complex manager has a but of an attitude but that is how she gets things done and I personally did not have any problems with her. The price you pay for all the risks you take on is not worth it. I would not choose to live here again.
I love the location of this apartment. It is I adjacent to Bayfair mall.in the city of San Leandro California. The BART system and AC transit are available.The apartment complex is equipped with A pool and exercise area. The management Works to accommodate it's client. I had a late emergency one night. Small possum that made its way into my apartment.I called the emergency receptionist and she had someone to come over to assist with the removal of this animal.no harm was done to the animal.this place is a safe and clean place to live.
